Yes, I think so:

Do you actually think another 15 days is going to send the PixelMags investor running?

Pixelmags has had many months since the merger was started/completed and they had plenty of time to contract with an independent auditor to compile their financial info and they have also had a long time to inform their SPCL/Pixelmags investors/traders about the current status of the company.

So I believe any further lack of filings will be very hard to connect with any future traders. Who would buy any shares of a possible Nasdaq company especially one with higher prices.

Not me, as I intend to exit with my multi-millions shortly after they file a NT-10K, if they do so.
