Also Rocket NVMG may still have its orders in for buy back shares. Would be nice to know if they do or have completed those. If They do have a need to raise capital and were of the mind set to sell shares I would suspect they would be ssmart enough to first release info to get the share price up so less dillution of theri own shares. JMO.
