The EXIM letter of interest more than anything else has improved the chances for better financing deals for NioCorp. Do not forget that when we signed the Spac deal in September 2022 that letter did not exist.
This is not what everybody expected but we have after this deal
close to 100 million on the bank which may last until we receive potentially 800 million more with government backing
A Nasdaq listing
and a few positive news events to be expected in the near future.
This is a lot more than we entered the Spac deal at the end of September last year. I think we are a more interesting bride now than we were then
No excuses. the redemption rate is very disappointing but I see enough extremely positive events in the near future to remain optimistic about this company . congratulations to scooter on his forecast on the redemption which was 100 percent correct. I continue to support the management team and am looking forward to see what will happen next.
Thank you Mr Grunt
this is the same guy who was negative on LWLG
follow his latest brilliant advice
https://rumble.com/v2ckuvy-jim-crammer-says-buy-svb-stock-as-bank-goes-under.html
selling the company only makes sense after we show profitability. When EM division gets back to normal things will change fast. The copperdivision is already dong much better.
so my advice
never post something when you are walking in the snow.
BTW most Belgian LWLG shareholders over here also shareholders in Niocorp and Mark Smith Chairman and CEO of Niocorp is also a LWLG shareholder; He attended all ASM's in Denver when I was there.
I think the probability that we will get the loan of 800 million usd is the same as the probability that we will be mining rare earths . ( IMO close to 100 percent) I understand the prudent words in the newsrelease ( I come out of a profession where we were worldchampions in being cautious with words and certainly for US clients ) but I think that this government backed entity has done all the due dilligence necessary before they issue such a letter of Intent. They do not want this to fail.
IMO This process did not start when the management team went to Washington amonth or so ago. It started many months earlier, probably parallel with the GX II negotiations.
I do not think we would have received this LOI without the backing of the GXII deal.
I posted this by accident also on the LWLG board (lol); The funny thing is that most Belgian shareholders who are in LWLG are also in Niocorp.

Somebody asked me why I posted so little lately but what can I add to the already many valid post on this board without repeating the same.
For the posters that think Mark should find another equity funding than the GXII one; Did you notice that Dean Kehler was also in Washington a few weeks ago? That tells me everything.
You have to become more and more inventive to find holes in the Niocorp gameplan.
It was heartwarming to get a reaction in my mailbox of the many voters in Belgium and the Netherlands although the banks made it not easy to vote . over here .
Go Niocorp management. We support you...
exactly.
i did not see nor hear you at last years ASM.Are you going to show up at the next one?
i had one investor who told me that Argenta was going to take the neccessary steps.
I got quite a number of shareholders that use Bolero who told me they could vote as of today.
Also Saxobank and Interactive brokers through their agent (Lynx) seem to come through;
The only bank that does not vote for shareholdersmeetings outside of Europe is Keytrade; Not good publicity for them.
We are working to change that.
Ted , after being the largest contributor on this message board It would only be fair that you show up at the next ASM in Denver which I expect to be around May 25.
so you should be up about 600 percent but you are telling us that you would have been up 1200 percent if you had not invested in LWLG.
sorry wrong address
download the voting documents from the Niocorp website and mail them to your broker
I cannot predict short term movements. I am in for the long term.
I guess I have to come back and sign again
Alain , one of my friends , a banker bought the shovel and handed it over to Mark before we were heading to a restaurant in Antwerp together with Scott and Jim and a few diehard investors. The message was , we give you this shovel so you can speed up the process and start digging already. lol
The same visit one of my contacts introduced the team to the research lab of a large multinational where they do a lot of research on scandium applications;

I will write a mail on sunday to hundreds of investors to show how to vote.
Investors who vote no do not have positive intentions with niocorp
exactly Jeunke
i see you speak from experience
We made the front page, above the fold, of the New York Times print edition today!
A big thank you to Congressman Dan Bacon of Nebraska, a former U.S. Air Force Brigadier General, for his steadfast support of critical minerals development in the U.S. and of NioCorp's Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in particular. We greatly appreciate your support and your leadership in helping the U.S. reduce our dependence on other nations for the critical minerals we need to keep America strong and move us toward a cleaner energy future.

a picture 20 minutes ago on facebook of Jim , Mark and Scott with following text
Working with White House officials on critical minerals issues. This Administration is working hard to help support environmentally responsible critical minerals projects like NioCorp’s Elk Creek Project in the great State of Nebraska.
Can you explain how the RS split number affects the dilution ?
Relax Peter it is an insurance policy
will only be used in case there is high redemption
With what I am experiencing in some other start ups I can write a book of things which are illegal in the financial world. Look at a few of the videos I posted on the LWLG message board recently.
The reason why I am in this stock is because of the management team and the confidence I have in their integrity. I believe they know what they are doing.
