Population: 39,000
Median property value $182k

And I’m pretty sure the buildings required to House a S&L are pretty much above the median property.

I’m guessing they are taking that into consideration as well. Places like Boston, New York, L.A, etc, are sexy places, but rent is not cheap. They are probably a bit down the line, when S&L is making much more revenue. Or if another miracle like JRF happens.
