no...remains the same: the options become vested 1/3 by signing the contract, 1/3 by the the first aniiversary and the remaining third by the 2nd anniversary of signing....then they remain excercisable for a total of ten years so for the last third it would be a total of 12 years after signing the contract (don't forget the 15M for Anderson are truly just 1M since signed before the R/S...however, ONeill got many more- forgot but just read the march stuff-)
