Amfil Technologies Inc. Announces A Firm PO Received From Walmart For Multiple Of The New In-House Published Game Titles From the Recently Acquired 'Morning' SubsidiaryPress Release | 07/09/2018
TORONTO, ON, July 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC Pink: AMFE) is pleased to announce that it has received multiple purchase orders for upcoming game titles published by its newly acquired subsidiary, Morning. This includes a pilot project through Wal-Mart which includes a firm initial purchase order for over 10,000 units of each of the highly anticipated game titles. This initial purchase order has a USD value well into the six-figure range.
In order to protect the company and its customers’ information to price-points, margins, and purchasing power, the exact dollar values and order sizes will not be disclosed at this time. However, the company will assert that the high-volume purchase order from Wal-Mart, and other retailers, is a strong indication of the traction that the upcoming game titles have already gained and confirms the confidence that major retailers have in Morning as a supplier. The pilot project with Wal-Mart is set to commence shortly as the newly published games are delivered towards the end of summer. The company anticipates that this will be a continued long and profitable relationship for both parties.
The upcoming game titles being published by the recently acquired Morning subsidiary are currently being produced by game manufacturer, Panda Game (www.pandagm.com/). Panda Game is one of the largest and highest acclaimed board game manufacturers in the world. Over the years, Morning has developed a strong working relationship with Panda Game due to their high-quality manufacturing and quick turn-around times. Due in large part to the highly successful Kickstarter campaign for Kill the Unicorns, positive reviews from game industry influencers, and high anticipation from the public, Morning has opted to print large quantities of each game. This will reduce the cost per unit, increase margins, ensure that initial demand is met, and also ensure that there will be no shortage of game supplies as we approach the next holiday season.
As mentioned in recent press, the all-cash acquisition of the Morning board game publishing and distribution company was completed at the end of May. The Morning acquisition was completed for $150,000 Euros and included all of the company assets minus all debt and/or liabilities as they were extinguished by the Tribunal in France prior to the acquisition. Morning has now been fully integrated into Amfil Technologies Inc. The company has created a separate entity in France called 'Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS' which now owns all of Morning's assets including trademarks, websites, and all the game titles and intellectual property (IP) etc.
The company views the above mentioned initial purchase orders through Morning as strong verification that the acquisition of the established publisher/distributor will be a significant source of revenues, contributing to the company’s bottom line and increasing shareholder value.
Shareholders can expect additional company announcements shortly.

About Us:
Amfil Technologies, Inc. is the parent company to four wholly owned subsidiaries.
1). Snakes & Lagers Inc. holds the trade name and is the owner of Snakes & Lattes Inc. which currently operates 3 tabletop gaming bars and cafes located in Toronto, Ontario that brought in over $7M CAD in revenue last year. The company is in the process of franchising throughout North America. Snakes & Lattes Inc. was the first board game bar and cafe in North America, is believed to be the largest in the world and have the largest circulating public library of board games in North America for customers to choose from. Snakes & Lattes Inc. currently has a 100+ member staff and recently acquired the exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for some of the most popular board games in the world. The company also operates a lucrative fulfillment and distribution division and has recently entered into the board game publishing business through Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS which recently acquired Morning games in France, which is expected to add significant revenues to the bottom line in the future. For more information on Snakes & Lattes Inc. feel free to visit the website at www.snakesandlattes.com.
2). The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today. This environmentally-friendly solution also eliminates odors, while slightly reducing the air temperature, lowering energy consumption by the HEPA filtration and HVAC systems and could potentially allow for a facilities process to be labeled certified organic in the U.S.A. when the crop is no longer considered illegal on the federal level, otherwise "Clean Green" or "Certified Kind" in the meantime. The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System recently passed product review by a registered USDA certifying agent for use in California as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The subsidiary has developed a strategic partnership with Roto Gro, the creator of proprietary rotary hydroponic technology. More information on this product line can be found on the www.gro3systems.com website or on twitter @GRO3Systems.
3). Interloc-Kings Inc. is a hardscape construction company servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This subsidiary is an authorized Unilock installer, Unilock being, North America's premier manufacturer of concrete interlocking paving stones and segmental wall products. Interloc-Kings Inc. has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 10/10 rating on homestars.com. Specializing in stone and wood installations between $5,000 and $150,000 per project, Interloc-Kings Inc. has quickly become a top, high quality installation company of outdoor living areas in the GTA. More information on this subsidiary can be found at the website www.interloc-kings.com.
4). Natural Stuff Inc. For over 20 years, Natural Stuff Inc. has been distributing high-quality, value products. Since 1994, the business and delivery system have been satisfying grocery, chain, discount department, and convenience store customers. Wholesalers, vending and catering services are some of our best clients. Natural Stuff Inc. is always searching for new and exciting snack food & drink products to boost in-store sales and drive business.
Imagination is a double edge blade. We who believe in the company can easily imagine a very bright future for the company and therefore the stock.
Others ask misleading questions and let the reader provide his own answer which the person hopes will be bearish.
Notice though that there is a key difference between the 2 parties:
The longs can supply supporting evidence, while the bears cannot.
I would think that evidence should be more important than anything else...sadly our own political system has demonstrated that this might not need be the case.
The bulls will suffer in silence, slowly accumulating shares, because we know that the COMPANY is doing well. That is impossible to hide. And the stock MUST follow.
To the undecided, look for the evidence. Do not be impressed by “smart questions”. Understand that “smart” questions may also be “misleading” questions. Look up for the evidence, you will find that there is plenty of evidence to be found.
Things are looking better and better! Before you know it, S&L will be popping up left and right! And you guys are worried about these prices??
Lol these are gifts!!
Sweet news! AMFE just keeps chugging along, like the little train that could. But this train is getting momentum! A new location in Charlotte and Denver, with another possible in Texas!
What’s with this ridiculous spread??
The critic is not above criticism.
What do you know about the financial situation of AMFE? Do you work for them? Do you have ANY insider info? No you don’t. You can only ASSUME things have not gone well because the timeline that has been proposed has not been met.
Is that an issue? Yes. Yes it is. If we could turn back time I’m sure Roger would have been MUCH more careful with the information given to the shareholders. But we can’t, and he did the only thing a RESPONSIBLE person would have done, which is to ADMIT to the mistake and look FORWARD.
The question is, do we HAVE things to look forward to? The answer is a RESOUNDING yes! We have a 4th location set to open in a few months! This is going to be a CORPORATE location funded by a PRIVATE investor. This means that this location will NOT drain our funds the way that Midtown did, and it will contribute to the bottom line RIGHT AWAY! Once the audits are released, maybe even before, we have 23 people seriously interested in opening a franchise! We bought a board game making company for ONLY $150k and we have ALREADY a FIRM PO from WALMART for 6 figures regarding the games that this company makes. This is CRAZY! For all we know Morning could have already made up for the $150k deal it cost, with this first PO!
Our future looks VERY bright!
This board is hilarious
It’s incredible that:
“To be absolutely clear, there is no indication that there are any issues of concern, and the company has no doubt that the audit will be completed.”
“We are currently in negotiations with 23 separate locations for potential Snakes & Lattes franchises/joint ventures by interested parties.”

What are the facts?
The business is making money.
The stock is dropping in price.
Does this make sense?
Nope. The stock will NEVER be as important as the business. And we *KNOW* the business is expanding.
There is a new location which is going to open in a few months; we bought a game publisher and ALREADY have a PO from WALMART which is worth almost as much (maybe more) than the whole deal to acquire said company; we *KNOW* that there is interest in opening at least 23 locations in the US. Wrap your heads around that for a minute. S&L hasn’t even entered the US yet and there are still 23 people interested in opening a location. What do you think will happen when they see this is a success?
The stock is down. Yes. That is true. But this is an opportunity for you to buy more. Nothing else. Why do you think the board is under so much attack? Because there are people interested in buying in at cheap prices.
Take this opportunity for what it is. Ignore the noise.
Lmao
He just delivered BIGLY with the Morning purchase, and you think he won’t be able to deliver anymore? Lmao
That is what will happen in a few years, once the brand has grown enough.
Our business model works in such a way that we do not need to fear competition, in fact, we should embrace it.
One of the things that distinguish S&L from other cafes is the variety of games we have. A normal cafe may have 50-100 games available, S&L has almost 1,000.
We also sell games in a grand scale, so other game cafes might become important customers of ours...especially now that we are publishing games!
Imagine this scenario:
A competitor buys one of Morning’s games from S&L. This competitor sells the game to one person who discovers our game, not in our locations, but through our competitor. Now this customer talks to other people about our game, and they buy it based on his recommendation. Who is making the money at the end of the day?
We are.
“To be absolutely clear, there is no indication that there are any issues of concern, and the company has no doubt that the audit will be completed.”
“We are currently in negotiations with 23 separate locations for potential Snakes & Lattes franchises/joint ventures by interested parties.”

Well, if I follow Seaton’s logic, it seems that the bearish trend is weakening right?
Does anyone remember at what time was the last PR released?
It just goes to show how strong Snakes is on its own.
Distribution, retail, and now publishing? Oh wait, I forgot franchising?
That’s just Snakes. Snakes on its own will make AMFE a multi dollar stock.
Regarding GRO3 I always took it to be the cherry on top. If it can produce results, then it will be something more, but Snakes is taking us to dollar land, make no mistake.
Thanks!
I don’t. Can you explain?
Why does anyone care about GRO3 though? The millions made by the company have not been made thanks to GRO3. If it takes off, awesome, if it doesn’t, S&L will continue its path to world domination.
I mean, the company is making millions NOW, CURRENTLY, AS WE SPEAK, and people here are worried about GRO3?
In my opinion, anyone who is paying more attention to GRO3 than S&L should have their brain checked.
Why is GRO3 so important? It hasn’t done anything until now. Snakes is what we should focus on. The other things: NSI, IK; they are cool, but they just aren’t as big money makers as Snakes is.
If you want to invest in AMFE it would be because of Snakes. If you want to *play* AMFE, then ok, GRO3 is a sort of lotto play. But Snakes is what makes this a sure thing.
For Grozone? Yes. For NSI? No.
Obviously, we all would, but We should celebrate the good things. The rest will come in due time.
For all intents and purposes, AMFE IS Snakes&Lattes. So if you are not worried about S&L, why are you worried about AMFE?
Aggie, be honest with yourself. Where do you see Snakes in the near future?
Guys: 23 franchises are coming
We got a firm PO well worth over 6 figures USD
From WALMART
TEMPE is going to open soon
There is ANOTHER corporate location in the works
Dude, EVERYONE and their mother wants this thing to uplist. Everyone wants the audits to be released. ESPECIALLY Roger.
And this market is fickle as can be. Yes we have lost a huge % of our gains, but do you honestly think we can not regain that just as easily? This stock is bound to be multi dollar, and Roger is building towards that end. That’s why the Morning acquisition was so important. Don’t focus on the short term. Focus on the near future. The writing is on the wall. S&L will be huge.
Relax dude. He got Morning for almost nothing and it has basically paid for itself already in less than 4 months.
The audits will get done, in the mean time, get the gifts you can.
These should be our talking points:
“To be absolutely clear, there is no indication that there are any issues of concern, and the company has no doubt that the audit will be completed.”
“We are currently in negotiations with 23 separate locations for potential Snakes & Lattes franchises/joint ventures by interested parties.”

56 miles is a short ride?
Another interesting point to Atlantic City is tourism, and conventions. They might be taking that into consideration as well.
Atlantic City. Interesting. From a quick search i picked up a few stats:
Population: 39,000
Median property value $182k
https://datausa.io/profile/geo/atlantic-city-nj/
When compared to Boston:
Population: 672,000
Median Property Value: $495,000
https://datausa.io/profile/geo/boston-ma/
And I’m pretty sure the buildings required to House a S&L are pretty much above the median property.
I’m guessing they are taking that into consideration as well. Places like Boston, New York, L.A, etc, are sexy places, but rent is not cheap. They are probably a bit down the line, when S&L is making much more revenue. Or if another miracle like JRF happens.
Well, that wasn’t too bad of a close, all things considered
Maybe more attention? New investors? The audit obviously will make the whales chomp down
This is repost worthy:

Roger knew in March of 2016 that he needed audits to go forward. He did nothing. We could have had franchises in 2016 were it not for Roger's negligence in the 2015 audit.
March 2016?! 2015?! They did not even have Snakes back then. lol
Its important to comprehend the TIMELINE OF EVENTS.
Why do companies go pink? So they can SAVE MONEY while they get their company together. Its costs $XXX,XXX per year to be an OTC company. He was able to keep dilution LOW because of being pink... The company was nothing back in March 2016
How could "we" have franchises before AMFE even owned Snakes? lol...
