Welcome Back Blish-Mize
by Eric Lehner
.First new replenishment now received from an earlier distributor. They appear to have a number of new customers for Winning Colours Stain Remover. We don’t know how many or who they are yet, but that’s the comment from the distributor, taken at face value.

Maybe you can explain this concept a little deeper???
Need to refresh L2, there are 3 MM's at .0022
The manipulation with the 10k bid whacks you speak of is actually an attempt to manipulate fake bid support. Someone is stacking multiple 10k bids through different brokers in an attempt to sucker in buyers to buy at the ask.
Today was the completeion of the ProGroup planning conference, and it would be nice to get some type of update next week.
With today being the last day of the Pro-Group planning conference, hopefully we will recieve some good news about new clients emerging in the near future.
Antoher point we could discuss all day without making any progress lol. People can see that the company needs access to capital in order to continue growth (retail sector) They can also see that WNBD doesn't dump 100's of millions of shares on shareholders heads to line their pockets, and walk away for another year. As everyone has stated here that it's the CEO responsibility to create value for shareholders, so given these two responsibilities the following applies.
If the company needs capital, and needs to sell around 30-50 million shares...then what is the problem with releasing important news about current/future developements in order to support the stock while capital is being raised. Since it's his duty to operate/grow the busisness, and look out for shareholders, this seems to be a logical approach right? Most shareholders here are speculating that major retailers will be taken on in the near future, and thus the reward will be achieved.
Let me try one other way to explain this, and this is from a trading aspect in any market. A chart is nothing more than a chart, it's not a crystal ball, but given the fact a majority of the market traders use charts as their trading tool...then it is a good predictor of what will/can/should happen. Of course news trumps all charts, and momo can be created from chart traders.
The old saying "follow the money" is where your money will be made. If the majority of traders are using charts for entry points, they will usually enter before the momo kicks in...the rest of the crowd will follow suit creating momom on increased volume. They also have exit points based on resistance levels, thus the problems breaking resistance many times. So those (not all) but many who follow the money blindly are late arriving to the party, and late leaving the party.
This is the reason charts work, and those who don't understand it struggle to make it in the market. Now there are some lucky ones the understand the dynamics of level 2, and can trade using it for visual support and resistance levels, but many times they are fake.
We could argue this point all day, and still never get anywhere. I only wanted to point out that charts are an important part of trading if you believe in following the money, and don't want to guess at entry/exit points, because that's where the big money will enter and exit.
Yeah yeah, just one big MM conspiracy theory lol.
Haha so let me try this. Given the fact that you rarely ever know the number of shares owned by any shareholder on any exchange, unless they are required to file due to the percentage of shares the own. You also never know when any of the large holders are going to sell stock...so based on this premise, a chart will never work on any stock, on any exchange....There I think I got it now lol
Yeah I'm joking lol, your kidding right??
You call it "Dead Cat Bounce" I call it a "Technical Bounce"... but neither really matters although it may have created a technical trend reversal. Stocks have moved up and down since the creation of public companies, so the bagholders you speak of today may be taking profit on the bags they are holding soon. Time will tell, but I like the odds they will profit.
Peeps can sit on the sidelines and watch while waiting for .001s or they can do some DD, and make a decision based on technical/fundamental principles.
You were correct, I think many were shocked the float hadn't increased very much given the share price at that time.
I may be wrong, but with what appears to be a reversal of the downtrend, the break of the upper trend line with increasing volume, the Pro Group buying show going on right now, other initiatives scheduled for the end of the year, historical runs occurring at the end of the year or fist of the new year... it could be a very risky choice to sell for tax loss purposes now. JMO
Nice accumulation of information there Ant. Easy to how the company's progress has picked up momenteum over the summer, and into the end of the year. Great things in the future for those who understand what's going on here. Post needs to be a sticky!!!
I would imagine any financing this company can get with no assets, or revenues will be as toxic as radioactive waste.
bad day in the market everywhere today.
I have no problems with conservative estimates as long as they portray real life experience with similar like-kind settings. Using last years sales data across all retail locations certainly can't be compared to the 2nd largest home improvement retailer in the US. I believe to get a more accurate picture of what could happen if the Lowes account comes to fruition, would be to use the sales data from the Lowes stores in Canada. Home Depot in Canada would probably provide better data since we have been there for a couple of years, but the sales data we have been given isn't sufficent to determine specific number of units sold. Below is the numbers provided from the CEO blog on Lowes in Canada after being in that chain for a short period of time.
A company without initiatives is a stagnant company. Some of the initiatives will become fruitful, and some won't...That's just the way business work, but if you aren't pushing for one of the big initiatives to take root and move forward you might as well close up the shop.
I believe regardless of the quarter you wish to throw the numbers from the delayed product shipment into the over-all fins look okay. From a forward looking perspective it appears they have not only negated the loss of Walmart during the year, but will end up showing year over year growth according to orders already booked in Q4. There is also plenty of time left in Q4, and alot of initiatives currently underway which could lead to additional revenues before the end of the year. Growth being accomplished during a struggling economy is clearly a result of the hard work and presistance.
What makes it more impressive is they done this while losing (temporary or permanent) their largest account in Canada,
I think there is an important aspect that can't be overlooked which isn't covered in the filings. If you look back through the press releases issued in Q3 you will see there were very few new retailers listed (alot of potential, but not much secured) Then add in, it appears Lancaster's order was pushed to Q4 (largest US distributor client) and we still had decent numbers. I believe alot of these orders were re-orders, which is one of the most positive developements which isn't in the filings.
WNBD breaking out...nice move
Nice volume coming in now
Nice late day action!!
That is the next logical progression, and if things continue in a positive way, I would imagine they would want many stores (if not all) stocked before next spring.
Sweet to know we are still flying under the radar at this point.

How many times today?
by Eric Lehner
.One of the reasons that Winning Colours Stain Remover has a bright future is that the problems that Winning Colours solves occur so often, in so many places. The demand for clean-ups is a self-regenerating market, continuously re-appearing and renewing itself as spills and messes just keep coming. How many times today from coast-to-coast will an unexpected nasty something happen? 100,000 times? 1,000,000 times?
In the Lowe’s Home Improvement Store in Steubenville, Ohio, yesterday, as the in-store demonstrations to shoppers of Winning Colours were wrapping up, a typical incident occured. It symbolizes the point that you just never know when it’s going to happen. No one is exempt from drips, drops and disasters. Let’s have Scup tell it in his own words:
Yesterday at Steubenville, Ohio we where just packing up and ready to leave. Our demo table was set up right in front of the paint desk. A few women were watching us do the demos and asked some questions while they where waiting for their paint order. They had a couple of young girls with them no older than 2-3 years old . They walked away when their paint was ready and our backs were turned almost ready to leave. Then we heard one woman say “OH NO!!!” You see, her paint can had excess paint on it and it got on her baby’s purple coat. Well, this woman was not happy. She wondered out loud “How am I going to get this paint off my baby’s coat?” My wife (who was with me) quickly told the customer that we can get it off for her if she doesn’t mind us getting the coat a little bit wet because Winning Colors uses water to help with the removal of the stain. The customer said “… of course if you can get the paint off the coat!” Well my wife and I removed the stain, PLUS another stain which was on the coat. The mother was very happy and pleasantly surprised. While this was going on other people where watching at the check out lines. Well , this mother left with a quart and her friend left with a 4 oz bottle as well.
It’s no wonder that the Lowe’s Store in Ohio has already placed their first
replenishment order for more Winning Colours Stain Remover…
Look familiar? Whether in Steubenville or Sacramento, Scarsdale or Savannah - stuff happens, constantly.
.
I think the sting happened when you sold for a loss.
I do believe if we see increasing revenues we will also see a continuation of the reversal in progress, and a slow climb through the end of the year. Unless we get huge news that could send it up much faster.
WNBD moving up under radar..Up 16.13%
I can't believe Home Depot, True Value, Zellars, Bengamin Moore, Spartans, and many others are trying to push such a bad product over on consumers lol. To make matters worse, Canadian Tire has set up an in-store display for winning colours, and Lowes is allowing in-store demonstrations of this bad product. The nerve of these retailers these days haha.
Some people just don't get it Tuna, they buy high and sell low. Then they look for others to blame for their poor decisions so they can release their frustrations on them.
You are the one bringing into question a comment from the ceo, why should I have to prove anything to you. I'm satisfied with my DD, and if you aren't, then I suggest once again for you to make the case with the CEO, or look for answers in the past memos or CC's. End of my discussion on this absured matter.
I'm asking...do you have proof that it wasn't?
Unless you have found some information while doing this digging you refer to that prove his statements aren't true, then why even bring it into question, or post what you have found. I suggest you sending Eric an email to have him explain to you why the product's considered non-toxic. He has discussed it many times in conference calls, and interviews if you care to listen.

When retailers become partners…
by Eric Lehner
.Thank you Annette! A nice surprise for Winning Brands when performing an errand at a Canadian Tire store recently. The Paint Department personnel, on their own initiative, created a custom display of Winning Colours Stain Remover.
Short video of display with cell phone: Nov 2010 Canadian Tire Store – Self initiated display
.
Hey Ant,
Did you see the 3 videos some idiot posted on youtube yesterday? It was a clear indication that some people are too dumb to follow instructions. After viewing them, it sure makes me wonder how scup and dave are pulling the wool over all the people's eyes that are watching them clean stains in person. Just makes ya wonder about some people right lol.
"What you talkin bout Willis"
You mean TECH don't have the designed for the enviornment seal, or no verifiable proof of their independant lab test after all this time, but yet they claim this. Then why would I want to do a comparison with this product lol.
I have done my dilly on the product. I have done my dilly on the company. I am comfortable with my investment in both through the knowledge I gain while doing so. I'm not here to do DD for those who will only look for the "why not" factor in every aspect of the company or the product. I suggest if you are interested in knowing about either, you can do the same...but we both know that's not the reason behind all this anyway right lol.
