Which brokerage do you use?
That is my understanding as well.
There might be an international brokerage that allows you to buy expert market OTC stocks but I'm not aware of any.
Did you ever get more info as to why or how Vangold was filing under the CUSIP of ZHUD?
That does not seem very professional.
If a true clinical trial is in process, you would think it would be on clinical trials website for validation.
On the sticky here there is mention of a Phase 3 trial. Is that not published/listed on any official clinical trial website?
I understand preclinical trials are not listed anywhere but once you start official trials on humans with phase 1, 2, 3, it is my understanding it would be published somewhere for public view, not hidden.
There is some debate about whether clinical trials are actually being done. Has anyone found any actual clinical trials on the clincialtrials.gov website? That is the standard site of clinical trials.
Would be nice to get an update about the uplist. Seems to be taking a lot longer than it should.
People are posting updates on Twitter.
The interview will be posted on YouTube.
Promised no reverse split.
Some significant news will be released in 2 weeks.
People are impatient. They want instant gratification with penny stocks.
Of course there is not going to be any reverse split soon. They increased the Authorized Shares to 250 BILLION to delay the frequent reverse splits.
This will sit at NO BID and .0001 until the outstanding shares reaches the A/S.
Then it will R/S and open at a much lower rate than pre split as did happen with the last one.
Wow...insane dumping today.
Stocktwits shows PNNX had an after market rise of 66% yesterday.
Definitely a glitch.
July 18 was the last day ENDV closed above .01. Tick tock.
Any more pumps left in Collier's pocket?
Right on!
Trying to lure newbies into getting stuck here is disgusting.
McWilliams does not answer emails...or takes multiple follow-ups to finally get a response.
My vote is now the new guy's responsibility. LOL
700k T trade today.
You think this money is actually being used for a real acquisition this time? Or only operating expense of the shell for their salaries?
Share structure updated today.
I'm sure before this continued dump.
More pain today.
Today was dilution day with AHIX.
Even had T trade.
What is false?
That they did not enter the challenge?
How can there be links to something that did not happen?
The float numbers are 2 months old.
There is a reason why the company is not updating the share structure. They are purposely hiding the fast rate of dilution. 1 Billion shares traded over 3 days...July 13-15 and stock did not move over .0001. Float is not 1.2B...LOL....is A LOT higher now.
The amount of lying and baseless pumping on here is incredible and actually frightening. Where are the morals? Is great to counter each lying pump with actual facts.
The volume was there July 13-15.
The volume pump failed for 3 consecutive days. As soon as 1s appeared on Bid...dumping happened.
Even more shares have been diluted into float since then. It will be nearly impossible to get off no bid now.
What news can possibly be released that would make people buy?
As soon as any news is released....dumping of shares will continue to fill the big fat A/S.
Very small float? LOL
The O/S has not been updated in 2 months. During that time, it has been a downhill slide.
The A/S was increased in May to accommodate the massive dilution heading this way.
Float is not small.
The pump last week could not even get 2s to stay on the Ask. Someone claims to had slapped 250M. It did not move.
Rio Grande (RGN) was actually making traction with it. They got some new patents and worked on initiating actual clinical trials.
After 1 year of RGN actually acquiring the ownership of Sofpulse, ENDV made the move to acquire Rio Grande (the company). The deal turned sour and then ENDV sued RGN. As part of the settlement, ENDV acquires Sofpulse.
I'm sure Sofpulse would be much further ahead of where it is now if it had remained with RGN.
The facts I just posted are independent to the claims of difference of healing time. I am not supporting those claims.
The way the company is run and the product itself are 2 different things.
Neither of the 2 companies are good investments.
The Sofpulse is the superior product backed by science and technical numbers.
Sofpulse provides 1.65X deeper depth of treatment than the RecoveryRx.
This depth of penetration/treatment is a key factor in obtaining medical efficacy and more effective and quicker recovery for patients with post-operative injuries.
The depth of penetration is in their technical spec sheets. You can confirm it yourself.
SofPulse applies a lot more energy per pulse than RecoveryRx . 4mW for SofPulse compared with .007mW for RecoveryRx.
As I said before, the 2 products are different and marketed to different uses.
Sofpulse has been used on research studies of the brain, heart, and liver. There are scientific papers released with the data.
Sofpulse is stronger. The data of the 2 devices is fact. RecoveryRx may have a sweet spot for minor aches and pains. Sofpulse has a sweet spot in more serious conditions.
The lack of sales and marketing is a different story.
Can you post the chart to back this claim?
You are correct. The efficacy claims might be embellished. I am not going to dispute that.
But it still does not change the fact that the Sofpulse is most definitely with higher energy/power than RecoveryRX and has a greater depth of penetration.
Those are facts that can be verified by the science and patents behind both products.
BIEL should buy Sofpulse. They might actually make it more relevant.
The other company is controlled by an incompetent moron. No doubt about that. That does not change the fact that the Sofpulse is stronger and better than the RecoveryRX.
Accept the fact!
Both products have a time and place for different uses.
Yes. A $1 projection of this stock with 25 BILLION shares is ridiculous.
I am not recruiting at all.
I only wanted to inform of the press release and how RecoveryRX compares to Sofpulse.
I have no monetary interest in either company.
There is a market for both products. You can say the Sofpulse is the Lexus and the RecoveryRX is the Corolla. They can co-exist for different customer base and markets.
There are many shares stuck in flippers' portfolios now that this is no bid.
Once this reverse splits....it will fall down hard and fast once again as they get the chance to put in a sell order.
Well then, if you want to lump the 2 into the same bucket, I would gladly pay more to relieve post operative pain at a much faster rate.
In converting comparison results to clinical treatment time, RecoveryRx® requires at least 84 hours to 336 hours of continuous treatment to achieve medical efficacy, while medical efficacy for Endonovo’s SofPulse® is achieved in 18 hours of treatment.”
Sofpulse is purchase by prescription only. Cost is $300.
The 2 products are not competing in the same market. One is higher end for quicker post surgery healing. The other is for lower level pain and healing.
Different customer base and scope of healing.
The PRs are coming out more frequently now that he is dangerously close to needing a reverse split to maintain QB status.
The medical treatment comparisons were clinically evaluated based on three clinical trials for RecoveryRx® and five published studies for SofPulse®.
Supported by evidence
It's all relative. Pay more for quicker healing / recovery.
I feel Sofpulse is more for post surgery and RecoveryRx is more for continuous lower level chronic pain.
The RecoveryRx® device requires 7 days to 14 days to provide medical treatment efficacy for post-operative pain and edema reduction compared with less than 18 hours of treatment needed for Endonovo’s SofPulse® to achieve medical efficacy.
