From your keyboard to God's LCD screen.
By the way, Off topic, I BOT the TWKGQ in trust for my grandkids this AM.
Amy is a ghost. I am not really sure why she told me to buy, but the "right man" doesn't really fit the description.
Red warpaint. Could be a huge tax loss for a long term holder. They wait 30 days, and buy back.
It seemed like the DD was good. Low float, no debt. Experienced management team looking for opportunity. I bought and bid it up.
They might have Sachs of nuts for sale at a higher price.
That's what I thought.
Thanks to you, Mr. Jester, I found someone who might wish to coach my CEO aspirations.
I hope you do. We have common interests, and I just assumed the moderators postion as of this AM.
What was the first name? I am quizical. I study pataphysical science.
What is the name of the lady who controls TAC? Somebody suggested they had bought shares when I now I was the buyer at that price. Do I have a secret?
I am just practicing what I preach. I grab my nuts at the ask. I have no time for playing with my nuts.
If Jester and I can't shake the trees hard enough, we might try to provide enough interesting observations to laugh your nuts off.
Bilmore has a Nasdaq designation. Maybe they have an old hand crank modem?
The streamed one probably comes from nasdaq, and the other one might come by way of Canada. TD stands for "Toronto Dominion" if you didn't know.
Is BMIC a Bermuda based MM?
It is working on mine in the command center, and at the bottom of the web page; but it shows the ask outside the actual market.
I have it in TDA(TD ameritrade?) as LSRAF, and I pull it in www.pinksheets.com the same way.
Others have told me they can't get the shares. I wonder if it would take 35 cents, or 55 cents. Based on the holdings, each La Salle controls about 5 shares of TWKGQ. I just don't know if they are votable.
Can you get a shot of La Salle? My Broker shows the ask at .55, but the Pinksheets page shows .35?
Volume precedes price?
La Salle has a preferential right that exceeds the payment, but the right only extends to an O/S of 3 million shares. It is a wild card as to how much they are willing to contribute to a going concern.
It sure looks like the holders are owed something.
NOLs are worthless until a company makes a profit. As soon as a profitable entity is shown the NOL's prevent taxation until they are written down. it is a lot like taking a capital loss on a stock, and then paying no tax on your gains until you write-down your old loss.
Leave your big order on the bottom, and chase the top with a few small orders.
I think a lot of that depends on the accuracy of our DD and the strength of our confidence to the commitment. There are two possible reasons that this stock is cheap. It is being shorted, or somebody who has the shares is still selling. If it is shorting, I have a great way to make sure the shorts get their reward. I am looking for my own access to some more funds to buy more for myself, and I am holding what I have.
I don't want to put all of my money in it, but I think it is worth every penny I have in it now, and that it is probably worth closer to the estimates that people are throwing around. I don't believe that the shorts have any business in this, but I certainly welcome their opinion, and the potential of having them push it hard when they realize their error.
Do you guys know how easy it is to set up a consulting model like this without all of the dilution? Send me an email expressing your interest. I don't want any flakes, so be serious.
My pal the Jester might have just nailed the notice on the tree. The tree was shaken, and the nuts are on the ground. Who wants to gather nuts for the winter? It could be a long winter, so you might want to make sure you have enough blankets and other necessities, but the nuts are available. You should be sure to diversify your portfolio, and don't put all of your nuts in one basket.
The tree could be ready fo a lynching. Peter Lynch used to say, if you liked it up there, you should love it down here.
Tree shakers are good if you are buying. You can pick up some nuts. If you are holding, you need to hold your nuts real tight.
Well don't let me stop you if you want to gobble gobble up shares for yourself. I have other celebrations in my mind. Halloween was the celebration for me and the ghosts. The trainwreck passed out candy to the kiddies. I hope you got some of the candy.
So now it will be Monday? Hmmmmmm.
Here kitty, kitty. This is a fave of mine. It's not an easy business model to understand.
I have a feeling that is not the news to make the bounce. Another half million dollar baby? Is this the executive washroom? Do you guys have a towelette for a poor OpenSlave to cry on?
I just want to paint the town green, not red. I think we can leave this for a Chinese paint job. Don't they favor red?
That only means that bond holders are entitled to certain information. It doesn't mean your share are worthless. It means they don't carry information which TAC is privy to.
Short version: Unless you own the bonds, you don't get diddly.
This one might require some forensic DD. My buddies from the trainwreck will have them putting lumps of coal into the tinderbox. I put a few in. Let's see how many lumps it takes to fire this baby up.
I forget to chect the partner. All hail to the missing man formation.
That's not enough. The announcement should name the management group, and if not, they should be subject to prosecution for market manipulation.
I wonder how hot this thing can get?
It this is true, there should be an announcement. For traders, that would be a gap up.
