Antoher point we could discuss all day without making any progress lol. People can see that the company needs access to capital in order to continue growth (retail sector) They can also see that WNBD doesn't dump 100's of millions of shares on shareholders heads to line their pockets, and walk away for another year. As everyone has stated here that it's the CEO responsibility to create value for shareholders, so given these two responsibilities the following applies.

If the company needs capital, and needs to sell around 30-50 million shares...then what is the problem with releasing important news about current/future developements in order to support the stock while capital is being raised. Since it's his duty to operate/grow the busisness, and look out for shareholders, this seems to be a logical approach right? Most shareholders here are speculating that major retailers will be taken on in the near future, and thus the reward will be achieved.
