My gut, which is rarely wrong, has been telling me all along that this is the real deal. However, like everyone else, I am so used to being disappointed on the OTC that I can't bring myself to accepting it until we get the official announcement. When that happens, I think I actually will faint! LOL
Absolutely!
That, my friend, is an amazing find! I would say that makes it 99.99% certain that JBJZMY is merging into DOLV. I just wish you hadn't found it until I got the rest of my shares. LOL No matter, the shares I already have and that everyone else already has are going to change our lives!
OBM, you are on it! Great find! You deserve to change your name to OneRichMama soon. LOL
I've never seen so many people want a stock they own to dip. LOL!
Does anyone here know anything about car manufacturing, like how long it would take to manufacture and deliver 100,000 vehicles? The Bahamas contract will result in $4B in revenues. Our market cap could go to $7B, or $10 per share, faster than any of us can imagine. If this r/m is what we think it is, it is insane that we are getting shares at these prices.
All I can say is any price before the r/m will look cheap when the news hits. We'd all better hope they don't drop news premarket Monday morning.
I have dibs on the WANG vanity. Hahahaha!
That's actually genius! After our shares skyrocket in price, we all cash out a few shares to buy one of the EV's, causing the share price to go up further. LOL
Many of us are hoping for a dip (and it's not mean-sprited to hope people who don't want their shares give them to us), but I have a feeling those of us who want more shares are just going to have to suck it up and pay up! LOL
I understand, but I've honestly never felt this optimistic that hope is going to materialize this time with DOLV. The DD is there! That doesn't mean it's a 100% done deal, but I like the odds here. And if we all make a killing, count me in for the celebration!
Man! Could you all tone down your excitement just a little so some of us can have a fighting chance at adding more shares tomorrow? LOL
No, DOLV liftoff starts when the reverse merger is announced. If we are at .01, then people will be saying DOLV went from .01 to whatever. What we run to will depend on how the company is valued. There are many ways to value a company, such as P/E ratio or P/S ratio for examples. I think it's pretty clear from NVSOS filing that JBZJMY is the new company being rolled into DOLV. I mean look who performed the corporate actions: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=Q1n7TXpdWAOEA8b%252bgfSZyg%253d%253d&CorpName=JBZJMY+TECHNOLOGY+GROUP+HOLDING%2c+INC. How high will it run? A lot higher than we are now!
DOLV will not be a shell much longer.
Because there is no "source". LOL
I don't think I have ever felt this optimistic or excited about the potential for any penny stock I've ever owned based on what's been uncovered by the amazing sleuths on this board.
That is true. Can you include some of the companies he has helped reverse merge in your post in order to give everyone an idea of the caliber of businesses he has been involved with? Then people will understand why someone of Wang's caliber would choose to work with him for a reverse merger.
Excellent post! Based on the people involved, this may very well turn out to be one for the history books.
Volume would take care of things since they are not selling a lot of shares, but we are still trading under the radar for some reason. Stocks with a lot less going for them are running while we wait. Price will catch up eventually. Until then, it's a nice opportunity to accumulate cheapies.
When Wang and crew show up, shares are going to be gone in no time. Good luck getting shares after the reverse merger is announced. LOL
Mr. Wang is a shrewd business man. Imagine this scenario: he invests just $1 million of his own money (peanuts to him) into the company. At .01 per share, he ends up with 100 million shares. If he rolls his EV business into DOLV (which looks like a strong possibility) and can take the company to $10 per share, his $1 million investment turns into $1 billion of personal wealth, not to mention corporate wealth. We already know that one contract is bringing $4 billion into that business already. This is not pie in the sky. Mr. Wang has the potential to make himself and other investors extremely wealthy by taking his business public.
Over 600 posts since I left this morning. LOL
I really don't care what happens today. In fact, I will be away most of the day. Once news hits, this is going to be so much bigger than IHub. I'll be here when that happens.
Look at these past reverse mergers to give you an idea of what they can do to share price:

I don't think they'll be here until the rm is announced. That's when the real fireworks will begin! Right now, longs don't care which direction the price goes as long as we can buy MORE before it takes off. Take it down, and we will lock up even more shares. We win no matter what!
Under normal circumstances, yes. Now add the Chinese population.
When you look at it that way, 700M os doesn't seem like all that much, does it? Especially since we will have a couple hundred million shares locked up before China even gets wind of DOLV.
Chinese population in the BILLIONS! How many of them will want to invest?
I was afraid of that with everyone talking about wanting more shares. No one wants to be empty handed when news hits.
You keep telling yourself that while we keep buying.
If that happens, I'm adding another 5 million!
Add my 5 million (so far).
Thanks for doing that. I was actually going to research that this weekend when I had more time. Just one more positive thing to add to all the others.
Hopefully, DOLV will end up in the Reverse Merger Hall of Fame:

I cracked up at that. I thought it was a joke. Then I saw who posted it and realized you were serious. Laughing out LOUD!
I get that feeling too in a big way.
That's a great point. They are not wasting any time. I think they want to get this done.
Honestly, none of the day-to-day trading matters until the new company is rolled in. That's the only thing I care about here. It's obvious they are gearing up for the reverse merger. Getting current was the first step.
My friend thought he was smart for taking 18 bags with OWCP at .18. A couple months later, he wasn't feeling like quite the genius he thought he was. LOL
Everyone needs to read this! It explains shorting of OTC stocks by a past market maker. The strategy to deal with it is to HOLD! It's a really good read. Worth the time if you are interested in educating yourself.
