Kind of like growing oranges in an environment where it is hot and sunny and there is little risk of frost. Of course you can grow oranges indoors in Alaska so you have FRESH NEVER SHIPPED but that makes no sense because the oranges would be 5 times the price. In fact, cannabis operators in Canada are starting to figure out that growing cannabis indoors in Saskatchewan doesn't make sense.
I'll show you how unreal shrimp's cost figures are. Have you ever heard them say their costs go up in the winter. No but common sense tells me with open tanks, the heating costs have to go up dramatically in the winter even in LaCoste.
RAADR's CEO may be the dumbest CEO on the OTC. If you showed him the programming language for a pinball machine or his APP, he couldn't identify his app. He is a compete moron. Totally serious, IQ of 78 would be the over/under
Well that makes quite a lot of sense. So shrimp buys a farm in Iowa and was so good at barramundi they switched to shrimp. Any other theories
As I said on this board, Trane is 3 times the size. Trane is long gone!!
Only one problem with your example. SHMP is not selling wagyu beef. They are selling pacific white shrimp which can be purchased on the gulf coast at $3-4 pound. Wagyu beef can not be purchased at $4 a pound.
I have and there is a clear distinction. Get it, wagyu? A bottle of wine is a product with clear distinctions. Natural Shrimp sells pacific white shrimp, sold in about 400,000 seafood stores in the United States at 1/3 of the price of Shrimps. There is no difference. Of course, with a guy sticking a cell phone camera in your face of course people will say the sauce is great. The shrimp, PW shrimp. Plain and simple.
Your last sentence is a charade to justify crazy prices. Next time you go to the supermarket and buy an onion, make sure you know what dirt it grew in. And when you buy beef, make sure you know the name of the farmer that raised the cow.
Just remember that the company could hide the true cost right now, because there isn't really any production. However, if they do start producing, the cost of goods sold will become much more transparent. I believe the market will be shocked when they find out what the true cost is to grow the shrimp. At that point, you will hear that as we scale, our cost will come down. The cost will come down slightly as related to feed for example. However, there is a fixed and incremental cost to the amount of electricity that this technology requires. You can't get around that.
Utah I am an expert in common sense. So when a company sells shrimp that are 21-25 heads (I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, I believe they are smaller) in which the same size shrimp can be bought in Whole Foods for less than $10 and Natural Shrimp is trying to sell their shrimp at $22 per pound or $35 per pound shipped, that is a business plan that won't work.
I'll repeat, Tom is a very nice person. Do you have any idea how many electrical engineers I know that work in a defense industry snd other industries that have government clearance. I know at least 15. They are electrical engineers in which there are tens of thousands of them in the United States that have clearance. Big deal. Tom has never been associated with a food, distribution company, a food, technology company, or a successful food distribution business. He started this company over 20 years ago, and for most of those 20 years, he wasn't even leading the technology of this company. The technology that is running, this supposed grand scheme is not even his technology, His technology field 20 years ago. That is not a personal attack. That is called a fact.
Hint expanded. Lived in a small condo and recently bought a home based on the pay raises from Natural Shrimp. I was honestly hoping that you had a better answer than an electrical engineer who worked for a non profit who is now an expert on the economics of growing shrimp. Nice man but if your chips are on Tom who is going to lead us to the promised land, that would be remarkable considering the fact that Tom has never built a successful company in his life. Once again, sweetheart of a guy but the resume ends there.
Can you please state for the board who the CTO is?
You do realize that auditors confirm shares out with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that lawyers when confirming that the company is providing current information will confirm with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that OTC Markets confirms with the TA and not the company. You also do realize that the TA will state and confirm with the SEC that they are the official records.
That is correct and any person who can spell stock market would agree with you.
Utah that is funny. The CTO. And who may that be
Hockey, thank you for your post. Trane which is about 5 times the size of the Japanese company did the same exact thing. Companies evaluate technology all the time. Note I didn't believe the press release even says a thing about who foots the bill for the technology. Although I wouldn't say the press release is a nothing burger, means little at this stage. I would also say that Tranes objective was exactly the same as this Japanese company. Not to grow shrimp, but to sell the technology and they sailed off into the sunset. There was BS posted about why they did sale off into the sunset, but if they really believed that this technology was game changing, they would have at the very least purchased SHMP. They did not.
Because transfer agents report regularly to OTC MARKETS which then updates the profile. And if you were interested in really knowing the truth, you can look at the profile, look at the outstanding number that is reported in the security details section of the profile of Natural Shrimp. You can then call the transfer agent which is going to take all of about two minutes and say this is the number listed at OTC Markets in the Securities detail section. Can you please confirm that you recently reported that number to OTC Markets. They will confirm that. And if you were wondering what the transfer agent's phone number is, there's a nice search engine called Google that will easily give it to you.
Franny come on. You clearly know the numbers at OTC markets are AT LEAST the outstanding numbers.
No sir, you were the one that brought up US Foods. Originally announced 9 months ago. US Foods is smoke without even mirrors unless there are sales. So what is the number?
I see. How much sales have they completed with US FOODS. Very close to zero. One of my predictions is that total sales this year will not reach $1,000,000. I am very close to 100% sure I'm right. So with all the production, please explain why the numbers are so damn low. Now I know what you will say. And if you're wrong. I won't be. So why the putrid sales numbers? BTW, I also said they would lose in excess of $30 million this year. $30 million dollar loss. That also will happen
You are either deflecting the point or not understanding it. SHMP's cost to produce a pound of shrimp at a target size compared to the current market wholesale price is everything. Wild caught American shrimp can be purchased right now by distributors at a maximum of $5 per pound. I get the argument that the Gulf or Mexico is going to be quarantined for the next 100 years but the simple fact is if SHMP's cost to produce 16-20 heads is in excess of $6 and they want a gross margin of 40 percent, you begin to realize why I have always been hyper focused on cost of production. SHMP is the Concorde. You know what that is. You can fly to England at 4-10 times the price in 3 hours. Out of business because even the richest people who were below the class of private planes said I'll just fly first class at 20% of the price. People will realize they can buy shrimp at Whole Foods cheaper than from Natural Shrimp. That is not a great position to be in. Remember what I said earlier this year. SHMP will lose less money if they produce nothing because I don't even believe they can be profitable on a gross margin basis.
I don't agree with most of your opinions but this one is very important. The fact is that I don't believe there is a difference if at all IN TASTE. Now of course, to be able to trace the origins is a marketing point. However, all wild caught seafood is priced higher than farm raised. This shrimp is much closer to farm raised as opposed to farm raised.
No question it's a large company. Of course, the numbers being quoted I believe are in Yen and the company does about $4 billion USD in revenue. US Foods and TRANE are larger companies. But why consider looking at currency exchange rates when quoting financial numbers.
The 2 much more important issues are the 10K and the SPAC deal.
So if I told you I have a technology that can grow bananas in a building in Iceland but our cost is $12 per pound, that isn't relevant. That of course makes sense!!
Utah, I promised everyone I wouldn't post for 90 days but on this, I had to chime in. Please remember Trane and US Foods, both large companies that are currently doing zero business with SHMP.
Japans's largest importer is Vietnam and if you research the subject, you will find that the 2022 prices in Japan were $2.50 to $5.00 per pound imported and processed. The problem and challenge will be no different than SHMP has in the United States.
What is SHMP's real cost. And this Japan conglomerate will find out what US Foods and Trane know, too expensive. I would also suggest that when SHMP announced US Foods, the stock doubled quickly. People are focused on the Form 10 and the SPAC.
Unless you can buy this stock at a typical shell valuation, I would not touch it with a 10 foot pole.
KRKNF is a hidden gem.
You will have a hard time finding a company with a similar trajectory in financial results. One times this year's projected revenues. 13 million in projected EBITDA. REAL ORDERS from first world countries. Most importantly. completely undiscovered AI play.
Don't forget the AI component to this story
When you say he is a criminal which means he was convicted of a crime. I would assume you know of no such fact.
I believe the issue is that people perceive that government contracts and defence take a long time to sell. It's not a super exciting tech story. However, look at the pipeline and I believe the growth will continue for several years.
This is one of the highest quality companies on the OTC. Remarkable!!
I actually don't disagree. And if they collect, I think the stock will go to a dollar because it will be the craziest story in the history of micro cap stocks. They will get attention from brick and mortar media
Raven, you do realize that most judgments go uncollected. Do you not?
Hey guys I am taking a 90 day vacation. My guess is the SPAC deal will not be completed and the stock price will be much lower and the revenue numbers will prove the company will not even sniff a million in revenue this year as some laughed at when I first said it and finally, the total loss will exceed $30 million this fiscal year. Finally and if John Fife feels the uplist and/or SPAC deal is not happening, he will start relentlessly pounding bids
Because I have not posted one thing on this board that has ever been false. And for someone to say the SPAC deal is done or to insinuate it's done is false. Based on Natural Shrimps financial condition, it makes zero sense that the deal is going through as originally announced. Is there a chance it happens? Of course. However, to say that Yotta is going to bring this tech to China is a bad joke. The Chinese cost to produce shrimp is less than $2 per shrimp and now expensive shrimp is going to replace cheap imported shrimp is illogically stupid
I have read every post and the words were quite clear. There are not over 1 billion shares out. I have agreed with you on the preferred but to write there are over 1 billion shares out or those shares are included in the market cap is false in which you know that
You are insinuating that there are 1,700,000,000 shares outstanding which has a legal meaning which is blatantly false. I think that is what he means. Let me repeats, false!!
Utah, smart money cuts losses. That is usually the difference between smart money and dumb money.
No sir. Did not say that. You are bringing up lawyers. Who cares. Lawyers are interested in one thing. Fees. Let me make it clear. I don't believe the SPAC deal is happening.
I'm not so sure of that. Every person who is sued by the SEC each year has a lawyer. Means nothing
