Spanish if so how and under who's order did the shares get issued? The more of these type items to come to surface as well as other improprieties already posted. And the way itmes were related to investors via selected postors on this and other boards, the more I suspect the BOD and officesors will face both civil and criminal charges. Are the postors also employees or members of the BOD. Makes a black eye for the company but in the long run won't effect share price.
