You do realize that Renee Gallizio is the girlfriend of George Lambro? This company was (In my opinion) set up by Mr Lambro and Renee was placed as the ceo, they kept their shares and bag holders were o'plenty. Google his name. The guy is (in my opinion) a scam artist. He must still have some shares left. George did the same thing to CCAJ, BETS, and has litigation with the guy he probably scammed (in my opinion) on BETS. Too bad Mr Lambro's mugshot still isn't up from when he was arrested for alleged domestic battery. I'm sure finra and the sec know all about him. Cheers!
Ok, I did not know that about happy hour. Yes, that is the litigation I am talking about. There are a few more of those type of litigations coming against him, he just doesn't know it yet.
The mugshot is from when he allegedly smacked his wife around. I only have a free membership so I can't search it. Thanks again for the input. I'm sure the feds will catch up with him soon enough.
Thanks, sorry for any time of yours I wasted :)
Yeah, I came to the conclusion it was Chuck because Lambro/Gallizio submitted a request to depose a "Daisy Arnold". I guess it's Chuck's wife. Did you see the FINRA ding ding on Burt and one of his traders?
Any of you have any DD on George Lambro? He is an outright scam artist who funnels his stock in to his girlfriend Rene Gallizio, his sister, and even his kids. Does some stuff through NSG Fund and some other LLC's / Corps. CCAJ, BETS, and FINW are 3 of the deals that I know of based on some DD, but I am sure there are more. He seems to have litigation going on with Chuck Arnold and Marlon Muller (spelling may be incorrect). It's out there in the public domain. Taking place in Florida. I think George screwed Chuck and litigation was brought on. I know I saw something about an investigation on the CCAJ and that the shares were unregistered, but nothing since. Lots of fraud complaints on this guy over the past several years. Any insight would be helpful.
I guess Lambro got away with it on this one. Sooner or later it all catches up with you. All one has to do is check the bank accounts of the LLC's, Corps, and Galizio's bank accounts. Unless it is all in his kid's or sister's accounts. Litigation over BETS and got away scott free on FINW as well. This, of course, is just my opinion.
Just thank all of these parties for sinking your stock IMO. Lambro vs Arnold. Apparently one vulture tried to screw another vulture. This case is over your beloved stock.

Look at the long term chart on SLV (Silver), same exact chart pattern. That tells you where this is going.
It is heading to 180... not saying tomorrow, but it's going there. The chart never lies...
I am more apt to agree with you... Financials look terrible, energy has to have blown up a few funds that we don't know about yet...this jack up this morning is baloney....
I use the 140 day MA... this is the 3rd time it bounced off it since mid december,,,, if it breaks it, then it's back to the Oct low....
My opinion is that AYME and VFIN are both selling for a conversion. The big question is how much more do they have?
What concerns me is VFIN has to be the seller for a convert and if they exercise off of their note, the price they get is lower which puts pressure on the stock even more. It's dilutive. I think this company has a lot of potential and I am long, but they need to stop converting for this to go higher.
The Q is out. Now we know where the selling is coming from. Convertible notes.
Daddy Wags, I am far from little ;) Good Luck!
He's not short, it's all a game... Post your snapshot if you are short...
It was somewhat of an "Outside Day" on LAKE Friday. To swing that rapidly from the upside in the premarket to the downside during the day on heavier volume than the previous few days isn't a very bullish sign. I think that it was "smoke and mirrors" holding it up and at the end of the day they let it go. If they don't have the money raised yet (which is what the release on Friday said) then this can really come back to bite them. I really think a comfortable level to get back in at is somewhere around 10, but I lean to lower. If I miss it, so be it... it's not going to change life for me anyway. Energy and Oil are the most volatile right now and that's where the money is to be made in my opinion. I won't say what my strategy is on it, but I feel confident based on many factors that I will come out a winner. I hope you make money in whatever you trade. I am short a little LAKE because I have seen this movie several times before. It's all perception and reality.
I think yesterday and premarket today was the last chance to sell into a rally on this. I'm sorry you are losing money. I never like to hear about people losing. However, the private placement has not been completed, I suspect if this stock goes below 10, they will come up dry with investors and the deal won't be completed. What they will have to do is ratchet down the deal price to make it advantageous to investors. That would be a disaster for them because it would cause even greater dilution.
just curious old sport, why do you say that?

Could be a gap and trap today.
Wow, I was right!
Private offering at 10 bucks? It's easy to se where this is heading...
Could be a gap and trap today.
I don't know, I would say sell the news, that's what I have always done. I would think Dupont would be first in line for orders though, then Kimberly Clarke. Besides that, this stock's rapid decline will hurt the psyche of any astute trader who lost money going long, it's the degenerate gamblers who will get sucked back in and face the same fate as they usually do. I hope it pops and you make money, but the second this Dr. returns to normal, this stock returns to normal. How long does a run last? Think about it... Falling in love with a stock is worse than falling in love with a woman or man because at least the man or woman kisses you... ;) Good luck friends !
What does this do for LAKE? I'm not bashing, just being realistic. I don't really think the shorts are going to allow this to go much higher. I would not be all that surprised to see this lower in the morning. If the headline was "Man in nyc has ebola and everyone is buying LAKE hazmat suits", well, then that would be different. Emotional stocks always wind up lower. Just being honest. I am only short a few thousand shares from 19, covered most between 13 and 14.
I suspect this will test 12 on the open or lower. On the flush out, should it break 12 hard, I would say it's a shot for a bounce thereafter. This thing is holding on for dear life.
Today was a standing 8 count. The major upward support was broken. If I had to take a guess, I would say it will open down a few bucks tomorrow. It needs to fill that gap in the 11 area, just a fact, especially for a stock that rocketed with absolutely no news. The sad part is the stock can wind up worse off than before this volatility began. May go long at 9, but I doubt it, too many fleas...
I think 10, may meander in the 10 to 15 range... "Dong, where is my aauuutooomobiiiile?" "LAKE, big Lake".
Long Margin calls should kick in later today or early next week. The stock needs to fill the 11.93 gap that occurred into 10/9. Not saying it is definitely going straight there in a few days, but with no catalyst it can get there rather quickly. If you are long, use stops or ugliness will prevail. I have seen in the past where stocks that have gone parabolic like LAKE come down very hard. Just my opinion and 2 cents. Not bashing, just experience.
I stumbled upon this company while reading an article from months back. I would be curious to know if this company could work on an infectious disease breath test. Would be a good application with all of the ebola hysteria going on. I don't even know if it would be able to be detected in the breath, anyone have any insight?
Falling in love with stocks will lead you down a dark path, been doing this for 20 years and seen it all before. I wish the best for you, but Asher is probably right.
Especially after yesterday's close, you knew this puppy was going to sell off hard. Tomorrow could be a pop on the open and then the same result as today. My due diligence shows that this is a decent microcap company... at 6 to 9 bucks, with 9 being it's worth is they get a contract for ebola suits. Being that the Chinese just gave them a line of credit as reported in the 8k after the close means that any product produced ain't going to the US. With a crummy profit margin producing these "Ebola Stoppers", they will be lucky to make a million bucks off it. I may just buy this stock... below 10 for a trade.
First off, I will preface this comment that I am short from 18.75 and no matter what happens, it won't affect my lifestyle (even if it went to 50).
The company is valued at around 8 bucks, if that... I am NOT saying the company is a sham or that it doesn't have a great product, but this is most definitely a case of "perception and reality".
To me, in my humble opinion, retail has been sucked in the last 1 and a 1/3 trading days. There may be another day or 2 of meandering in this, but after that it goes lower, that is just my opinion. I am in no way saying that long term this could be a great company, but think about it, think about it logically. It is no different than a dot com stock in the 90's, bank stocks in the 00's, or marijuana, bird flu or gold mines, etc. This is lower by the end of the week, a lot lower from current levels. i am calling 10 bucks.
This needs to head lower, way overbought... Should consolidate at around 13 unless it wants to fill that gap from wednesday into thursday, in which case it goes to 10-11. I am not saying it will happen today, but over the next few weeks it should. I am not bashing the stock, it's just a fact of trading.
Too bad they didn't look into Ben Wey's ownership through his family. I believe it is his sister that held all of his stock for him and all of that stock was held in China. Surprised the feds haven't picked him up yet.
Another 8 getting indicted

So has George Lambro or Renee Galizio been arrested yet for the fraud they perpetrated on this stock? What about FINW? No cuffs yet? What about the lawsuit with Chuck Arnold over that online gambling stock? Anyone know anything? I need a good laugh!
don't get your hopes up, lambro/galizio probably have more shares to dump if this gets higher. sad.
I would say I think you have good opinions Termite. I am amazed how long him and that mutt have gotten away with it, In my opinion.
one word, in my opinion. - Lambro (or Galizio)
