Stephen Hicks owns Tarpon Bay... http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2010/comp21709.pdf
Well, which would you rather pay, 7M or 700K. Tarpon bought the debt from debtors. STLK didn't seek financing from Tarpon.
I think it could've been worse. It's not a good deal other than reducing debt by 90%.
Got a link that says that?
We reduced our debt at shareholders loss.
It'd be ten times worse if they hadn't reduced it. 7M or 700K? Tough decision on which way to go with that. Lol
Delusion?
Oh no!!! The whopping 236M shares in the float is killin the stock. LOLOLOLOL!!! That's just nonsense.
I did. Did you see a time limit to repay the debt?
The problem is Tarpon Bay Partners bought debt from other debtors and sued the company. They owe them $700K which is down from about 7M. Most of the notes are held by the BOD.

They can only convert if they're given shares. If it's paid in cash, it's a whole different story. Correct? There's no time limit to pay off the debt. It could take years. Did your read the agreement yet?
In 8 months? This wasn't a quarter it went up. Since December. At least they're not filling their pockets.
Now the company is scamming? A scamming, lying, fraudulent SEC filing company? LMAO!!!!
It could be worse, could've paid a dollar for it like some other stock.
STLK is in far better shape than 90% of the pinks out there.
A 236M Float isn't huge. Even if it is up 500%. Whoopie shit.
I thoughts Hicks dumped Southridge and is now running(from the SEC) under Tarpon? No?
"etc." know what that means?
Massive dilution? LOL. Must be new to the OTC cuz, that's not massive dilution.
There is no current PPA coming soon.
Lol. It's gonna be funny when they sign the deal. Keepin this post.
They already caught Money Runners. They ran this stock too.
Nickels are 75% Cooper
Reminiscing...

Nothing has changed except the calendar.
Tomorrow is promised to no one.
STLK ~ Debt Discounts.
Stephen Hicks, Southridge Capital, etc.
Someones fishin and too lazy to do the DD. Jus sayin.
What info do you have? Huh?
I have yet to speak to him directly. He'll talk to me, eventually. He has to and he will.
Depends on what the SP is. You do understand this?
I own almost 1% of the float. 99 others putting up less than 4 grand would purchase the entire current float at this pps.
It's a disgusting scenario. :)
"Seriously misleading"? Really?!?! Do you want some links to prove it?
Uncle Nic has some splainin to do. He's not done dealin' with me yet.
How much did the O/S increase in ALL of 2013
They filed their first annual report with OTCM in April 2013 but, by the same time the following year it only went up maybe 1-2%. In April 2013 it was 129M, in April 2014 it was 153M.
I still don't see the "MASSIVE DILUTION you're referring to.
how much has the O/S increased in the last few months??
Minimal. Compared to the other companies on this exchange.
But, hey... what do I know?
Still LOL. It's gone up a little over 100% this quarter. Have you ever seen an OS go up 800% in a quarter? Minimal bullshit.
Lol. Astronomical. 50% is astronomical?
C'mon man!!
50% on the note... http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1569055/000149315214000834/ex10-2.htm
30% on the shares being issued to cover the debt... http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1569055/000149315214000834/ex10-1.htm

The positive things I was talking about aren't forward looking statements, as you assume. I apparently see things you don't.
They can't cover $700K in a quarter, you do understand this? They can't have more than 9.99% of the OS, you do understand this?
