steve. all she did is inherit a money tree she was already enriching
herself from. all she's doing is dancing the same dance, continuing
what came before. there are 2 points and only 2: the products are
excellent; the family management runs the show as a stock selling
scam. does kelly bring her own new wrinkles to the game to keep
cash flowing into family accounts? sure, of course. for shareholders
there will never be change, only eventual bankruptcy and wipeout.
penny. why not both?
kelly would rather eat actipatchs' than see shareholders make gains.
except as a means to an end, they despise shareholders, probably
say awful contemptuous things about us over drinks and at dinner.
all their actions suggest this. every borderline unethical and outright unethical thing they do. even if it meant getting really rich, i don't think the whelans would act responsibly. it's not
in their dna.
art. they could care less. it's like wanting a loanshark mafia thug to say, don't worry, pay when you've got it, otherwise god bless.
rationalizations? that kelly has up the wazoo. integrity? perhaps
some in her personal relations, but when it comes to the shareholders of her family piggy bank, none. zero. she's a total
crook and a crock. and she could care less who knows it; long as
she can sell shares and reap benefits...that's the whole story and
it will never change. so bang your heads--she probably likes the
sound!
steve. what's been going on has been going on for 10-plus years.
kelly knows exactly what she's doing and not doing. caring about
shareholders, that's not anywhere in her brain. all moves are
made simply to keep buyers buying, so the selling can continue.
there are so many places where your voice could be heard and mean
something. kelly whelan is not one of them...
.51. if one person in a position of power believed lwlg had anything
even potentially significant, we would be looking at a different
situation and a far higher pps. do you have any idea how many r&d
tech companies created a frenzy of buying and wheeling and dealing
just because there was the possibility they had something less big
than what we supposedly have? why, there are even any deep pocket
investors buying blocks of stock--not even at .51.
it's all so so baffling.
there are countless ways the pps could get driven down. way way down. only a deal or deals will have any upward positive impact.
fingers crossed...
so true pennytiger. best thing any of us can do is move on; not
waste another minute wondering whether kelly will or won't anything.
she's already told us to move on, like the true professional she is.
people rail about crime, as they should, but people like the whelans, of whom there are a great many, they so do not get what
they deserve. there are so many dishonest and unethical people
managing companies--it's such a shame that the resources aren't
put towards giving them what they really deserve. but the narrow
multitude of people who benefit hugely off the aching backs of
the tens of millions of 'little guys,' they're going to maintain
this sad, unjust arrangement until they're forced to change. which
likely will never happen.
the silence tells you nothing? nothing is the reason for the silence. just as the tweets and everything else are designed for
one purpose: to keep people buying so they can sell 100s of millions
of shares...what is so hard to understand, it's been going on for
a decade and a half?
steve. what's to dissect? what fins? we'll get the same nothing
we've been getting for years. it is amazing to me that anyone would
think news would come at the last minute, day 179 of kelly's
deadline. will this go to .0003? or, .0002? it's entirely possible.
shareholders are stuck. that's it, that's always been it...
misanthrope, this board makes me more misanthropic than i already am. it's all just too ridiculous. expecting this stock to go
up. expecting kelly to act responsibly and professionally. she likes
running biel, a small money tree with a product that benefits
people. but what has that got to do with us shareholders, whether
you bought today or have owned shares for 15 years? like andy, she
has that angry whelans against the world outlook. towards shareholders, towards anyone who wants to make money and might
have criticisms about how the company is run with a pps forever
in the toilet, she has nothing but contempt. nothing, however
nicely she might respond to polite, softball inquiries...
tiger, we'll get nary a tweet. shocking, who isn't shocked? there
will be something at some point. a new deadline mixed in with
the understandable pushback of deals due to the pandemic? something
aimed at being enough to entice whoever is buying to keep up so
the family has somewhere to sell into. see, though this would be
another perfect time to market the device like crazy, what with
everybody stuck at home feeling every ache and pain, there won't
be a peep. radio shows, social media, you name it--at this terribly
difficult time when everybody is threatened, some really good news:
without side effects, you can treat your pain, possibly heal your
pain, without danger of addiction, for very little money. wow!
even though manufacturing has probably halted, put it in the minds
of people!!!
steve, what do you mean, it appears all systems are go? do you
have news, information?
that's right bocachicababy, nothing, nada y pues nada. just .0006.
not much room to go further down. six months, fda approval, and .0006. how can anyone...oh what the hell, if someone wants to believe, they believe and that's it, that's all.
art. the family has always done well. it's us snooks who hang in
there believing something good will happen who haven't. there's
nothing like hope and greed to blind people. the family counts
on that. they know nothing has to really happen, just periodically
toss us another meatless bone. 180 days, that was a good one. pandemic or no pandemic, it's always been something, for 15 years
now. my sense of kelly is, she might not even bother with
another bone, at least not for several months. she's an aggressive
person without a shred of concern for what longtime shareholders
have had to go through. go somewhere else, is her attitude. pure
contempt. that's one way some people deal with shame and guilt when
they act poorly. go somewhere else...
it's pretty freaky that no deals have been made. with the
national and world situation being what it is, will a deal be
struck in the coming months? a year? ever? lwlg's unwillingness
to divulge any information that would feed our curiosity about
why there has been a hold-up and what this new situation means
for the company, now and further down the road, keeps investors
dangling. dangling and severely under water--for example, i'm down
50%. good, well-run companies know the importance of keeping their
shareholders informed and somewhat secure-feeling. instead, all we've got is a group of posters who've begun to add to my worry more than anything else.
than
investinbiel: not the product but in business, management is almost everything.
in fact, biel is as good a proof of this as any. the products
are excellent, they are super necessary, the timing for them has
been nearly perfect for years, and recently they even received
full approval from the reigning government watchdog, the FDA. yet,
the stock is at the bottom of the toilet where being flushed out
of existence is much much more likely than any other outcome. the
family that manages this company has been as consistent as the
pps. has been for about 15 years!
as much as anyone here i wish the situation was different. i've
lost 80% of my investment and expect to lose 100%. i wish this
wasn't true.
impossible, steve. people are who they are. job title is the
least of it. .0006--right around where it's been for many years,
and right where it belongs. sad but true...
thank you jd! stay safe and healthy!! maybe on the other side of
this chas will have a terrific surprise for us.
jdwarrior. i guess that's my answer. zero reason for optimism,
just a whole lotta chas plans in the clouds...
JDWarrior hello. might you share with us what you think is going to happen with ctdt? based on your conversations and any other thoughts
and dd you've had? you sound like a smart, rational person, what
reason do you have for optimism?
much appreciated. stay safe and healthy!!!
what we want...oh forget it. all i ask is that management act responsibly, part of which means filing on time and communicating
honestly with investors. they're not even in the ballpark and they've got a pps that reflects that...
stay safe and healthy all!
has anyone spoken with chas recently?
thank you pinhigh. very clear and reasonable and i hope what you
say comes to pass! that would blow my mind and i'd be very glad.
even to do a little better than break even. good luck to you! stay
safe and healthy!!!
so? not one word from anyone running this 'company' in months.
investment here has nothing to do with reality. years ago an
accomplished inventor invented a technology that might or might
not work. after many years of zero proof or even a visible attempt
to outline what actually needed to be done in order to make it
work, followed by an effort to raise whatever funds would be required to go into production--or else sell part or all to another
entity--we've got exactly nothing. not even one word from the
so-called ceo who tells a couple of people on the phone that he's
working on it, that there are things going on behind the scenes.
well, have i got a bridge for everybody here. it's a beauty. call me
and i'll tell you all about it...
so true.
there is no way this group can bring this anywhere. kelly doesn't
know enough to hire someone with the expertise and talent to take
biel to another level, nevermind the level the excellent products
warrant. if that person camped outside her office she still wouldn't
bring them on because she has no intention of doing anything her
father so miserably couldn't.
thank you pony. some of the nicest, most intelligent people
i've met were swiss. what a beautiful, sane country. i'm sorry
for the store closing, though i imagine you've a wonderful life,
and this is but a blip in it.
true. they didn't hire themselves. lebby hired them and keeps them
on at our expense. they do know how to spend.
lwlg can't hold fifty cents! .50 cents! no insider buying.
no big investors or deals. this goes on and on and on and on.
screw all the hope-based speculations...there is so much wrong here
and everything except spender lebby's unverifiable remarks is
evidence! i'm angry--at myself for investing here.
pony, yes, we will see. some of what i say is opinion. like my
assessment of chas, and my thoughts about how he spends his time.
some is inarguable fact. like how long it's been without news or
action of any kind. like the years of promises that did not
materialize. like how real business-people and real companies behave. there are vast differences between how publicly traded companies conduct themselves, but none, except the stock scams, of
which there are many, do what ctdt has done for the past 3-4 years.
that's years, pony!!!
ok, so i lost some money here. i'll leave this alone now. i let
greed, then anger get in my way. if ctdt and chas pull a rabbit
out of a hat wearing synthetic diamond earrings, i'll clap and
be wide-eyed with amazement. but i won't eat crow, not after what
has factually not occurred for so long...
pony. nothing takes the length of time chas has had to show progress. he buys time, kicks the can down the road, possibly
because he himself may need to believe something miraculous is
going to happen. meanwhile, he's occupied doing i've no idea what.
but it ain't trying to get this technology moving in a commercial
direction. my guess is he smokes a lot of weed. i've known a couple
of smart, highly articulate, n'er-do-well guys who got high all the time, yet could persuade you they were involved in all kinds of
exciting projects...
sounds very reasonable. i'm of the mind that a deal or deals won't
move the pps. because of things like share structure, and a variety
of other actions kelly hasn't taken. we'll see. i emptied myself
of hopefulness awhile ago, but i do still root for the company and
those invested in it.
best of luck. i hope you are right, that this takes off and proves
to answer needs and be an excellent investment. r&d companies almost
always have someone speak about themselves at conferences and other
venues in order to attract investors and raise the capital they require.
anyone buying at this point has no idea, no clue. everything
except unverifiable statements by the ceo of the company, the ceo
of the company for god's sake, point to this being another r&d
company staffed and connected to very smart people, but missing
something that is fundamental to being commercially successful.
non otc hope and a prayer investors haven't and won't touch this
with a ten foot pole.
yep. turned out, nothing more than a swindle. somebody will catch
up to haas et al. he'll see...
what serious difference is there between 50s and 60s and 70s etc?
if you truly believe lwlg has a disruptive technology that works--
which nobody outside of a handful of people do--then you'd have been buying like crazy all along. this has only one direction, it's just
a question of what price-point you consider intolerable.
all there is is belief. there is no basis in fact or action to
support that belief. i hang in there because my life isn't in any
way tied to the fate of ctdt. i strongly believe we'll never hear
from chas again. if he was doing anything, if he was even involved
in getting ctdt off the ground, we would've heard something from him in some form. at least possibly a post here or a tweet. a year of
complete silence--that says it all. still, you'll keep believing
until this is officially kaput. i say that happens within the next 3
months. finally.
jd, bishops, pony: is this finally the end? not one word from
chas in many months; how do you manage to have one grain of
positivity based on phone calls you have with a guy whose track
record couldn't get him an entry level job at a good company?
i wonder what he does for money; how he actually spends his time?
this stopped being about patience about two years ago. good luck to
all of you. may your faith be rewarded...
.59? if that. staying positive at this point is to ignore everything
except a bunch of proclamations that no one except a few people on
message boards like this one take at face value. there is literally
zero interest or belief in what they claim to have. i won't get
bamboozled by the protos of this world again. twice before, both times with biotechs, i got caught up in the postings of some very
smart very seemingly knowledgeable guy, and lost almost my entire
investment. shame on me...
lwlg is cooked. no volume, trading bid/ask for 1/10 of one cent!
disruptive tech? yeah, sure, definitely, no question...
'something' isn't wrong. except for the fine product, everything
is wrong. if you are an investor, that is. go kelly. where is
your next vacation destination? wherever it is, i'm sure it's
first class all the way...
