Are you saying It's OK with you that ERBB has no intention of getting off the pinks? That Stephen stated some pinks have operated not just for years that way but for decades?
As of today there is no move being pursued to get us out of pinkyland. That's what I heard.
Conference calls are managed by outside companies who are communications specialists. This issue could not have been foreseen by ERBB and for that reason it's a mistake to frown on this company of ours.
IMO
Dude isn't a name. It's the word given to someone hanging out in a field of marijuana after a rainfall. You get dude. Or dewed .Now, when you lose money because you invested in the wrong picks, you may get dooed. But that ain't gonna happen with USEI.
I completely agree that USEI is the place to be. I'm not convinced the corporate objective is that of selling pot for recreational use. My sense is that it may happen but I think Tony is not about to risk problems such as have been rampant of late in PHOT and others whose trading has been halted. Hemp cultivation is an area not to be discounted, regardless of current opportunities. The rules are changing all the time.
Like many others here, I also added yesterday at .0061. And glad I did. Things are getting more exciting all the time.
My opinions herein. Glad to be in this crowd, too!
Wind in our sails can push us higher but it's the water that keeps us afloat. A PR is a breath of air but doesn't have staying power. This is why investors often find themselves disappointed.
Many of us have averaged down enough to enable us to trade out of some of our shares when we find we're well ahead. I call these "trading" shares. Then there are the "core" shares which we hold indefinitely. It's important to think in terms of core and trading as it provides you with opportunity to take profits along the way while preserving the longer term expectations.
I hope this helps you!
The lawyers don't have a leg to stand on any longer so---of course they'll have to go away. There's quite a large number of legal firms known to have been in pursuit. I just read through the list and the ambulance lights and sirens are screaming. lol
Meanwhile, after-hours shares, with trading now resumed, are showing $10.35 on the ask, a penny under that for the bid. We closed at $9.82 prior to the halting of trading. So we're likely to find ourselves appreciably enriched in the morning.
At SA I predicted $10.50 tomorrow upon opening. Of course I don't know, but that number may not be unrealistic. With 6,000 shares in tow, this is very exciting for me.
Ooops! Now the bid is $10.37 with the ask at $10.40.
SWEET!
Charlie Sheen is the guy id'd by DOK in his clip.
Good tracking going on here, glad to see the thoughtful exchanges.
Like you folks have done, so did I. Yesterday I just wanted in and paid dearly on just 2,000 shares at 52 cents. Today's buys brought the cost basis down to 42 cents with two buys at 40 cents mimicking your activity.
We might see two or three cents lower if the early birds see the easy money has run off and for this reason I placed several buy orders to trigger between 33-38 cents. These offers expire on 6/20. Things could change demonstrably by then so it may be a good idea to maintain a time limit on extended offers.
My opinions only.
CAZFF may seem as though it's sleepwalking but that isn't the case at all. Rather, I see things consolidating after a run-up. It's like resting after a hard run uphill, time to stop all motion and let things be. The cookie crumbs will fall nicely.
This is why I maintain several GTC bids in play at prices well below the current price per share. Every so often I'll find one of the offers was accepted and sell something less desirable. This guarantees an ever-refreshing churning effect and keeps things real.
I'm convinced CAZFF is going to run, won't take long before we see it pushing 50 cents. It's not often at all that we hear of an E&P reporting a 10% increase in proved reserves! That is huge. When investors "get it," they will get it (the stock).
My opinions herein.
Thank you. I appreciate that. Good vibes create great boards.
Beautifully stated!
The only thing I'd add is that the emphasis USEI offers is in the form of "steady-as-she-goes" thinking. Flashes in the pan tend to go up in smoke rather quickly. Who likes hot flashes, anyway? lol
I'm looking forward to hearing of a whole plate of items embracing food and beverage alternatives with the "Real McCoy logo emblazoned on each. You are absolutely right about the importance of branding---and not just any branding but one exhibiting timelessness. Everyone has heard of "The Real McCoy!"
And most interesting of all is that it's always represented the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. This is why we heard it growing up and I'm thinking it will reverberate once again throughout the halls of youth moving onto center stage as adults. This time it won't be laced with tobacco tars and nicotine.
My opinions, only.
Donnell has moved forward with ambition without quitingcand donecan exceptional job! Big things in stote for Quasar! Buy it cheap time is limited now!

OK, I read it. Now, can you tell me what you're saying?
Good to see you here and participating! And you got a great price, I envy you. I'll be tracking this throughout each trading day and will alert this board of opportunities along the way.
That's actually a great question. It'll be interesting what others have to say.
The weather may be the best news but I'm hoping for something exciting to come of the cc.
Conference calls rarely disclose new information. SEC rules require that changes in financial positioning be reported to the widest possible audience within 72 hours of surfacing. This is what makes press releases so vital to a company's wellbeing. CC's, on the other hand, are not going to reach the same level of participation and for this reason it would be unwise to broadcast new and important information.
On the other hand, a CC will sometimes group things meaningfully to imply reasons for excitement down the road. Plus, we shareholders get to witness how management interacts. Also, it may prove interesting to see how questions from the audience are handled. Listeners to the broadcast may wish to watch for discomfort, nervousness, exaggerations, mistruths and the like. I'll be watching to see where Mr. Shearin is excited as that will help me feel connected with a company in which I'm invested.
The above is in my opinion only.
Today brings quite a press release from Caza. I haven't had time to digest it yet but here it is:
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/caza-oil-gas-announces-10-increase-in-proved-reserves-and-updated-reserves-figures-2014-06-09-2173128
The main drift is that company reserves are now recognized at +10%--- greater than known and recognized earlier. This is not about possible or probable reserves. Rather, it's a reference to their "proved" reserves.
Possible, probable and proven are known as the three P's in the E&P arena (Exploration and Production). To make it easier for some, P1 refers to Proved Reserves and is a key benchmark by which we want to be evaluating a production company.
P2 refers to Probable reserves. These are reserves whose numbers are based in part on assumptions. P3 represents possible reserves. Again, logic indicates a likelihood of oil being present due to a confluence of indicators suggestive of significant oil finding opportunity in the same area or, at the least, influenced by factors consistent with established findings in an adjacent area. P3 numbers may yield less than a third of the stated oil in place (OIP). P2 may be established by examining drill results from contiguous areas and will likely produce a greater percentage of OIP.
However, in ALL INSTANCES, only the drill bit will actually determine presence and availability of oil in a leased site. Thoroughness of seismic gathering, quality of analysis and subsequent interpretation, financial means to fully explore all possibilities---this is extremely complicated and demanding work needed long before profitability. Thus it is remarkable to hear that proved reserves have been bumped up and by such a large amount.
At the root of all E&P success is geophysics. This is the art of sniffing out oil in place. It appears that our management possesses a sixth sense common to only the finest geophysicists. My hunch is that CAZFF is soon going to demonstrate an impressive move to the upside in terms of share price.
The above is in my opinion only.
Agreed. Standing GTC orders I placed this morning range from 33 cents to 36, laddered in 1.5 cent increments. These are low-ball bids and not likely to hit. Sometimes even candy can provide a sweet fantasy, though.
This is a really fine accounting of one person's experiences. Yet it surely must speak to every one of us in more than one way.
Omari is not your everyday sort of guy and that probably plays into his remarkable journey much as April's blog helps keep things in perspective for us shareholders in Neuralstem (CUR).
Thank you for posting this!
When I poked around here, there, and anywhere I could, it seemed to me this is worth a few bucks. Energy is my bailiwick and the positives in Lonestar are so obvious I took a plunge, paying what may become the high of the day---52 cents. For a thousand bucks I get 2000 tickets to a promising future.
The share price will likely begin to weaken in the next couple of weeks and that should provide room for accumulation. Meanwhile, what's so terrible about taking a smallish position today even at what may prove to have been inflated prices in the 50 cent area? We're in this to make money and to prove we can spot good deals whether prompted by SA articles or from friends & other sources. Paying a few cents extra today will mean nothing if shares hit the dollar threshold by year end---unless we're talking about hundreds of thousands of shares, that is.
By the way, if you Google "Permian Basin" you'll find many bits of information. There are numerous E&P's out there, many of which you may not have head of before. Energy trading is my preferred investment area and there are many, many companies surfacing all the time with knock-your-socks-off potentials. The trick is to watch out for overly large share-denominated floats, sizable leased acreage covering multiple areas so as to embrace a broader field of likely pay zones, a working history of different approaches towards drilling, operational results coming from allied drillers in the same environments & the same basins. There's much more, of course, but all in due time. Meanwhile, it's great to see interest ramping up this quickly.
The above is in my opinion only.
That's not totally true for USEI gets 40% of vape pens marketed through Jacobson Enterprises. You may choose to place value as you see fit but USEI has been engaged in developing its own infrastructure. From a business perspective, that will tend to bring us shareholders further than selling out to quickie arrangements designed merely to impress while offering no substance whatsoever.
If we can promote Real McCoy branding by getting it into the public's hands for a mere $10, then I'd say slow but steady gets her done handily. The smart thing here is to not bother Tony and his team with whining appeals for quick profits. Better to get out of the way of progress and focus on our accumulating larger positions to make ready for cashing in on favorable developments.
That's what I'm doing today.
The above is in my opinion only.
Wishing all here the best of good fortune!
It's long overdue. The time for pedantic overtures to social reform is dissipating rapidly, given that marijuana is not the problem---clearly abusive human behaviors are the bad guys.
One of the things I like about USEI is the rational, calm demeanor on the company's face. Just now, seeing where our share price is, I'm a buyer as soon as I send off this post.
Cheers to all of us in the US of EI!
And thanks for a great read---informative and I hope change will soon be in evidence.
All in my opinion as per usual.
Very impressive interviews! I especially like that the focus was broader than one might expect. Hemp production, medical marijuana, recreational applications, legal entanglements, political involvement, relief for anguish suffered by many, from veterans to genetically predisposed individuals including children who are victims of a misfortune---all may benefit from relaxed prejudices in the MJ arena. All this is explored in the film clip.
I have to admit that I'm feeling a rush due to holding millions of USEI shares myself. Very exciting to be part of the "new gold rush!"
My opinions only herein.
The functions of a PR are two-fold:
1. To deliver bottom-line info, disseminating same to the broadest audience possible. It is mandated by the SEC.
2. To shape public opinion to either limit corporate risk, to encourage further investment from the audience, or both.
Until retiring three years ago I wrote PRs for two Houston, Tx. companies. Composing PRs is, indeed, an art unto itself.
QASP is very important to me for I'm a shareholder. However, I won't hold management accountable for every word spoken, tweeted, FaceBooked or otherwise bandied about. Nobody is perfect and the demands of corporate leadership are so enormous that perfection is simply an impossibility.
Much of the debate here may be coming from those believing they have enough information to have rationally placed a stake. Others question that for whatever their reasons.
I don't take sides either way. Instead, I try to "read" through the gray areas within PRs. I do this by questioning what might be gained by their saying this or that by management. And then I consider the overall impact evident in board posts. That is a big part of how investor/public relations officers know where to begin when putting a piece together. Boards such as this one go far in presenting & painting a face representing public approval and disapproval ratings.
The above is a reflection of my opinions only.
Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid---I could believe all of these taking leadership roles in the MJ dispensing business---first via medical provisions, then moving into the recreational side. They will outsource all production-related aspects, there's no need whatsoever for them to get their hands dirty growing anything but the business. They have the licensing already in place, plus the respect of the greater community of drug purchasers already in place. Plus, they are already cleared by the government to dispense all commercially viable pharmacological remedies. And all of them regularly stock candy and cookies, so it's a no-brainer for your corner drugstore to be the place to go for getting-high goodies.
These are my opinions only.
He may be adjusting his cost basis as a result of gains incurred through trading part-positions. I do the math when hi-yield instruments shell out their distributions. This is so in order to more completely recognize the value (s) of maintaining my stable of income producers.
Dr. Fiorino is a busy man indeed, working with a number of other companies. This has to be one very bright fellow with remarkable accomplishments in his first half-life. My sense is that he must be an aggressive businessman, perhaps the ideal leader if our company soon proves to have a marketable product. I'm ready!
Good reporting, by the way! Thank you for your paste.
Greetings to newcomers to this board! I'm hoping we can develop it into a meaningful collaborative effort leading us to profitable trades in a new company.
There is an excellent write-up focused on Lonestar at Seeking Alpha. More tidbits will be found at the usual brokerages' offerings. At present, the SA piece appears to be the most complete I've found.
Leased acreage is clearly one of several very positive critical issues, said acreage producing sweet light crude. For the uninitiated, this means less refinery processing is necessary as the viscosity is more conducive to ready utilization. Production values are outstanding with surprisingly minimal falloff in the first days following well completions. This speaks to the breadth of the basin's prospectivity. There is much more to be seen here and I'm sure it will come out with the assistance of others.
On Monday of this coming week (6/9/14) I expect to start my position in LNREF. Three weeks ago I did the same with Caza Oil & Gas (CAZFF) which will be found here at IHUB. That sizable position shows a gain of 24.86% thus far. I expect something similar with LNREF.
That said, let me say to old and new friends alike that I'm looking forward to a happy and fruitful association on this board.
Len
What are you interpreting in this? I'm not getting it at all.
It might make more sense to tune in to the recorded version later in the day. As a rule, there aren't a lot of fireworks displayed at these meetings but I'm not about to rule out such possibilities in this instance. I'm ready for some excitement!
This is beyond my ability to interpret. Has anyone been able to connect the dots?
If so, thanks for helping out.
I'm not seeing how the ALS Foundation or the May Clinic could become a financially supportive organization for a publicly traded company. Can you elaborate on that?
Thank you.
At Seeking Alpha I stated that BCLI might have to do a reverse in order to qualify for a meaningful uplisting. However, I'm also thinking that if the news soon to come out is enough to knock your socks off, then we could see a far higher stock price resulting. Also, while a reverse often portends a sinking ship effect on shares, in this instance I believe we'd witness the exact opposite. After all, there is no advantage to uplisting other than for the opportunity to bring in institutional investors. If BCLI shares were to experience a tailspin due to diminishing investor confidence & concomitant share price erosion, it might be "game over."
My thinking now is that the company has some blockbuster news about to be released. It will be sufficient to catapult the share price to well above anything needed for acceptance and sustainability on the NASD or another exchange in mind. There is also a possibility that one or more major investors is standing in the wings, ready to match venture capital funding, should another anchoring entity surface. Either way it unfolds, a reverse split may not be necessary. But if it is, it won't be to line the pockets of our management team. Rather, it will be to enable our intellectual portfolio to stay on a path of development designed to enrich us all.
This analysis moved me to add thousands of shares over the past week or so, thus quadrupling the position.
All of the above is an expression of my opinion only.
Caza Oil operates in some of the same fields another E & P does---Abraxas Oil and Gas (AXAS). Yesterday it was announced that AXAS's production value had increased significantly. Shares of that company are now $5.19. I purchased just 500 shares in December of 2013 @ $3.09, a gain of 68%.
Caza also boasts superior oil field assets, great oil-finding sense & instincts, top flight seismic tools and the latest in drilling techniques. Two fine companies working in the same corner of the energy spectrum in Texas' Permian Basin.
This time I got smart.....building what is now a 25,000 share base in CAZA and enjoying a $3,200 gain. I won't be foolish again!
Sometimes we hear people remark that a stock speaks to them. CAZFF isn't speaking to me, it's screaming! And I'm listening. I'm not going to wave a pompom or brag about future earnings potentials. Instead I'll simply say that people who know me know that I do well when I listen to my instincts tempered by in-depth knowledge of a company. I mention this because I hate seeing people miss out of opportunities---especially when participation is so easily financed for 43 cents!
My prediction: Shares will exceed a dollar by year end.
All in my opinion only. I sure hope others will give themselves the same chance to prosper by looking into this.
After getting the headline news on Abraxas, I checked to see if there's a board at IHUB covering it. There is but I'm not seeing much by way of opinion save for your efforts to keep the board alive. I'm appreciative of your efforts.
Will read the report and see if there's anything I might add.
There is another stock operating in some of the same geologically meaningful area---CAZFF is the ticker for Caza Oil & Gas. I got into AXAS at $3.09; CAZFF @ 25 cents which is a ridiculous number.
These two companies share some interesting characteristics which will be readily apparent to any interested party.
Looking forward to much more here!
Absolutely on the money! My sense was that the poster's friend might have been showing off a bit, perhaps envied others for believing in this wonderful stock opportunity.
As for apologies? CUR is going in multiple directions that will hopefully save lives and immeasurably enrich the quality of life for many afflicted individuals. Already, this company has opened eyes around the world to say nothing about hope now creeping into the minds of many.
Who could have predicted such promising signs even a year ago when shares were priced at a third of current numbers? Nobody! And for this reason alone, no apologies are in order for allowing opposing points of view from friends. If anything, I admire a board participant who demonstrates such endearing humility that he will apologize despite not having realized any implied ambiguity.
IMHO
You are a blessing to this board! That was a beautiful response pointing to real issues and addressing parameters many others would have angrily trashed disrespectfully.
Thank you.
Of course that must be it!
Were everyone to buy into that bit of TA, there'd be a wholesale exit with massive gains pocketed only to wait for the certain opportunity to repurchase at a third of the current price per share.
Would that historical charts could guarantee even a portion of assertions claimed. CUR will move, for sure---either up or down. And it will happen on the heels of finite revelations from fundamentals released through the likes of Dr. Feldman or heart-felt renderings shared by April through her blog. We have every reason in the world to await meaningful news later this year. And we lack certainty with respect to timing and outcomes.
With empathy running extremely high here, I doubt many will grab their profits and run for the exits---not so long as there's a greater-good ethic in place.
This is a remarkable opportunity to participate as a co-funder in one of the most difficult of all diseases known to personkind.
All in my opinion, of course.
When you look at Launch TV, what are you seeing that has you believing this acquisition is real with significant profit potentials ahead?
What have you identified as being of historical value with regard to prior earnings records?
Where will proof of earnings be found?
Thanks for your opinions!
Thanks, Greg.
Have you considered offering to be a board moderator here? It appears we have none. You're coming up with interesting and helpful material, of great value to investors. I'm betting this board is going to prosper nicely, thanks to our pick doing so well.
Len
Wise counsel indeed!
Me too! Discussing this stock is the point of the board. Examining prices paid and/or considered for purchases are wholly relevant. This makes for a stronger board, imo.
Today 43 cents shares looked good enough to me. Would like to add while possible at under 50 cents. Expect it to blow through that level before Summer is done. There may be a pullback here pretty soon but I won't participate as a seller. Longer term value will be in the share price developing by year end. I could believe a dollar.
All in my opinion only.
Len
