You knew the auction was going to happen. We have not been had yet. We do not know the reason for Palisades wanting to keep their info confidential as per docket170 (Do they want to HIDE information incriminating them?). It could be bad or good .. time will tell.
Also we do not know if there will be additional bidders ... if ALDA wins the bidding process we should be good.
What if an unforeseen entity (from outer space?
) surfaces and takes out Capitalsource.
I for one am surprised that Palisades is challenging all this so strongly .. so who knows what else can happen
There are too many unknowns right now to throw in the towel.
Chances are we are fucked but lets see this through to the end.
