semiguy99 ... on the telephone conference with the lawyer it was explained that the present issue at hand was the Capsource wants payment NOW! The judge has to rule on this and only this. IF somebody comes along and pays off Capsource then and only then can we start looking at revenues and WHAI's ability to pay off their debts. There is not much the judge can do but rule on the best and fastest way Capsource and the IRS can get paid. Am I wrong?
