The key is Pedro Quiros. He knows what is going to be an acceptable price for both STLK and Ice, in order to close this deal. It is also an advantage that he knows all the players involved and what it will take to convince ICE that this is a good deal for both entities. If anyone could possibly bet on a sure thing, this is as close as you could imagine.
I can not believe how cheap this stock is. It is obvious that many still know nothing about this company and the imminent PPA. That being the only drawback to this investment.

It is not like the company has been quiet about what is going on. The news and updates just haven't reached enough investors to create a large enough following yet. Kind of curious in that. Hope it doesn't take a P&D to get some awareness here. That would be ruinous for a long term shareholder base and draw the wrong kind of traders/investors here.

Only time will tell. But I really feel confident about my investment.
