OT: Just like QBID, one of two things WILL happen SOON, either the new CEO will R/S it 10,000 to 1, OR, it will RUN to a multiple bagger (20 plus) as it did in 04 and many mini runs after that! My money is in the latter. Oh crap, I'm in trouble again!
Place your bets ladies and gentlemen. I am betting on the run!!!

Isn't the auction supposed to finish by then? What gives?!!!

(vii). NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE TRANSFER AGENT
AMERICAN HERITAGE STOCK TRANSFER CORPORATION
MARKHAM, ONTARIO, CANADA L3R 0G4

And the resident agent never answers his phone (voice message) and NEVER returns his damn calls LOL! I left him 10 messages so far. He must really hate me! I am sure he is deluged with tons of calls and cannot call everybody .. but I will keep trying.
semiguy99 ... on the telephone conference with the lawyer it was explained that the present issue at hand was the Capsource wants payment NOW! The judge has to rule on this and only this. IF somebody comes along and pays off Capsource then and only then can we start looking at revenues and WHAI's ability to pay off their debts.
There is not much the judge can do but rule on the best and fastest way Capsource and the IRS can get paid.
Am I wrong?
OT : pfrenz .. forget this post .. they cleared it up for me on the PAIM board.
Thanks man. Sorry for the trouble.
I am sorry to all if I caused any trouble.
So basically we do NOT know what the dividend will be (if any)or if the preferred shares will be restricted of freely tradable.
I guess a future PR will clear this up.
I will give Pearl a chance.
Everybody deserves a second chance .. and a third and a fourth and a fifth ... lol!
If I find any new DD I will post it!
PS: I like throwing my self to the wolves if it means I can increase my knowledge. Thanks for clearing it up.
Did you see this filing pfrenz? the preferred are goin to be worth 1/10 the value of the common .. note the 7 zeroes at the bottom
https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/651759/651759_FR14.pdf
What do you make of this? They would have to give a dividend of 1000% (10 times) for the prefered to be on par with the commom.
What do you make of this?
PS I think i bought some of your shares that you sold at .0003! LOL!
Thanks for the response but a 10% dividend of .00001 is .000011
You math is seriously wrong.
They would have to give me a 1000% (10 times .00001) dividend for the .00001 to become .0001
I hope you are not trying to be wrong on purpose.
Is that extra zero a typo in the filing?
Why the fuck would they give 1/10th the value in preffered??
Does not make sense!
Must be a typo right?
1000 X .00000001 = .00001 in value
.00001 (preferred) / .0001 (common)= .1 = 1/10th
You get 1/10th the value in preferred?!!
What are you saying?
That does not answer my question dude.
Why did they state in the filing that the preferred shares would be worth 1/10th of their current value? Hell I do not WANT preferred shares then .. better to sell them at 1/3 of their value than 1/10th ... I bought at .0003 a little while ago.
I am reading your posts every day. I appreciate your work, thanks. But I am a hard fact kind of guy. You understand.
Why the seven zeroes and not 6 zeroes?
Thanks
LOL! ok please continue. Explain it to me please.
You can't just post a single sentence like that.
Where did you get this info Pfrenz?
Can you give me the docket number please.
Thanks!
I currently hold stock in this company but I am disturbed by reading this filing: https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/651759/651759_FR14.pdf
July 29, 2005 State of Wyoming, USA Certificate # CID- 2005-00497110
(iv). CLASS OF SECURITIES & PAR VALUE:
A. COMMON: CUSIP # Y6804H100 Symbol: PAIM
Wyoming Corporation: Par value = $0.001
B. PREFERRED: CUSIP # tbd (?) Symbol: tbd (?)
Wyoming Corporation: Par Value = $0.00000001
If I do the calculation .0001 / .00000001 = 10000
If they give 1000 times more shares as preferred and they are worth 1/10000th time less then that means my preferred will be worth 10 times less!!!
WTF is up with that? And i reading this wrong?
Are there one too many zeroes in the filing? Is that a mistake?
Comments please!!

OT : I have most of my money (what is left!) in CKEI and SPZI if anybody is curious. You should check them out for yourselves.
Nothing is written in stone but SPZI is going to release a revolutionary new software package that interfaces with Excel to trade futures. Expect the release for this Friday. It went from .01 to .04 in a week because of the anticipation. They are charging 89 bucks a month so if they get 10000 subscribers (modest estimate) this year we are headed to a dollar.
CKEI's revenue has been steadily rising and they are expecting to double their revenues for the 2006 calendar year. The bad thing about CKEI is that they are diluting at a rate of 5 million shares a week. Check my posts on the RB board ... I called the TA for like 4 weeks to confirm the pattern. But it STILL has a low float EVEN if it dilutes to 500 million.

PS I will check the PACER site on Friday ... I still have a few quarters left.
OT : I did my DD on this and for once I am confident about a stock. If this goes to a dollar then kiss my WHAI losses goodbye!
OT : Have you seen SPZI lately? WOW! Good call choking-dog.
I got in a little late but this baby has so much potential still it is crazy. They are supposed to PR about their unique software rollout this Friday, What do you think?
PS. Always do your own DD and never listen to little old me
Just though I would bring it your attention since I love you all so much.
The way i see it is that there is someone out there with a shitload of shares that are worthless right now but if the shareprice goes up they would be worth enough to pay for all the prior BS and have ALOT of $$$ left over. So many creditors were paid with shares so it HAS to be in at least SOMEBODY's interest to save the shares.
Am I wrong in thinking like that?
semiguy99, can you help me out with the following statements?
...how do the shareholders and creditors, secured and unsecured get kept largely whole?
... take out CapSource by issuing the unissued common to themselves.
Who is in a position in WHAI right now to issue common, raise money and pay off CapSource?
You knew the auction was going to happen. We have not been had yet. We do not know the reason for Palisades wanting to keep their info confidential as per docket170 (Do they want to HIDE information incriminating them?). It could be bad or good .. time will tell.
Also we do not know if there will be additional bidders ... if ALDA wins the bidding process we should be good.
What if an unforeseen entity (from outer space? ) surfaces and takes out Capitalsource.
I for one am surprised that Palisades is challenging all this so strongly .. so who knows what else can happen
There are too many unknowns right now to throw in the towel.
Chances are we are fucked but lets see this through to the end.
March 17th …The auction is authorized and DIP financing approved.

Comments please!
Wow! ALDA wanted to buy WHAI for 42.5 million!
Docket 139 and 140 is the same. Thanks PACER, you ripped me off! LOL!
ALDA is supporting Palisades et al. to stop the auction.
The BOD at WHAI REALLY have stuff to hide by not wanting/letting anybody else buy the company!!
I hope they stick it to those f—ckers!
If ALDA buys WHAI then they would restructure/refinance the company right?
That is what they do right? The shareholders would not get the shaft right?
Thanks whyaskwhyca! Man I completely missed that!

Object to what? Stopping the auction form going forward?
Can someone clarify Palisades' objection for me?
Thanx
What is happening on the 20th? TDW reducing fees?
You can put an order for maximum 9 999 999 shares so most people put the max in a nice round number ... like 9 000 000.
