At the meeting shareholders present can challenge the proxies. Then a few are elected by those present to count the votes. Other wise the board selects those who count them.

Yes it does appear there have and still are company men directing the action on this board. For a month I have been saying check the posters and the time of the release, and who was a first time poster and who offered the verificable info so fast right behind, and who has not posted since.

Nelderand there seems to be 2 schools of thought on this issue. 1 says not voting is a no vote the other says not voting favors the BOD and is counted as a vote for the RS. My experience in the past with other companies was that none tendered votes could not be counted either way. They did however reduce the number of total votes necessary to enact the issue.

Yes there is hanky panky here. Why were posts 24021-24023 deleated. They were the first posts regarding the RS. And it is interesting who did the posting and which of those posteres hasn't posted since June 8 and I could not having posted prior to June 6. It was those postes which began the price slide.

Board a number of you are confused as to which side to take. You did DD when buying this stock now do research. Go back to June 6 see who posted the R/S, who then went to gov docs and posted the actual preliminary. Check who and how often those posters posted prior to and since the board posted the info (not the company the board) They say follow the money in this case follow the posts.What had those same posters said about this company and its management prior to notice. Who were friends with whom? Does this smell like a fraudulent deal in the works? Why didn't the company give an update on actual production and on reserves? Where are the real numbers and who knows them?

Rocket I spoke with I believe it was Raj but may have been Joe. I was on my cell and missed part of the name but he was returning my call. He would only confirm rig is coming from a TX manuf. He is really upset at sharholders calling the Chiefs and upsetting them. He has no JV's in the works. No rigs are available to do what NVMG needs done. The well is not a high producer. They do get checks from Shell Trading. His goal is to build value for his employees and the shareholders who have been in this for 8 years. Does not appear any PR is coming soon as they are held up by weather.

If They do have a need to raise capital and were of the mind set to sell shares I would suspect they would be ssmart enough to first release info to get the share price up so less dillution of theri own shares. The principle being a close relative to the party to gain the most in a company loss of property. a preliminary application is not an offical announcement. They can't make an announcemetn until they have approval. What has been proposed can be and in this case IMo will be changed.

Sabre the market may be only giving it .04, but those who do their own DD have a higher value. We are waitng for the market to discover that value. Those numbers will depend upon an update of reserves which should be released by the company. I'm sure the BOD and its officers know very well what they really are.At this time the market is nervous about a R/S and lack of information from the company. Hence they are assigning a higher risk factor to their expected additonal holding time. My expected additional holding time is over 1 year. Drilling and results are needed.

Silver now with a potential buyer things are even beginning to smell more like the share price drop was set up. There was no RS statement from the company. I get my info from Technical Anaylysis from A-Z by Acemedes or something like that I can't spell his name withourt the text in front of me. When I'm home tonight I'll look for the Book in my library if anyone needs the correct spelling.

a gap is a trade which trades outside of the previous days range up or down. Doesn't matter if the open was different then the previous close. Just so long as the trade the previous day also had a trade which covered that close. If the trade on the 6th was at .004 and the next day opened ,0045 and had a pull back to .004 then the gap was filled. IF the day of the close had a trade at .0045 and closed .0039 and next day opened at .0045 and never pulled back there was no gap. On pennies it sometime is hard to get actual numbers after a few days.

Has anyone seen an offical announcement by the company of the RS? It was announced after the close by a poster who hasn't been heard from since and I couldn't find having posted prior. It was his comments that "it was released after the close." The actual posting of the Prelimenary RS was found and posted by GEH shortly after prior poster.The information had been sitting in gov docs. As the negative posting began the vol shot up and price down. IMO this is beginning to look like a dump prior to a real PR which would have info on a successsful well. Now that well has had a BLOW OUT. Does anyone other then I think this could turn into a law suite against a group who wanted to buy cheap shares?

surfkast we also have what appears to be a cup with a broken handel. Could be more buying opps for us true believers. But with pennies charts don't always hold true. In either case I'll be happy. Next year at this time it'll be a lot higher price, and long term gain for lower tax bite.

I went back and found the first post of a RS it was by Livingon Pennies. The follow up question which then produced the actual document was from Seeker. If you have the access to detailed info on these boards it may be intersting to know how often they post and on which boards.

ltg when I buy into these pennies I first do as much DD as I can. This one has some good geological leases, and large acreage. The work over rigs should prove a plus. Those old rigs AMEP acquired appear to have given them some trouble, but now seem to be working ok. One thing about the oil patch is its slipery. Holes take longer to reach depth then forcast, equipment is delayed,workers get hurt, and then the big disappointment the hole missed its target by 400 feeet,or comes in a water hole or duster.I'm not sure if NVMG will rop much further. Buyers seem to be scared as rig is so late. Since I want a year or longer before selling 'm not worried and just keep adding a few 100,000 from time to time. Won't be long and I'll have 1% of the float.
