Not all. Its due to the share structure, & how thinly this has traded until recently. As this gains more attention they will start to stack up on both sides.

Never do in this market. As we speak we just had a second bidder step it up to .027. If we can get any kind of buying pressure going this will close over .04.

I completely expect a PR early next week. They are going to lay out their plan for us and I think folks are going to be left chasing when we see what it is.

Don't doubt there isn't some sub-penny profit taking going on, but the fact of the matter is that bid seems to be pretty solid for a stock that's up 150% on the day.

Do you honestly believe that a company would take the time to get all financials current, incorporate in 2 states, get an attorney letter and present 11 filings since the beginning of the year to take the price per share to .03?

They have spent some serious cash getting all these things worked out so I would expect that they would like to enjoy some type of return.
