Third party, individual auditors do not create financial reports for SPCL or Pixelmags.
That creation is up to the company and the auditors simply review/inspect the financials with the company's creator to verify the internal numbers. They also compare the company's audit methods to verify that they are complete with the requirements being followed.
Any conflict that the auditor has is then given to the company for their corrections, not the third party auditors.
If the financials haven't been completed to be ready for filing, then it is the company's problem, not the auditors.
The worst thing we have in SPCL is a company leader who believes he is in a tunnel looking for a light at the end.
Neil basically says "we are in no hurry, but there is light at the end of this 1200 mile tu...
Glad to hear that, but neither is the SPCL seller who keeps dumping their shares at lower prices.
Just picked up 210K. I'm not scared!
Great! Another scam seller posting SPCL stocks for sale at a lower Ask price.
Sell 380,000 at .0047 and stick another 1,200,000 shares for sale at their same Ask price of .0047.
Is this the Pixelmags family getting out before they are late filing their required financials or before SPCL traders get to read right into who/what they are?
What I suggested many months ago on the selling of SPCL at low prices and low sizes was a possibility that older, lower cash people were being controlled in a older citizens stock group being led by a lowly educated stock leader guiding their new SPCL stock directions.
It could have also been low cash previous owners of SPCL trying to get some of their cash back while Pixelmags has shown up and is trying to take over the low revenue SPCL company.
It's hard to tell these days as the 800,000 that was just on the Ask at .0049 had 500,000 of those shares bought at the Ask and then some other SPCL trader just added another 1,150,000 shares to the Ask at .0049.
There's no valid definition to describe who these sellers are except those who either do not believe the SPCL backup stories added to traders reading the latest SPCL news estimates or simply ignorant investors.
Old School is basic information about SPCL.
Sorry Old School here.
The way I see it is IF SPCL/Pixelmags gives in to the world's required financial rules and post their financial reports, that would mean they cannot follow what they became used to in the private company movements.
SPCL/Pixelmags will end up with some one else directing their movements.
"YOU LOSE THEIR MONEY, You can't go back to THEM"!.
Yes it is, but the SPCL CEO really doesn't say that. What he means is to convince them in their head that he is their money taker and they will offer money to back it up.
Any time one listens to that CEO's video, should turn on the CC to understand what he's saying instead of watching him walk back and forth in front of a crowd trying to educate them.
How we doing my friends?
The March 20 date was included in the posted PR so it is not "late" news, just added info for all SPCL investors.
SPCL can file a NT 10K at any time. There is no requirement to wait until Monday or any new business day.
Anyone can see the new NT filings here:
Thank you!
Good luck with your trades my friend.
Yes, I think so:
Do you actually think another 15 days is going to send the PixelMags investor running?
I believe this will get worse if they decide to file a NT-10K to add a 15 day extension to the filing date of their 2016 Annual 10K.
No one is expected to believe them.
LOL!!! 20 million on the Bid at .005
Maybe the kindergarten class that are trying to sell SPCL at the .0052 Ask will change their decisions and sell at the lower Bid now!
It is pretty obvious to me, while I am holding investments in SPCL/Pixelmags, that no one that is running the company or selling shares of Pixelmags to the market, has a clue as to what is supposed to be done with a public company.
It seems that only a SPCL management control of what is required by a private company like Pixelmags has any access to their mental control.
Maybe they are still only squirting mosquitoes still in their area as the temperature warms up and the SPCL/Pixelmags pps crashes?
Yes, it was a 'joke' as there were people discussing buying SPCL at a reverse split price at that time in November of 2016.
It would be nice to have a contact list of SPCL/Pixelmags independent auditor to ask if they have ever completed the 2014 and 2015 annual audits of this 'private company' contract awards and if they are still employed with them.
The current auditor status would be nice to know if the 'private company' ever adds itself into the NASDAQ world, one could decide if buying their future NASDAQ shares would be worth an investment of their personal cash.
Thanks, I see that. The 5 digit prices really suck when traders can't use them directly.
Fidelity keeps showing that the trades at 10,000 shares is priced at .00577, not .0058
This makes sense to me about those large and small Bid price trades:
In a reverse merger, investors of the private
company (Pixelmags) acquire a majority of the shares of the public shell company (Solaris), which is then merged with the purchasing entity (Pixelmags).
Yes, that's correct. I got my mind mixed up with those large trades.
What is this? A SPCL MM holiday gift?
Another 40 million and the Volume sits at only 89 million shares.
Too bad I just removed all of my cash out of Fidelity or I would have been upset with their blocking any SPCL buys from my account because of the "STOP SIGN".
Now I'm just happy to still have the cash.
MY GROUP OF MILLIONS OF SPCL IS STILL HOLDING AND THOUGH NERVOUS WATCHING THE .0049 BID TRADES, IT IS STILL HOLDING FOR "TOMORROW" WHEN THE SPCL/PIXELMAGS LOW RENT MANAGEMENT WAKES UP AND TALKS TO THEIR INVESTORS.
Spend a long time reading the messages on any board tells everyone there are not many smart traders in the pink sheet market.
Anyone who owns 40million shares of this would know not to use stop losses.
It was two sell trades, no buy backs on either side:
40 million SPCL trades on the Bid at .0049 was most likely a STOP-LOSS set up by a nervous trader to protect their high cash balances and will likely be contained by the MM that traded them.
!!! 40 million !!! Just traded at .0049
The SPCL gutter garbage is gone it seems.
IHUB got those low price SPCL shares correctly:
SPCL TRADES Nice:
100,000 @ .004 13:10
571,000 @ .005 13:11
100,000 @ .004 13:12
671,000 @ .005 13:12
Yet Scottrader only shows last trade 671,000 @ .0062
Great, a BIG $0.60 trade for 100 SPCL shares at .006
I wonder what was required by the brokerage firm or the MM to support that trade.
A 10K from SPCL was due April in 2016 and was never filed, though SPCL filed a NT-10K saying they would file a 10K in 15 days from the due date.
Today, they are due from one year ago. Any delay is not caused by SPCL or Pixelmags.
History of third party individual auditors tells us that any problems they run across in creating an audited financial filing comes from problems the auditors find in the company records and put the responsibility of fixing or explaining the problems with the management of the company.
There can't be many explanations to give to the SEC, OTC markets, or FINRA a reason to justify a long delay for all this time.

I understand that, but SPCL is the only stock available these days and is being run quietly by PixelMags employees as SPCL managers.
I also hold many SPCL stocks and purchased again after the release of the 8Ks. Never have I ever considered it a new purchase of Pixelmags stock until they commit to sending press releases out to the public.
That's why I was asking.
Shares issued from a PixelMags "private company"?
I'm still waiting for my nine hundred thousand new PixelMags shares Baby!!!
I'm thankful I'm not suffering the same market I experienced in 2014 by losing all of my market cash.
At least I was educated three years ago and I no longer expect company management to do what others expect them to do while the price drops to nothing (then in 2014) except to leave their jobs while hunting for a new contract agreement.
SPCL/PixelMags is looking down again.
The company needs to hire a new management crew who knows how to create and file new public press releases.
All they do is watch their stock price (SPCL) drop in the market while stock owners guess the date on the expected company news releases from PixelMags before it becomes a market stock.
LOL!
not current nor long.
Yes, exactly! That's why I find a late of time wasted reading the SPCL messages and living with the future expectation of seeing the FINs released based on rumors only.
I have been in SPCL since May 2016 and have been expecting the 8Ks to actual have a real meaning.
What I have learned is that SPCL/Pixelmags has nothing but lazy managers experienced only with private companies. I'm surprised the SPCL pps hasn't been reduced to zero bid with a .0001 Ask.
It's all bought up.. Buy or get burned, as the accumulation continues into dday.. Value and frustration run hand in hand . So go's life and everything else. The go button get's tapped frequently as more and more begin to understand the reality of SPCL. It is all happening right in front of our eyes and quite frankly to accommodate your post , I'm surprised it hasn't been lifted over 02+ as it should be now
