I have been grinding trying to find some tidbits on possible gro3 developments. I can find plenty of articles talking about the issues in cultivation gro3 remedies, but companies themselves have rather tight lips when reporting how the plan to address their "clean green" conundrum. I have a feeling our market is "Gro3ing" with each new permit given out. Especially in Canada;)
I hope they are strategic with that cash they received. Even with 3,000,000,000 in authorized shares, at this rate an RS could be in the not so distant future. I hope not, but so many CEOs in pinkland look at dilution as a way of life. They refuse to take the life vest off and let the company swim on their own.
Jeez, 3 billion in authorized shares... That seems to be a lot. Can someone explain what the ceo's plan is with his massive pile of OS AND AS. I hope he isn't saving those for a rainy day. Can we trust him to sell these responsibly? Any info is greatly appreciated. I have read a lot about this company and heard it is a great opportunity. I don't see it. Please provide clarification on that massive share count. Any reduction announced?
Something seems fishy. What a run at the end of 2017. I wonder if it was based solely on them having MJ in their business description. A lot of mj stocks went up around then. Then the fundamentals we're examined, and investors realized a lot of them were all hat and no cattle. Why did this drop back down so quickly? Tia
Holy smokes. What happened at the end of December? She was flying. What happened to drop all the way back down? I just don't want to get involved in a p&d. Usually there will be a pull back from a run, but lost all gains. Ouch. When is the next run predicted? Pharmas are really hard for me to get right. So much depends on things completely out of the companies control.
New here. Can anyone provide me the bottom lines here. I tend to be a fundamentals investor. I don't have time to trade. Has EAPH ever been profitable? What is the dilution report? So many companies in the pinks don't even generate real revs. Can anyone provide me some info? Tia
BTW, I think rocket is lead guitar;) in the video in more ways than one. Once again thanks to everyone who posts answers instead of questions. Your hard work is greatly appreciated
Maybe a DD refresh would provide the clarification. Relying on third parties for clarification is not a good idea imo. Possibly read through the companies prs a and read up on industry news. When I need clarification, I go get it. There is hours worth of reading and learning out there if one wants to take advantage of it. I don't want anyone holding my hand while investing. But if one does need their hand held, possibly pm a board moderator. I'm sure they would be more then willing to provide one with as much info as they have. I hope one finds all the assistance they need to make a good investment. Many people are not qualified to make good investment decisions. Thankfully their are many here who are willing to help.
Definitely doesn't add up. I'll learn to spell eventually:)
Definitely does add up does it? What does add up is the amount of money each Snakes generates. Roger may need to invest in a couple of forklifts to move all of the record breaking revs he keeps producing. No matter how you feel about Roger or any of our subs, gotta love stacking cash. Most pinkies generate their money through shareholders, AMFE generates it through their actual business. I know it's a crazy idea, but I think Roger is on the right track ;)
I think that smell is stacks of money. Has a very distinct smell doesn't it. Very rare to smell that in the pinks for sure. That smell maybe catching a lot of people off guard. I'm just happy I was able to find AMFE this soon.
My favorite part of investing in AMFE is that no matter what misinformation is being spread to whatever end, money is rolling in. To be able to find a company like this is rare. Especially at this stage. To be able to beat institutions to a budding superstar is truly a blessing. If someone doesn't like investing in growing and profitable companies, whatever. It is a strange strategy.
I don't understand this post. I think this is the best investing opportunity I have ever had. I'm really excited to see more record breaking quarters.
I will third party that. Imo
The way I see it is this. Roger could have went bargain basement on flagship. This would have gotten midtown up and running faster no doubt. Corners could have been cut. Cheaper contractors could have been used. Less quality materials could have been purchased. A cheaper location could have been chosen. Why would they not go that direction? I hope it's obvious. Ask one self, what is bmw's flagship? I'll call it the m5. Power, Style, luxury. This does not mean every BMW built will be an m5. Getting back to AMFE and the Snakes midtown flagship. When potential franchisors meet to discuss business, Roger has the ability to show his vision for the franchise. He can show prospects a quality building, and the benefits of investing in quality. Will the new franchises match our flagship in scale? I doubt it. Will they match the attention to detail? I would assume so. I may opt for a standard 3 series over a m5, but that doesn't change the fact that the build quality is superior regardless. I hope this makes sense as to why one doesn't skimp on a flagship. Thank you so much for sharing your pics and experience. Glad to have some investors here who have had the chance to visit our locations. I hope you all the best with your investment here and look forward to your future posts. AMFENATION
I don't think you should copy and paste articles written by someone else without providing a link. That being said, AMFE is a revenue producing entity. Regardless if you don't see the potential here as most on this board do, AMFE is a real live functioning corporation. No one here is forcing anyone to purchase a security. Anyone involved in investing whether in pinks, or blue chip companies must perform enough personal DD to understand the company. If you decide the company does not suit your investment criteria, do not invest in it. It really makes me laugh when stock board super heros come to boards trying to save everyone. Truly Good Samaritans. 99 percent of the time these individuals can not provide any substantive facts. They paint with a very broad brush. If you truly feel we are being scammed, it is on you to provide specific details. Just as it is on the bulls here to provide you with more than lip service when explaining their reasoning on why they view this as an exceptional opportunity. As most AMFE investors on this board, I have spent countless hours grinding over any and all information I can find regarding AMFE, and each of the industries we are affiliated with. I believe that anyone investing in "pinks", must be even more deliberate. After hours and hours of DD, emails to and from our CEO, and some great in person research from some members on this board that have actually been to our physical locations, I have never been more confident that AMFE is in a great position to succeed exponentially. That is my opinion. I will not tell you what to invest in. The risk I take is mine, and yours is yours. If you are only here to stir the pot with ironious claims, I plan to ignore and think others should as well. But if you have some insight beyond baseless blanket negative statements, please share. I'm am a long AMFE investor.
POWER HOUR....
LETS SEE WHO WANTS FREE DIVVIES.
$135000 dollar bid is a fairytale? How many pinks have you seen with a $135000 bid at a green price. I'm sure you have a laundry list....
More eyes than our company are involved in audit. Not saying it's happening, don't get me wrong. Just saying that as soon as big fish can invest here, they will.
Hidden behind .152. Next
Yeah, that kind of stuff never happens does it?
Could someone have seen an approved audit pass by their desk? Relatively large bid. Can't wait until we have a run of big fish wanting to eat. Sooner than we think
Thanks for the kick-ass PR Roger, and the kick-ass PM Seaton. AMFE is firing on all cylinders. I think there will be a lot of people wanting a position after confirmation that 2018 is on Pace to be another huge record breaking year. It's a very good time to beat institutional holders to this company. Make them work to find a position. Glta, here's to a great day and multiple weeks, months, years ahead.
Well said E. Hard to be a machine all the time. Damn emotions. We are so solid, but quiet time sucked when I was 5, and still sucks at 35 lol
I trust your gut. You have proven to be very level and logical. Can't wait to see some new and improved numbers. AMFE longtime
Either Roger is testing new equipment for snow removal, or the audits done ;)
This stock is a pile of trash.
Thanks Plow. It's very important to remember that AMFE is breaking revenue records quarter after quarter whether we have daily prs or not.
Plow and Hit are hitting homers tonight. That's two out of the park. Well said
I love a good perspective, and this is one. Well put Hitman. Thank you for your logic in a time of so much emotion. Be thankful we actually found a REAL REVENUE PROFITING, INSANELY EXPANDING, NOTHING BUT GOLD STARS IN MANAGING, STAR OF TWO COMPLETELY FRESH AND HIGHLY PROFITABLE SEPARATE SUBS, DIVIDEND SPINNING, MASSIVE DISTRIBUTING, TOP OFF THE SHELF WEED CLEANING, PROFITABLE BUSINESS SNATCHING, INFUSED DRINK MIXING, BOARD GAME CAFE DOMINATING, DRIVEWAY PAVING, OVER 100 EMPLOYEES SLAVING, BOARD GAME PUBLISHING, PICKING SLOW FIRMS FOR AUDITING;), COFFEE BREWING, JACK AND DIET MIXING, KILLER FOOD GRILLING, BOARD GAME RETAILING, BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS FOR NONTOXIC FUNDING, AUTHORIZED SHARE SLASHING, TAKING CARE OF EMPLOYEES BY PAY RISING, SNOW SHOVELING (IN CANADA), AND ALL THIS BEFORE OUR CEO ANNOUNCES OUR UPLISTING.
I GUESS THAT WHY I SEE AMFE IS A GAME CHANGER. I'm sure we all have different reasons why we see AMFE an incredible investing opportunity. When one focuses on why your here and how far AMFE just in the past 6 months, it's truly hard to see any reason to be concerned with daily ups and downs. It's hard for me to do that on occasion, but when I get slapped in the face with kick-ass logic (Thank you Hitman) it really zeros me again. Have a great weekend all. #perspective
I'm more ready than I was this morning. It's funny how everyday I hope for a PR, but my position has just grown when it hasn't come out. This pps is an opportunity, not a problem. You can't tell me a company that grows like we are is worth less then it was two quarters ago. Get ready for a forced cover and a game of catch-up. Bulls will run, bears will hibernate. #a/uAMFEsoon
C'mon Roger, let's squeeze these roaches til they pop. I just threw another little order in, I can play this game. That's the first good dip I've been able to take advantage of in a while. Some say buy the fear... There is no fear here. I'm buying the impatience
My cash account balance was all of a sudden lower. Had to check my orders to see what happened. Did not expect that order to fill, but fill it did lol ;). Green on those already. Thank you to the kind soul giving shares away. You will have to pry them from me cold dead hands
Buy more and holding
This longs not selling. Are any longs here selling? Post buy, hold, or sell depending on what you are doing with your position. Let's let those on the fence know what "us longs" are doing.
Roger and AMFE are not the reason I'm nervous about posting. Everyone here is soooo edgy. Something is coming really soon. Hold strong, stay focused on our opportunity. We own a life changer here imo. I don't agree with your outlook on Roger at all. But to each their own.
I have become nervous to post here anymore. I'm long as ever. Patient as ever. Good luck everyone.
In my opinion, many investors pulling out of over priced blue chips. Now is when it starts to take more due diligence in finding high growth opportunities. When you could leverage huge amounts of cheap money in highly established, highly profitable corps like Google and have the kind of pps growth it has provided, why would you chance your money in microcaps? But weaning a BULL off of finding a budding superstar like AMFE is impossible. I can almost see the money of those savvies who read about AMFE can see the value and opportunity here, so nicely organized by our "Extremely Diligent" auditors. Soon our room is going to get crowded, know what you own. Here's to a great week all.
