well we didn't get our 1.57 close but we still got a triple moving average 4/9/18 day cross. Monday we should be looking and hoping for volume to bust back through that 50 day MA @ 1.60 and then onward and upward from there for our MACD centre cross.
we could sure use a close @ 1.57. Only NITE left @ 1.54
holding nicely in 1.54 - 1.56 range
hey Montello, correct me if I'm wrong, that's fine but if you're going to be a smartass about it and to me you can FUCK OFF and have a nice day.
well yeah, a 6-k saying there are gonna file a 20-F...

Maybe you should do your homework before opening your mouth
20-F filed....BIG feckin surprise, no CFO, internal squabble, pissed off shareholders, pissed off private placement holders...
AND apparently SIFIE FU GOT CANNED! or quit...one of the two...
LMAO!!! Maybe she can go work at the Hello Kitty factory??
I was expecting the downticks today but actually it rebounded late afternoon nicely. There was profit taking today but it didn't seem to huge to me, indicating that peeps are willing to hold and believe we'll go much higher. Then in the afterhours it was nice to be up the 7.5 cents! It be real nice to open there tommorrow. Let's get it on!!!

still on with the company with nothing and no assets and no real management eh? doofus
bad day?
I'm guessing ther're coming of their lows on SIRI's coat tails. That's only sustainable for XMSR so long. With all the dissappointing XM news lately, makes Sirius the bull with the horns!
-rabb
kinda cool too see the two play off each other. We all know the winner though! ;) Where are the dissappointed XM customers going to go? SIRI of course!
New High: +0.01. Next resistance 4.22 from 7/19/2006.
Good news for SIRIOUS: XM Trims Guidance

Updated from 9:30 a.m.
XM Satellite Radio (XMSR - commentary - Cramer's Take) shares hit a three-year low early Thursday after the company cut its subscriber growth forecast for the second time this year.
XM shares opened sharply lower, down 7% at $9.63, but they then recovered to trade up 4 cents at $10.40.
The Washington, D.C., pay radio shop says it now has more than 7 million users. But citing increased competition and radio troubles, XM cut its year-end subscriber target to about 8 million. XM started the year with a goal of hitting the 9 million user mark. But in May, as rival Sirius (SIRI - commentary - Cramer's Take) started to gain market share, the company cut its year-end estimate to 8.5 million users.
Though it now is counting on signing up a million fewer paying customers by year-end, XM says it still expects to turn cash-flow positive in 2006. But the company admits that may not be easy. Reaching cash flow positive "becomes challenging toward the lower end of the subscriber range," the company said in a press release Thursday.
For the second quarter, XM posted a net loss of $229 million, or 87 cents a share, on sales of $228 million. Those numbers compare with a net loss of $147 million, or 70 cents a share, on revenue of $125 million in the year-ago quarter.
Excluding $105 million in special charges and debt payback, XM's second quarter pro forma loss was $46 million. That number compares with a $88 million adjusted loss in the year-ago quarter.
XM's costs to acquire customers grew from year-ago levels. The subscriber acquisition cost, or SAC, in the second quarter was $64 per acquired subscriber, compared with $50 a year ago. And the cost per gross addition, or CPGA, was $112 in the second quarter, higher than the $98 level a year ago.
The customer defection rate also increased at XM in the second quarter. The termination or monthly churn rate in the second quarter was 1.8%, compared with 1.4% in the year-ago period.
Sirius has taken the lead on the two-player satellite radio subscriber growth race this year, largely because of the debut of the Howard Stern show. XM's net new subscriber additions in the second quarter totaled 398,012, giving the company a total of 6,899,871 subscribers.
As Sirius announced earlier this month, the New York broadcaster added 600,460 net new users, pushing its subscriber roll to 4.7 million. The company has said its year-end target is 6.2 million users.
Sirius is due to post quarterly results Tuesday morning.

good day! Too bad we didn't close higher to the HOD though. The shorts are proving to be pesky but the trend is on our side now.
Last two day 37 millions short shares covered.

baaa ZING!
thanks for bringing that to the board, expose the scams!!
lol, nice Seriousmoney. I think we are starting to swing the right way today, looking good.
Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm not telling anybody what to do. I'm already out since a couple weeks ago when I blew my top. Whatever you guys decide to do I wish you luck. For me, there's money to be made elsewhere.
Orchardlark is a shill. He has professed about talking directly and indirectly with management yet his antics say NOTHING.
I feel for ya razor...and anyone else who's still holding. I didn't have a boatload of shares but I did have 60,000. I ended up selling for a loss of around 30% before that loss got anymore out of control. I reached my breaking point with this company. After a year and a half of holding stock, 40 seperate emails to various company officials with zero response. This company does not deserve me as a shareholder, nor anybody else on this board. I don't give a rat's ass how they do things in China, when they are listed on a western market exchange and have all that BS on their site about corporate ethics and accountability then completely ignore it it's not hard to come to conclusions about their silence and disrespect. I fell in love with this stock on the premise this company would be different than all the other OTC companies out there. I was wrong. I will continue to lurk here if such case arises where this stock may come into play but will not touch it till then...and at that point, I will love it and leave it...so to speak.
and that's all I have to say about that.

SCREW THE SHORTS!
Looking forward to earnings day, should be interesting in a good way.
management doesn't give a fuck, why should we?
-rabb (lurking)
I don't think Sirius is in any trouble. Yeah there are bugs to be worked out but that will come eventually. I think right now the shorts have been having their fun but it's time to put the squeeze on them. Today was a good start. Tommorrow, it shall continue.
