http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=8045531
Virtra has added some tradeshows especially military.....I live right outside DC and will try to get a pass to AUSA in October through virtra or the peeps I know
http://virtra.com/corporate/trade-shows
What are the other locations and when are they opening?
TIA
The last conference call they said they would only buyback if it was needed for an uplist which was the $4 price tag....nothing more. Its not their to reduce the share structure, that will be done by the reverse split.....Plain and simple the buyback was a last resort!!!!
A couple million shares will not make a difference.....spend the money on R&D, sales, inventory and marketing!....hopefully they can adjust the split to better accomadate us shareholders.
Its a startup alright....read through Genes tweets over the last few months.

Thats the strange thing...what did they just buy???? When theirs no public info anywhere???
Can't find any info on heyday games.....website, ect!!!! Can u?

new military video just added on youtube. The Virtra MIL range is expandable to 64 lanes....cool!
ITEC would be a great venue to release one of their new systems IMO.
Huh, you must be well versed in the procurement process and the tactical games being played to win contracts. Honestly, you don't have a clue, next week I'll be at the Gsa expo in San Diego....I'll bring you back some educational material.
TEEROY
Virtra heads overseas next week for the ITEC show. This was one of the reasons they wanted to get the r/s passed for any foreign buyers at the show.
The blind Squirrels got their nut.....just hope it doesn't hurt the growth of the company to much.

Couple new jobs posted this week
http://jobsearch.monster.com/search/?q=virtra&sort=rv.dt
Agreed....this board has become a pissing contest.
I believe we all will make money whether the split happens or not. I personally prefer lower float stocks, with strong management, and contrary to what many believe I think Don is the right guy for growth.
MERR = Too much revenue though bill!!!!
Check this low float site
http://www.lowfloat.com/nasdaq/
How about Merr...which I own a little of BTW for a trade....their a little shady!!!! BROKERS!!! LOL

Heres one close to what your asking for but on the Pinksheets, I honestly have been watching this stock since it was around a dollar and the float and outstanding shares were less than where it is now. The float at one time was under a million.
Virtra is a much more exciting company and as you know has much geater growth potential.

Bill this PR was probably announced because of the ILEETA conference starting today and lasts all weak. Great way to transition this news and Gander into your conversation with a potential client. JMO
Certainly Magic, I'll collect my thoughts and get back to you tonight or tomorrow.
Best regards
Bill, Lets agree that we disagree on the proxy and whats best for the company going forward. Stock guys post was spot and I'm in agreement. So....you don't need to get crappy with me because my views don't coincide with yours.
Best of luck
Troy
BINGO!!!
Actually, IES is public.
Do not agree with you that this Job posting was a result of messages posted on the board. Just part of the master plan.
It was posted within the last couple of hours.
This looks like a telling sign that audited financials are down the road.

My GTC bids are set ;)
Adding a boat load at 7 cents to my alreeady ginormous amount of shares. what a gift.
It's funny how i found this stock, when quepasa announced their deal with egam I was looking into that company and typed in the wrong symbol. I too fell in love with the share structure, PE and also checked out who their compitition was....RNOW has been on a tear. This looks like a great space to be in....Cloud, CRM, and the social space. Where do u see this going in the next 6 months 4kids. I see were in a couple other stocks together. I've been in Zagg for 2 years and quepasa for over 6 months. All three gaining traction!
Congrads on your gain, I too got in around $1.40 and plan on selling my half at $5.
I'm voting a big YES
To say Bob is out to screw us is absurd. He has always been a straight shooter and if he feels this will put the company in a better position going forward I'm for it. There is no doubt in my mind that if this does get approved we will be listed on the NAZ within a few months. They have so much going on with Gander and world wide simulation sales in the pipe the stock could go much Higher. Currently we have a market cap of only 13 million. Don Conservatively stated we'll double 2010 revenues. I believe we'll triple that. Where does that put the share price.... Much higher. If we are on the NAZ and the luquidity is low we could forward split. If the stock price trends down Virtra could by back shares. This stock will be much healthier and if it can help increase sales to larger customers I'm all for it. JMO
Be advised and listen to the CC before voting....it's only 5 hrs away and will shed some light on the who's, whats, and why's.
Cubic (CUB) If Virtra could mirror what they have done over the last 10 years I will be very happy...Just in a shorter time frame. Check out the dividends, forward splits and share price rise. If Virtra issued a .10 cent quarterly Dividend with it's new share structure it would equate to around 158,000 per quarter....they can pull that off NOW
CHeck out CUB 10 year chart with forward splits and dividend payouts...BTW their in the same market as us.
http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=CUB+Interactive#chart9:symbol=cub;range=19890313,20110321;indicator=dividend+split+volume;charttype=line;crosshair=on;ohlcvalues=0;logscale=on;source=undefined
It will be interesting to see what kind of employee and shareholder benefit plan comes into play.....we shall see and am sure this is the reason for the conference call. Dividends, growth and forward splits???? I'm all for quarterly dividends!!
I think a 10 for 1 is much more reasonable.
Here are a couple good articles from the past (late 2010..I believe Bacchus introduced it to us)about how the JDTC has included the threat fire belt. It appears testing went good and we can only hope that its included in future immersion training.

I'm hoping here are some military simulators we can look forward to being introduced.
IVR-Mixed Reality
IVR-360 Convoy
IVR-180 Aerial Gunnery
IVR-300 Boat Gunnery
things are really looking good!!!
