Palisades Master Fund, LP (“Palisades”), by and through its undersigned counsel,
has filed the attached Emergency Motion for an Order Directing its Appointment to the
Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Emergency Motion”).

Objections, if any, to the Motion must be filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Delaware, 824 Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 on or before
