Well, CJ, count me in on those who not only bought cheapies this morning but whose investment in same is, so far, very positive.
Sorry about your trees . Any of 'em do a reverse split?
S.
Disciple, I respectfully disagree with your take on this situation.
I do not know you, I have not gone to look at what sort of posting history you have,so let me ask you to widen your perspective on things a bit.
There are examples of companies who split, dilute, etc and these moves end up proving to be of considerable value to the shareholders.
I'll stop here and, should you respond in any way, I will understand you better
Good luck to you, Spock
For those of you unfamiliar with Zardiw, he knows his stuff, he is competent and he is good people, you can trust him to be candid and honest
Spock
Scooter..... wise move.
Spock
GM, I totally agree !
Member mark for you
S.
Bear in mind the primary job of the board is to create value for the stockholders.
Should they decide they ultimately can attract more investors by implementing a share buy-back plan or by placing a private share sale, then maybe they cancel the reverse split, but I think probably the most efficient to get the price of shares more attractive to investors globally would be by way of this split.
I ain't sellin' yit, Flossie. Keep yer britches on.
Said Spock's grandpa to his beloved Flossie once upon a time
Nag, you may have hit the nail right on the head. Let's steel ourselves, calm our nerves.
And for those who feel they've just taken a bad kick to the gut,or who have or who will lose out, see some of us here, sitting next to you with a compassionate arm around your shoulder. Many of us know completely how you feel. It'll be okay. No road is ever free of potholes. There will be far more decent runs than there will ever be I.E.D.'s like these.
Always take the lessons buried inside the experience with you into your future investing skills. They'll serve you well forever.

The worst thing anyone can do here is to freak and to try and make a sound decision at the same time. Don't do it.
Take the night, cool out, then after that check out the big picture to see if it still reads like a success story to you. If it does, ride it out. It could still pay out very nicely for you.
S.
Do not expect the A/S to go down.
Expect to pick up some wickedly cheap shares..
A 1:100 R/S is pretty timid and it'll get the job done here.
S.
This is an r/s I'm staying for. I think after the split, the company continues to build value. I dont like splits most of the time but I favor this one.
S.
Thanks for the nod, dreamer.
S.
Pro, um no. Not sure how you arrived there. My problem is the ignorant paltry retailers part..
I might be one of them compared to many others here, but since we seldom discuss the details of our positions publicly,it might be fair to suggest many are players of humble means I suppose, but are they ignorant, paltry.... Not as good as the 1% float holders? Yup, that does sound elitist to me unless I'm missing something.
I have taken ful advantage of the cheap prices over the past 2 months, though. No regrets there. I feel very confident the ops is going into full bloom.
That's all.
S.
Wow! That sounds intensely elitist. Last thing I ever expected to read here. Aren't we all retail?
Wow.
Spock...just Wow!
Regulation FD, as used here, is one of the reasons TPTW is an above average company. Take a few minutes to learn and to understand this reg,if you don't already.
A company that uses it obviously has the best interests of the investor at heart, and hence, another very fine reason to be long.
Spock....I juss luv this company.
The smarter money understands why accumulation has been going on for awhile now. Use the bonus extra time we've been given here to increase your position.
Understand the CEO absolutely understands his market quite well. He has only been bogged down by c19 which will soon not be as much of a problem, probably at about the same time we leave the traditionally slow Summer market.
Play yer cards right (and you don't even have to have any real talent) and you'll make out huge.
If boredom is a factor in your investment strategy, you best bail now and look for more volatile environs.
Spock.. I find this one way too good to pass on. I like smart CEOs.
Seems to me everything is lining up very nicely. Not only Golden Cross coming rapidly, RSI is very good, A/D line is great, MACD is about to flip in our favor and the stock has held it's value perfectly to create a very solid base for next leg up.
Selling off now seems to be a very unsupported move right now. Sit tight, add when you can and let the market do it's thing. We're in the right place just ahead of the right time.
Spock....IMHO (It's My Honest Opinion)
Not even a good try, Dan. Turn on your big picture glasses.
Spock
At 3 times normal volume I would've expected higher oos. Someone does not want us to run hard or fast. Ultimately wise, yes. But frustrating.
Spock...ah, but my veins are filled with patience.
Not that I want it, but if I had to continue present trading as in July, I would surely do it.
Ok, I gots a question driven by residual newbie fragments attached to my non- newbie fibre. I have been part of many equities where there is excitement around uplisting from pink sheets to QB or QX , but then it almost never translates into any appreciation, e.g. KGKG, VYST, etc . Is there significant appreciation uplisting from OTC to big boards, generally or is that hit and miss?
Over the past month I was able to make good use of the time and the spread to nearly double my position. Of course I will continue to do so as situation permits. I started in at about $0.05-0.06. oh, yes, I'm very optimistic . Some of us got in lower! So cool. Let me offer this: if there is any bonus to be had acting in an organized, teamlike manner, I'm in. All in.
Spock....the potential is so great I can measure it with my tricorder.
To one and all, thank you for keeping the board good and supportive. We all know how frustrating can be when we're pigeonholed into the situation we've been in these last few weeks and it can be easy to get discouraged bail and move on.
As I had said in a recent post I would be okay with liquidating completely here, taking the profit that I've made and simply moving on but because of the undying faith all of you have had in this I have decided weeks ago to stay in this to see where it really goes.
May August and beyond make us smile broadly and be almost disgustingly nice to everybody we see it's this investment starts to go where it's really supposed to go. Again I say thank you. Forward ho!!
Spock...patience is the key. That and hi quality DD is nearly always the ticket, isn't it?
Have a fine weekend , each of you. And thank you.
Hey,Dusty! My B-day is the 8th.
We should party.
I got in with some modest .,04- .058 and I've been adding steadily, and sometimes not so modestly all July.
If it weren't for other stocks helping me with my nutritional requirements I'm not sure how I would've managed to stay so long, and the MM slight-of-hand magic show has now gotten beyond boring.
If finally, something manages to happen I will become incontinent of verbage, if not opinion.
Oh, please, Mother of God, can something nice transpire during August for all of us? Certainly, our patience must be validated.
Spock....I might go round th' bend either way.
Ah taurus, I'll slap some 16s.
Spock.
Ya, sure. You're expecting what? The h*** you are. Thv
Someone (MMs, clubs, crazy rich people) are working very hard today to prevent a run.
Every time the price perks up, someone keeps coming in to drive the price back down.
Play it, folks. Drive them right outta here.
Spock....and his fourth dimensional dog, Stawnk.
Yak, I been here awhile. I stay underground but very close much of the time. This year has been my best year.
Far more importantly, how are you and what is your take on b y o c?
Spock......I'm a gonna gib you a memba mark today.
The behaviour of this stock puts some investors in a tricksy spot. You know it's a smart play, no doubt, but as time marches on one can begin to doubt one's self. Other opportunities present themselves and the urge to pursue them presses hard.
Sell off a little CLHI to exploit new stocks? Hold? Sell and buy back in and take the chance that nothing will happen in the meantime (risky.) All this interferes with buildup of volume and interest.
I've been in this spot before. For the moment I choose to stay and not sell. MMs know the psychology at play and the risks that come with it. I've already made a nice return, it and the best investment move is to add while holding....for now.
If anything, observing how this plays out is an object lesson in MM strategy while awaiting catalysts. Very valuable in my book.
VERY best of luck to all who are long and very patient.
Spock....very tricksy,indeed.
The list of clients is what, I'm sorry?
S.
Very fair point, BD, you're right. I was unaware of that update.
Spock..... I wonder if I should start taking supplements.
There could still be a nice PR before the market closes today, possibly. As they said they wont PR until things are ready for that kind of disclosure. Let's see.
thv
TFN, I do not necessarily disagree with your post. There is truth in it. I also see the Stop-Loss plunge as possibly one of the last chances for the MMs to top off their own inventories of this stock as it will obviously continue to climb.
Spock..l thinking as Vulcans often do before Happy Hour
This Company is in it to Win it!!!!!
Sure there are many questions, there always will be, but they are fixed on where they're going and how they're going to get there. This is one of the first "vibes" ,if you will, that I got when I first started doing my DD on this.
This Company will likely not be in the otc market too much longer. As much as the otc is criticized for being infected with scams, it is also an incubator of companies who grow to do great things. TPTW is obviously one of them.
So Sayeth Spock this 24rth day of whatever the hell month were in.
HH will be huge. I'm buying.
Triple_r, obviously there is no denying what we all see happening, What we can only speculate about is why its playing out the way that it is.
I have never been a billionaire in a situation even close to this and I can only wonder what thoughts, ideas or strategies Mr. Beyman entertains presently.
If he were to step in and use personal funds to "save" the pps, then the charts would lose integrity and I don't think buying up the PPS to make shareholders happy would have have any useful effect really.
I say he is smart enough to have gotten this far, and...anyone can make a mistake despite on'es best efforts, but I feel this most of all:
He will do everything to make sure all he and his wife have worked so very hard for for so many years is not about to be torn down, damaged or swept away very easily or because he failed to correct something that was overlooked. His eye on the prize MUST, by now, have extraordinary peripheral vision and his intuition must be second to none.
I'm staying long.
THV aka Spock
I think we should just skip the next leg altogether and go straight to the leg after that!
Happy Groundhog Day.
SPock
She's been working hard and deserves as much. She's an essential worker, no?
Spock....much like myself
This sort of unprovoked increase today may be it's coming from insiders looking to take action just prior to an, announcement, as we've all seen many times.
Indeed, let's keep a close eye and be prepared.
Spock.... Wake me if something happens.
Looks like groundhog day. Will check back tomorrow.
Spock...maybe
Not wild at all about that float. Makes me think it alone, could be a good reason to make short term changes stockholders may not be wild about. I'm choosing to watch a bit first.
I know Mr.Lazar is capable, but I have a reservation I'd rather not post.
Spockulation
Out of nothing but boredom and curiosity I hit the ask at 0.11 (!)
Went through at .89. Never really meant to do anything but get the sale price as close to .11 as possible, really.
Again, don't judge me. I was bored.
Spock....... and curious, as Vulcans are most of the time.
That big 10M but can't mean nothing.
S.... So don't ignore it
A big run IS Coming, but I think a humble run may happen first.
S
