No it isn't. It a live show. Not taped.
That's funny; I'm still watching it because it still has one hour left. Shoo fly shoo!!
It isn't over in 8 mins; it's a two hour show! Go away Louie.
I read an article about it last week. If memory serves correctly, I believe the reality show was to happen in 2014. I don't think I found anything regarding how long it lasted or even if it took off.
She's ready to explode!!!

Exactly!! Troy did state in one of his conference calls, he believed one of the JVs he was looking at would be franchisable. Based on the 27 Apr 2017, PR
announcing the JV with the Naughty Girls Donut Shop, I would say this is the franchisable JV.Another 50% joint venture for the SNM Global portfolio, adding to Reg A filing... pic.twitter.com/VgQq12zW8J

Someone is silently loading 500k at a time. About every other day. Something is coming soon. I'm patiently waiting.
Unfortunately, sometimes I think it's ppl that set sell orders before going to work or other activities and aren't able to watch the activity to know to make adjustments accordingly. Then you also have the one tick sellers.
Nothing wrong with your strategy!! Do what works for YOU!! I always start with a starter (usually about 35% of total funds I plan to use on that ticker), then bid sit for the core. Nothing wrong with sticking a bit extra $$ on the bid one tick below that...never know when that opportunity may arrive. I just call that a bonus!????
I wish! At least it isn't a three day weekend. Those are the one's I hate when you have a ticker on the run!! Lol
I agree!! Not to mention the money ppl like that cause others to lose when they convince or scare someone who bought at higher pps into selling at lower pps because they are afraid of losing more money than they are already down. All because they are trying to get shares at a lower price.
He was just trying to get ppl to dump their shares at a lower pps while he sat on the bid like a weasel waiting to collect them. That's what they do!
At least I'm man enough to buy a starter on the ask and then just sit quietly on the bid and hope other shareholders get impatient and start filling my core position without any badgering from me. Given enough time, someone will cave. These things always pop when they go current, then drop down again within a few days when news doesn't follow immediately. Ppl get too impatient. So you wait until it comes back down, buy a few to get in the game, then bid sit and collect impatient ppl's shares while waiting on the news to hit, even if it takes a few weeks. Then, BAM!! Either the news hits or a group jumps on it to make it run a bit. If it looks like a group ran it up, like last week, sell enough to recover your principle and bid sit again until the news comes. This way you still hold a position if news pops right after the group run up. But in position to buy more lower if news doesn't come out right afterwards and ppl start selling off into the bid again. I don't badger ppl; I just quietly sit and wait. I have nothing but time on my hands.
Nice!!
Thank you for the update!
Finally got in, but missed first 13 mins of call
Someone, please update board with conf call info...
Haven't been able to get into the conf call. Says all circuits are busy or I just get a busy signal. Been trying for over 10 mins.
Nothing to do with UOIP. I have even notified conferencecalltranscripts.org several months ago to inform them this company is being tweeted as UOIP. No response from them.
@snmglobal: I will be giving new, exciting updates on our acquisition Green next week. Very good news for SNM and our shareholders.

And he wasn't convicted!! STFU
It only looks terrible if you didn't listen to the CC and you dumped your shares because you saw the flippers dumping their shares after realizing they weren't going to make a quick buck this week. I had my fingers on the triggers (maintain several accounts for myself and family members) while listening to the CC, but didn't hear anything that prompted me to make a hasty exit.
I sure wish a PR about the CC would've been put out...I'm #13 in the CC.
You're supposed to email troy your questions to troy.lowman@yahoo.com prior to the conference call and he will try to address as many as he can during the call.
For next week's conference call, please email questions you have to troy.lowman@yahoo.com. I will try to address as many as possible.

It's easy to get mixed up when you have to very similar tickers that are on the watch at the same time.
SNM Global Holdings IS NOT SHMN; it is SNMN, which is currently .0013
SHMN is Sohm, Inc, which is currently .0002
No, actually, according to his post, Robins didn't answer the phone. According to the poster, he called Robins number, hung up and didn't leave a message, but Robbins called him back.
So, let me get this straight...Someone that DOESN'T answer phone calls, DOESN'T return phone calls to those that have left messages AAANNNDDD DOESN'T reply to emails sent to him, would pick up the phone and blindly call them back from caller ID after SOOOMEOOONE called, didn't leave a message and hung up the phone!!
Yes! That makes total sense to me and I truely believe that poster!! NOT!!!
$ARIOQ!! Not dead until the fat lady sings; She hasn't sung yet!!
I'm thinking when they removed the "D" indicator off the symbol after the R/S, E-Trade failed to remove the PAR JUNE 08 referrence off the company name. I don't think it implies anything concerning the "Q" status.
Actually, I found what you are talking about. If you expand your "context menu" by opening clicking on the little down arrow (that only appears when you place your icon over that area within the cell of the Symbol) to the right of the Symbol to select buy or sell or to set alerts for the ticker. It list the name of the company for the ticker as AMERIRESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES INC COM PAR JUNE 08.
That is 08 as in 2008: not the 8th.
If you look at the company profile on OTC Markets, you will see that coincides with the last R/S of 1:400 dated 06/13/2008
ANOTHER WAY TO FIND THAT HEADING...
Go to the the area where you place your buy orders....Enter the ARIOQ in the symbol block...It will pull up the Symbol and name of company, which includes the PAR JUNE 08 attached on the end of the company name.
I haven't had any kind of note or indicator on my E-Trade acct concerning ARIOQ.
Yeppers!! This is in the court's hands and timeline; not the company's!!
PPL need to be patient. The impatient peeps will provide ample opportunities for the patient to add cheap shares to their accts!! Happens all the time!
Awesome!!! I guess today is group dump day on $VUME.
I agree on the court date. It isn't going to be an overnight scheduling. 2-4 weeks out is very typical and most likely.
I kind of figured since all three Defendants were named in the one complaint, they would all have to heard in one hearing, but wasn't 100% sure.
And I knew of the timeline allowed from once served, but was unsure of the timeline allowed if any Defendant was unservable. Thank you for that additional info. BUT, you confused me with this statement..."Then the party that was served will have the chance to fight it or just not show up." It's my understanding, if the Defendant was served and they do not respond to the Plantiff's attorney and/or the court within 20 days of the date served, they forfeit their right to defend their case against the Plantiff and the judgement will go in the favor of the Plantiff. I have seen this in other cases, where the Defendant did not respond in time and the court rejected the Defendant's response to the Complaint and judgment was automatically made in favor of the Plantiff. The only exception to this, I recall, was one ticker I was in, the company was being sued by a creditor. The company missed the court date and claimed they had not been served the summons but had only heard of the complaint a couple days before the hearing date and that was because a shareholder found this complaint when doing his DD and posted his findings on the board and another sharehilder contacted the company to find out if this was true as it had never been presented by the company and they had just released a 10K/Q that specifically stated there weere no court proceeding against them. The Attorney of the Plantiff could not prove the company was ever notified as they were unable to provide any signed receipt of the summons by any employ of the company. They couldn't even show any proof of any unsuccessful attempt to serve the company. The company felt it was an attempt to not even attempt to serve the company and to try to claim they were unable to serve or no responses to serve so they could try to win a judgment without company representation. There turned out to be some shady stuff between both the company and the creditor (private individual), but anyway, the point is, this has been the only one I have seen be allowed to defend in a hearing after not meeting a filing deadline.
There has not been a court date held or, for that matter, scheduled yet!! Give it time to play out. It isn't going to happen that quickly. Hopefully, we will see a Hearing scheduled soon.
Since there are three Defendants listed on the Complaint, I'm not sure if they have to wait and do one hearing to cover all Defendants at once or if they can do one Defendant at a time. If they have to wait for one Hearing for all Defendants, there currently isn't any documentation indicating the other two have been served the summons yet. Therefore, at this time, we do not have any idea how long we are going to be waiting for the hearing to be scheduled and take place.
There is no link, as it is currently still tradable.
This is where it will show up once (if), it becomes cancelled or suspended. Hasn't appeared here yet...

There will be a hearing and judgement will be made in favor of the Plaintiff.
Fortis Holdings Ltd holds 2,000,000,000 shares SNMN is requesting be cancelled by the court as fraudulently issued. As per the summons, if Fortis Holdings Ltd does not respond to the court within 20 days of the date of the delivery of the summons, the court will file a default against the Defendant and honor the Plaintiff's request. And the company has stated they will be removing those shares from the SS if the court judgment is in their favor.
To access court documents and information on this case, type in SNM in the "Business Name" block and hit search. Then click on the case number next to SNM Global Holdings Inc. https://www.browardclerk.org/Web2/
Thank you for the responses.
I was thinking if they got those shares cancelled, it would eliminate the need for a R/S.
I was just wanting to check to see if my thoughts/assumptions were the same as those of you who have been here for awhile and those that have been in recent contact with the CEO.
Paragraph 27 states "issued and owned 874,211,721". I would assume "issued and owned" to mean outstanding shares.
If you look at Exhibit A, it is only 3 pages extracted from the 37 page Shareholders with Certificate Detail report. Just on these three pages alone, there are 21,766,975 Restricted Shares which would not count towards the float, as the float is freely tradable shares. I did not count the shares being disputed in court.
With just these 21,766,975 restricted shares from 3 of 37 pages drops it to 852,444,746. Without the rest of the report it's hard to say what the actual float is.
