yes we will....and probably there will be an update on monday with some sort of reasoning and possibly in a bigger context with other news...

because as BJdev said correctly either party could terminate anyways (with or without amendment)...

in any case it would be unprofessional in this state to just "modify" and throw it out there...and close to irrelevant unless it comes in conjuction with something BIGGER
