Mr. Wang is a shrewd business man. Imagine this scenario: he invests just $1 million of his own money (peanuts to him) into the company. At .01 per share, he ends up with 100 million shares. If he rolls his EV business into DOLV (which looks like a strong possibility) and can take the company to $10 per share, his $1 million investment turns into $1 billion of personal wealth, not to mention corporate wealth.
