biggest short volume ever for anr.....MM at play now, too...its going to get interesting if the volume stays at medium level and even more should it go up (unlikely)

yes...this ECIG saga: its only good for new entries, us longs suffer...and I think ECIG will make its way up soon but slow and not in a way that some people expect (rather little by little to just under a dollar)...so ANRZQ probably has a stronger potential to multifold in the next 6 months
it it...but the longer stuck above 0.001 the more the chances for a new base for the remainder of the year.....actually, you can do s.th. about it since the volume is so low (just few hundred $ traded today)..I believe that me and some 2 other posters stabilized the pps this week by little slap the ask trades...otherwise we would be at o.ooo6 or 8 once again...this, after all bears the chances to be a real good long term investment
I THINK ITS GOOD to wait til friday anyway....if it stays in the bottom 3's until then next week is a lesser risk and better chance for a true upward move on low volume...we cant expect news these weeks anyway but need to stay clear of the efforts by mostly retail shorts to get it under 3 and these who this week with wet pants expected a triple bottom in the low 2's...good luck for a nice friday afternoon deal that seals the low of the remainder of the year:)
yes...I changed my general approach to trading few months ago including now holding positions only in sub dollar OTC stocks of "real revenue" companies plus aggressive Mutual funds (no more NYSE/NASDAQ etc stocks)...I am not setting stop loss orders but only sequential sell limit orders (and won't change them during runs)with keeping at least 50% of positions should runs continue.
I also closed positions that were in the red (or green) simply to fund stocks like ECIG, ANR, RXMD that I do not need to flip or monitor regularly because I feel they will lead to an ALL (likely) or Nothing (unlikely) situation but not something fishy 1 or 2 years down the road like some tickers that need my permanent attention to materialize on temporary gains because the concept behind them could collapse any time.
Of cause I feel more passive now but am more excited about the potential in a year...a really nice experiment with a great reward/risk ratio
Holding up nicely these days despite the general market jitters....$40k volume is small but only little shorting going on so the shares get into good hands...loading now is a win/win situation IMO
for weeks now you post the same almost every morning...so again: not significant...nothing new...hold it til the EOD at least to come to conclusion :)..thanks
good idea IMO...esp. since you were a former investor in this company and market at its peak I would be curious about your current conclusions...
you have got a change to apply this knowledge to the same stock 1 year later, around now might be a good time?!
true...so maybe some long with assets and spirit left could repetitively slap the ask with small counts???? (I'm not in the position and sis that in the 5's last week and 7's two weeks back)
I suggest again...since we always could read well into DANS email replies now after the 8k maybe an email shot by already established contacts (Bjdev/Phin/dudness) would get us to know more about his sentiment or possibly the context of the amendment?????!
Thanks
totally agree
while we were disappointed by the lack of revenue increase from vendors apparently the online sales are steadily increasing and filled the gap in q2 (which prob. won't be as relevant in q3 anymore since new outlets and brands/vapestick in us for exapmle came into place)
from q2 fin. results:
""""Net sales were $12.0 million, an increase of $0.7 million, or 6%, compared with $11.3 million in the second quarter of 2014. The increase in net sales was primarily attributable to $1.6 million of net sales from the Global E-Commerce division,..."""

1200 shares at 0.001 was a $1.20 purchase...its an error by ends day based on some intraday, yet recorded later, event...there is no after hour trading on the OTC...
IMO doesnt mean much if anthing...however, if wpwr can hold the 0.0003's, work the 80m ASK off and touch even once the 0.0004 then it will likely rocket up
I also don't think that the steady move from 0.0001 to 0.0003 is dirctly linked to new developments....we hope to hear and get any guidance from the company /the potential is there

the warrants would bring money in if converted/excercised so I don't think they would be factored in...but with this debt no way there is a takeover now...and if there is some resolve in prospective earning increases vs pay back an interested bid would not be $0.5B...rather a merger or a 100M offer, dont you think?
no...remains the same:
the options become vested 1/3 by signing the contract, 1/3 by the the first aniiversary and the remaining third by the 2nd anniversary of signing....then they remain excercisable for a total of ten years so for the last third it would be a total of 12 years after signing the contract
(don't forget the 15M for Anderson are truly just 1M since signed before the R/S...however, ONeill got many more- forgot but just read the march stuff-)
"""Once vested, the options shall remain exercisable throughout their ten year term, notwithstanding any termination of Mr. Anderson’s employment"""
yes we will....and probably there will be an update on monday with some sort of reasoning and possibly in a bigger context with other news...
because as BJdev said correctly either party could terminate anyways (with or without amendment)...
in any case it would be unprofessional in this state to just "modify" and throw it out there...and close to irrelevant unless it comes in conjuction with something BIGGER
well i'm still comparing (cuin is right about no 3 year salary to be paid upon termination but that can't be a reason for new contract conditions other than if ECIG would want to lay them of...but tHEY are ECIG; maybe to benefit in negotiation scenarios after takeover or by MANSOUR involvement???):::
ORIGINAL CONTRACT
Employment Agreement with Mr. Anderson
On January 15, 2015, the Company entered into an Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) with Mr. Anderson. The Employment Agreement provides for an initial term of three years from the effective date with automatic two year extensions, unless terminated by Mr. Anderson or by the Company.
Pursuant to the terms of the Employment Agreement, the Company agreed to pay Mr. Anderson an annual base salary of $250,000, subject to annual review. Mr. Anderson is eligible for a targeted cash bonus of up to 50% of his base salary as well as an agreed multiple thereof, as approved by the Compensation Committee. Mr. Anderson is also entitled to participate in all of the Company’s benefit plans and equity-based compensation plans, which currently consists of the 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The Employment Agreement also provides for the accelerated vesting of all outstanding equity awards held by Mr. Anderson upon the occurrence of a change of control of the Company.
Mr. Anderson will also receive 15,000,000 options, priced at $0.0473 per share to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock. The options vest as follows: (i) 5,000,000 options are fully vested on the date of grant; (ii) 5,000,000 options vest on the first anniversary of the Employment Agreement; and (iii) the remaining 5,000,000 options vest on the second anniversary of the Employment Agreement; provided that Mr. Anderson must be employed by the Company on a vesting date in order to vest in that portion of the options. Once vested, the options shall remain exercisable throughout their ten year term, notwithstanding any termination of Mr. Anderson’s employment.
If Mr. Anderson terminates his employment for good reason, as defined in the Employment Agreement, or is terminated by the Company other than for cause, as defined in the Employment Agreement, the Company is required to pay him a lump sum consisting of his earned but unpaid base salary through the termination date, a pro-rata annual bonus, thirty-six months of base salary, and an amount equal to three times his annual bonus. In addition, all stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and performance shares he holds will immediately vest.
versus AMENDMENT:
The Anderson Amendment amends the Anderson Employment Agreement by providing for a term of one year with automatic one year extensions, unless terminated by Mr. Anderson or by the Company.
If the Company terminates Mr. Anderson’s employment for good reason or because of a change of control, as defined in the Anderson Employment Agreement, or if the Company terminates Mr. Anderson’s employment other than for cause, as defined in the Anderson Employment Agreement, the Company is required to pay him a lump sum consisting of his earned but unpaid base salary through the termination date, a pro-rata annual bonus, the prior year’s annual bonus, to the extent earned but not paid, the amount of any unreimbursed business expenses, any accrued vacation or other pay pursuant to the Company’s vacation policy, to the extent not previously paid, and an amount equal to twelve months of base salary. In addition, all unvested stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and performance shares held by Mr. Anderson will immediately expire.
The foregoing descriptions of the O’Neill Amendment and the Anderson Amendment do not purport to be complete and are qualified in their entirety by reference to the full texts of the O’Neill Amendment and the Anderson Amendment, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference herein.
that would only benefit the company if ECIG would lay them off (which is certainly not in ECIG interest)...sounds to me that the condition was changed by DAN and PHIL but why???
As to vested shares, severance etc can please s.o. analyze the difference before and after since to me lay person it looks very similar and, thus, not of a motive to change terms????
what do you mean proven themselves???
8k from jan 22 had : 3 year term with automatic 2 year extensions!!!
Now its: 1 year term with 1 year extensions
Weird...can s.o. who is in email contact with Dan (dudeness etc.) ask him the reasons??????

1200 shares posted at 4:16pm for $0.001
weird yes...but meaningless with respect to mondays action
also weird but important: there are some 80m shares on the ask at.0003...I wonder if more will be added once they are worked through and if they are dilution attempts...cause retailers would have lowered the number of shares 1) because of gaining confidence that we will go higher and 2) to have less of a wall?!!!
an experiment it is, indeed, but in this current market one gladly taken by me :)
nice W.E.
staying at 0003 tomorrow is essential but questionable...however, this action the last days should provide some comfort for an eventual upmovement even if the pps falls back...so definitely some added positions even at .0002 or 3 can't hurt on the long run/reward potential IMO
yeah..I read through it: so this guy bernardo is real but his investment firm is his home made business with a meager website. His posts over little less than a week on the before mentioned forum were ambitious with excellent summaries and DD and followed.
However, as you have mentioned he seemed confused about the price action, consulted a member who is Referent Lawyer for the ESMA and is responsible for adherence to banking & brokerage regulations of some business(es). This guy simply said "keep your fingers away", obviously without any DD and that apparently turned brother Bernado off. Wet Pants/nice guy IMO
so, was it diamonds?, the speculation that bernardo sold his 820k shares today above .0057 is probably correct
thanks...will get to it
thanks..I'm on and off due to (shixxx paying jobs)...how about you stockbrokin (extra time and conviction)?
who really cares....i'm german btw....you mean by looking at the site it wasn't even clear if hes just a private investor vs being a "consultant"? In any case should you be further interested you could post that link and I'll look into it tomorrow?!
Curiosity:
If there are similar boards in other countries we could assemble some DD and post there (I speak fluently german; how about chinese/french/japanese sites too??)...???
to be or not to be....was bernardo a one hit wonder (giving credit to diamonds instincts) or an unsteady frustrated retailer?
more importantly who following here is not posting from within the UK/US/Canada (just curious)?

i know you are...i did not know that stickies are limited (to one?)
great...that makes apparently 5 of the 6 following and 3 active
most see this pps situation as boring and worrysome, but actually this was an important week, narrowly traded with higher and lower short volume, minimal to reasonable overall volume...we might be able to set a mark tomorrow
held really nicely...btw how many of the 5 mods here are still active...maybe some of the posts of the last weeks or coming weeks could be stickied to intstill confidence
thanks...also good to know that at least 3 of the 6 mods are active
i agree
thanks for the positivism....always look at the bright side of life....there must be still millions in (naked) short positions eventually to be covered...after what happened in the spring it is clear that traditional short interest did not apply to the majority of plays but that short positions were extended by relocation...I do not expect a ride soon but at some point in the 4's the lastest it will kick in...and then around the (lower)warrant threshold it will get really interesting...if we go to the upper 4's then..BOOM
and bam...who's going to bail this ticker out today? Otherwise we will be at a bid of 0.0007 tomorrow again...this volume is no good...short sell at play with this volume is not even truly rewarding the shorter...lets take advantage of this bobbing...after all its NoHo
