hey, hi there banderson. if your buddy suggested it, perhaps he knows something you(we) all dont know !!!! sure, gold is predicted to escalate. something has to offset the government printing press. as far as it "was a cheap buy"...... LOL, thats kind of laughable.... it doesnt get much cheaper than this, does it? you should go all in !!!!
sighhhhhhhhhhhhh.... unreal
oopps,,, ok. theres a movement. just shaved 30% of the days gain off. oh well.
i think we are halted. dont tell me, finally the symbol change, perhaps? either that or we bought out the cia, or fbi.
rocky and locks....
this smells. smells like a potential capital infusion??? hopefully !!!!
i just sure hope they dont cancel commons. i will be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry disappointed. and, a lot less financially happy.
i'm readin a +50% move tomorrow. this down twenty is total b.s. no reason for it with this pipeline. today is the new official bottom. thats my take, which i will bank on.
i cant figure out if the mods are looking for a push broom, or waiting for the street sweeper to roll in. makes yahoooo look plausible, almost.
captain, to make a statement like that is analagous to saying i saw a tractor trailer marked "joes trucking" heading north on I-95 last week. anyone know of 'joes trucking'??
if you have something to say, why not be straightforward about it? honesty in its inimitable way goes volumes.
guys, am i wrong to think that i had read about a name change quite some time ago?? and if i am correct, why are they just now filing with FINRA?? i would have thought this was done long ago.... ????
well, nonetheless, its great news.
i'll do anything for some pin action, which we so deserve.

To investorrelations@wynnresorts.com ,
to all concerned parties;
i watched mr wynn's interview on 60 minutes newshow yesterday evening. and while watching he indicated the severity of his failing eyesight due to the condition of retinitis pigmentosa. i am an investor in a tiny, but highly respected company which has done much research, and has had proven success with treatment of this condition. the company is advanced cell technology, inc., stock symbol ACTC. i am copying some links you may reference, review, and hopefully advise mr. wynn on accordingly. i cannot help but think that a man of mr. wynn's financial capabilities would not consider some of the technology our company has, which indeed may very well stifle the progression of his ocular deficiency. that said, i wish him all the best. i look forward to the thought that this note could very well possibly help him turn his, and perhaps other lives for the better by utilizing our technology.
"ACT is working with the agency to fulfill the FDA's requirements to bring its RPE cell therapy into human clinical trials for the treatment of retinal degenerative diseases such as Retinitis Pigmentosa, Stargardt's disease, and dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD)."

"The retinal pigment epithelium is an important eye tissue, which plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa and other retinal degenerative diseases. In the RCS rat, improvement in visual performance was 100 percent over untreated controls without any apparent adverse effects."

"We believe that we have a therapy that has multiple applications (retinal disease includes dry AMD, Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Stargardt disease. The latter two may qualify as Orphan indications which could qualify for special treatment through the clinical process by the FDA. This was a large factor weighing in favor of selecting this therapeutic option."

OCEANSIDE, Calif., Jan 13, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- International Stem Cell Corporation (OTCBB: ISCO) has created layered human tissue from its unique parthenogenetic stem cells and transplanted this tissue into animals in pre-clinical trials to establish a potential new treatment for human retinal diseases, such as macular degeneration or retinitis pigmentosa.

rocky, thanks for excellent and prompt info. heres the method to my madness. who knows, maybe we can get some pin action out of him. god knows he has the money. i will copy your post, and email it to him somehow.

In a cruel irony, this man who pursues beauty is losing his sight. He has a degenerative eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa.
"I was born with this recessive and rather rare condition that has diminished my vision since childhood. Night vision when I was very young, and then peripheral vision as you get older," he explained.

well, this should be happening soon. I am willing to buy at .0005 maybe .0006 about 5-7K when market opens and throughout the day. nobody is seeing the potential here. com'mon people you got it bet then any other pink in the market. they have no transparency, we got 100%. they have no real products... we do.
rhetoric at its finest.
finally, someone who understands simple economics. mods, please make a sticky of waterboys post!!!!!!!!!
locks..... does ACTC have any technology/research regarding retinitis pigmentosa??? please let me know if its not too much trouble. TIA !!!
why dont you focus your ideas in a more correct direction?? say.....like challenging the MANAGEMENT to give ten reasons to be optimistic????? they dont even have to give the top ten to the CON side. we've been getting them for months now.
dude, with all due respect, i cant even jostle with you on this. its too comical to even breathe fcx and cprk simoultaneously in any faction.
less than zero, especially now that the skull and crossbones is back in the ibox. LMAOFFFFF!!!!!!!
ohmygodddd fairways.... please, please, i beg of you to reconsider this post of yours. i realize you love cprk, and its management, but could i respectfully offer a minor tidbit of info to you about this other little company in the copper business which has a current market cap of about 18bb??? the name of that company is freeport macmoran.
ABIGHAMMERDICTIONARY: GLOBAL COMPANY, see FREEPORT MACMORAN, not copper king mining corporation.
excellent second post colorado1. should also be a sticky post, not so much for the balance sheet statement, but the one simple question, which i am confident NO ONE can accurately answer.
webtime, this post of yours should be made into a sticky for all to see when they think about investing in a company like cprk. great statements on your part.
on the other hand, i must respectfully disagree with your characterization of this company as a nanocap, which is under 50mm in revenue. i suspect what you really mean is we are a nono cap, which means zero revenue.
until that one statement changes, dont look for much upswing in price. just look for more dilution or stock splitting to our detrement. very disappointed in management idle unfilled promises and projections.

happy easter gail. there are a few of us who post under this alias to update. we all have known todd since we were kids and are shareholders of T3 prior to this merger.
cindy q, i really find the above post very very troubling. its almost a blatant conviction, inasmuch as saying, ok, whatever we are reading by this poster is subject to question because we have no idea who indeed is posting it. that being said, i suspect we should consider giving much more credibility to some of the scenarios that you have presented us with over time. things you have posted about todd are indeed very troubling to me. and, considering we have all but run out of money, and now have some scheme of sort developing to sell preferred shares troubles me all the more. i think there is a lot of underhanded dealing occuring here within the company. and, jorge has not of late been all that forthright in defusing some of these issues you are bringing to light. sadly, our hands are tied at virtually "no bid" situation here. of course i realize, some minor happenings or news could blurb the stock up a couple of tenths, but that is not the belief the ceo(s) here have led us to expect.
i am hugely disappointed, and disillusioned as well. keep posting your info, so we may disseminate it.
my incarcerated friend, i dont recall putting out any specific names now, did i??
GO HGLC !!!!
never, in a million years predicated on current situations inasmuch as management lying, and not employing sound business practice. also, to support the never factor... never without production beginning. after that, who knows.
good eye on you guys seeing it removed. its still clearly skull and bones on pinksheeits. i'm not sure why it was removed here, either, but i am sure there is some esoteric reason behind its removal. there has been some hinting by some members here that the stock is going to move, has value, basis, and its all not as bad as it seems. unfortunately the poster alludes to these things in secretive tones, and none of us, though all in the same boat can put our fingers on any credibility of their statement(s). its unfortunate of course, because it still allows some persons on here to read those said esoteric tones and still have hope in this fiasco, for which there should be none. obviously everyone has to do what they need to, but should not be led on by false insinuations which more than likely have no basis.
dont worry dben15, i'm sure with the way things are, and have been going you will have plenty of opportunity to get in at that level. as far as big news coming this week... i just cant imagine what it will be. perhaps we (might) be buying into another 20 companies? perhaps some more advertising for some unpaid interns? possibly a symbol change (dont hold breath on that one)? maybe we can rescue the captain from the somalian pirates???? or , maybe some unknown boob will bloviate some more about the company.
better buy, big news coming !!!!!
what the prisoner doesnt understand, even though he chooses to support this stock in his esoteric manner is this..... gold could be sitting on a little thing like the 200 year moving average, and this POS company still wont budge.
why you ask? why ask when the answer is so evident that it doesnt even bear discussion anymore. its a scam, sham, a cavernous shell which has bled i presume most of us dry of the funds we invested. this thing is going nowhere no matter who alludes to what in any manner.
please, dont beat Todd on the links!!! or at least keep the wager low enough so he doesnt have to sell more stock off to pay you if you win !!! think of your fellow stockholders!!
new york times top headline of the day:
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/11/business/economy/11bank.html?th&emc=th
any particular insight how this may pan out regarding our situation ?? and, let me also say i dont believe GS will be one of our suitors at any time. i firmly believe JPIGM will be our ultimate owner. there is just too much crap to be unraveled it seems for another institution to get involved. and also for the government and fdic and other factions to keep it status quo so to speak, with of course an increased purchase price would be the benefit to all involved.
its pretty funny, but as animatedly insane that garywoodruff is, i suspect at the end of the day he is correct with his assumption here.
lets face facts here folks. times are tough, its a dog eat dog world out there. do you really believe that these other people are looking out for our best benefit??? i highly doubt it. while i am not condemning every man and woman in the world, there are some good people out there certainly enough. i do have to agree these so called shepards, are indeed wolves, and bashers in disguise. do your own d.d., make your own decisions, and sure its ok to read posts here by both factions. just read into them best you can.
that said, i firmly believe gnta is going to see a positive upward move. i think we have made a base at a penny, and wont see a number below that again. as far as the reverse split goes, i still dont understand how it is a lock, if management doesnt own a majority, but be that as it may, perhaps it goes through. fine. if no further dilution, we will move ahead based on p.r. updating fda progresses, and we will see an immediate uptick in price if there is even a glimmer of a partnership of sort.
GO GENTA !!!!
I'LL TAKE IT !!!!!!!!!!
“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, will rout you out.”- Andrew Jackson
if we go to trial, i want our lawyers quoting this guy !!!!!! hhhmmm.... i wonder if he said this before impeachment?? oh well, its a great soundbite anyways !!!!!
climber, i understand the cost basis yadda yadda ramifications etc, to a point, and after that i give it to my accountant. but, when the ( a ) settlement occurs, what bearing does pre-seizure ownership have ? i am in pre-seizure and post seizure.
nice second posting. i'm sure your level of credibility will add volumes to the thread here.
that said, its pretty obvious the company is running out of money, if not out already, thus the amount of dilution we've been witnessing. as far as a buyer for the concentrate goes, i stand by my previous assumption, that being, there is no buyer due to not being able to ascertain a commitment by our company. when the wheels start turning there, (or shall i say if) management will strike a deal for sale based on daily comex prices of copper. use your heads here, no one, unless dotson is that stupid will commit to sale at X dollars per pound when the rate fluctuates daily. now, as far as the latest line of b.s. goes re: the power inverter..... jeeze, thats probably the biggest laugh yet. they need something that turns d.c. current to a.c. current to prevent lights dimming in town, when equipment is running. sounds a little hokie to me. i would think more likely what they need is a different type, perhaps more powerful transformer on site which would step up the level of current to what they need, which, i presume would allow them to remain independent of town. but, be that as it may, i'm sure it will precipitate another 2-3 month delay, thus burning another 2-3 months expenses, thus bringing more dilution to pay bills, thus, bringing on the dreaded r/s. if anyone thinks they would r/s at this juncture to uplift the stock to another exchange, well, that is just laughable. hey, i hope we get going, because every day is more dollars burned with zero income.
i was very pleasantly surprised and impressed to be listening to yankee baseball yesterday on wcbs am 88 in the new york market and hear an ad for spongetech auto cleaning system. nice exposure !!!
wow !!!! holy crow, this could be another one of those 6 figure income jobs they have to offer !!!! just think, someone spams the world with 400,000 emails, and boom, they made a hundred grand, right from the privacy of their own home, with just a computer !!! i think thats similar to one of the high paying ads that ligatt had, no? but hey, couple this with some craigslist ads for models... nude perhaps? and this company is going places !!!!!! yeah babeeeee !!!!
if the vote is predicated one way or the other on a majority, how do you figure management will assuredly swing it their way, bearing in mind they are not even close to owning a majority of the common stock?
ok, well heres (my) analysis of a report from the mine:
1. excellent
2. excellent
3. okay, minimum another 2-3 mo. delay from now
4. crock of crap, still looking for a buyer, there is no buyer due to lack of being able to commit, due to not knowing a production start date
5. part a., b.s. probably, but whatever. part b. pretty much what i expected, due to current dilution, running out of money, and more than likely unpaid bills/agreements mounting like the mountains of ore outside. but seriously, this is indeed an issue, particularly with a disgruntled land OWNER. remember one thing, if he is not getting paid, he will shut down the operation a lot easier in court than not. no judge will favor us, with a land lease not being paid. i can go on and on, but i pray no reverse split. but if they are running out of money which they obviously are, guess what is inevitable?
6. great, thanks.
kidd... u asked in an earlier post about what would be gained by not giving share holders any info? of course someone retorted that p.r.'s cost money. gee... look what this may cost shareholders now. truth and being up front and forthright would do wonders even for a flegling company like cprk. again, dotson has less than desirable business acumen.
well, thank you for the kind words. ;)
actually kidd, i thought you post had some serious issues that could possibly need to be addressed here. i seen that guy wilf blums name tossed around, and i dont like what i saw as far as things i read about him. as far as the wucc/cprk lineage, i had concerns about that some time ago. theres lots of little things going on here that are certainly inexplicable. e.g., the delays here over beginning production are almost comical. there are excuses after excuses, and target dates come and go not on a daily or weekly basis, but monthly. another troubling thing to me and to say its no big deal is total b.s., is the fact we dont have a buyer for the concentrate. i mean HELLOOOOOOOO.... if we ever do get the wheels turning, what the hell we gonna do, stock pile the crap for a rainy day???? we need revenue !!!! this is one of the firt prerequisites that should have been addressed at the onset. it goes a.... b..... c..... d..... not a, b, c, f.... for god sake !!!! dotson may have a lifetime of truck drivin and diggin holes and blowin junk up, but hes an awful business man. they dont get those wheels turning, and get some dollars flowing, this stock is gonna need to have to be dug out of the ground, never mind copper ore.
ummm... Todd, could you explain a little more about how the preferred stock sale is going to transpire?? and maybe a teeny hint about the new superstar model? it seems you know alot about everything in this company, inside and out. TIA!!!
