Lots of tumbleweeds from this company.
I'll just keep out what I find out to myself, just trying to relay info to anyone who has owned this, but if you don't want to hear it that's fine with me. Best of luck to you all!
I'm just trying to provide something to this board. I own this though not enough to make any difference to my brokerage account. Just figured I would share what I heard. Tough crowd here.
I am trying to find out more about the money raise. No idea how much or for what, just heard they raised money. This is removed several times away from my freind who told me.
I Heard the company raised money. No other details from who or how.
Would make more sense for them to go BK, which would leave me to believe that they are doing something. The big question is what?
I hear you, I don't think anything is going to come of it.
This is what it said in the press release in October 2017...
"After discussion, Management realized that as the Company is simply re-registering the Company’s same securities and not effecting any sort of restructure (forward or reverse splits) or changing its company name, the Company’s CUSIP number will remain the same. Therefore upon effective registration of our new Form 10 Registration Statement with the SEC (which is automatically effective 60 days after the filing date, and would be inclusive of audited financial statements for all pending years and up-to-date financial statements), it would distinguish the Company from other companies that have failed to regain a tradable market for their shareholders due to their inability to provide straight-thru financial information."
But if I read correctly in the settlement with the SEC, they will keep the same cusip number if they become listed again.
I submitted my online buyback survey and never heard from anyone at the company. Oh well.
I have No idea, but the company did say they intend on re-listing their stock in one of their announcements. I don't know, but like I said, it isn't a lot of money for me. I am just trying to see if anyone else filled it out.
But what about the share repurchase survey on their website? I don't have enough shares for anything to make a difference for me. Has anyone filled out the survey? Any response from the company.
Amit Tandon was one of Ben Wey's attorneys on the business side ... Obviously Wey's case made headlines and the charges were dropped, but I would be curious to see the companies they covered in the past. Bet there is a link to Wey's reverse merger deals out of China.
Anyone fill out the buyback survey? Curious to know why they're doing that.

Little known fact that John traded out of the finra offices in Liberty Plaza for a while. When he showed up in the box, you got short...
Pretty much though I don't believe he is breaking any laws, so I will leave it at that...
I can give detail on this guy like no one else... I know his kind inside and out...
He's an ex stockbroker. Started at Lehman Bros and then at small bucket shops. He went by Richard when he was a broker. Excellent salesman, that's all. He's been reinventing himself every few years just like a broker who burns his book. All he did was take the broker sales pitch and put it into something where he can charge and take no risk. He didn't make a small fortune in the Asian crisis, that much I know, 100% fact...

Galizio was selling shares for George Lambro. She's his girlfriend. How he hasn't been locked up yet is beyond me.
A lot of brokers from Legend Securities (which went out of business in December) are now at the same firm these guys are at.
Legend Securities went out of business today.
And not even remotely attractive... and to think, ole George was schtupping her for a wile before his wife got wise to it...
She is not the smartest young lady... George's time is coming...
Galizio is George Lambro's girlfriend. He uses her as a front and a few years ago got involved with Pignatello . So many deals with her name on it. Maybe she wises up and finally blows up his spot, but I doubt it. The only way I think she would do it is if this was an action involving men in blue jackets.
Understood. I am seeing a head and shoulders pattern on the weekly.
Question obrein... Wouldn't 1 be the first down into that channel? Which would make 3 really be 4 and then 5 would take NUGT lower out of the channel into the mid 40's? Not trying to dispute your count, just wondering if that is a possibility. Thanks!
I gotta go follow da papers, da papers...

This board has always been full of opposite opinions, but there has always been respect for those opinions. Things are getting a tad bit childish. I have been on the opposite end of the trade which has been correct and I have been on the incorrect side as well. I think we all need to focus on the main goal which is to make this a board with justifiable explanations and, if you can't expound on what you think or what what you say the market is telling you, then that's cool, but bragging about how you are right and everyone else is dumb (based upon what they may look at) is just just being a piker.
Let's get back to being an inforamative board, not a "my d#ck is bigger than yours" board. Everyone is allowed their opinion, mocking that person's opinion is what every piker trader I have seen over the past 25 years does.
I've been really busy as of late so haven't been able to post much, but I guess it's a blessing because this has become a pissing match.
Some of us may be short term, some longer term. Respect the views... if you disagree, give a solid explanation as to why you feel the way you do.

This is window dressing week for the EOM...
Institutions have been selling into this rally as much as possible...
May be a blowoff top coming, but today kind of resembled one. The thing that makes me suspect is the volume. Vix at the lows... Everything is ok, the world is fixed, there's nothing to see here.
This rally has been fueled by the shorts, they run them out of town and when the shorts are covered, then the market will reverse...
Sorry I've been not posting that much lately, been swamped with a project...
That being said, I bought a bunch of April 15 205 puts@ 1.35... I anticipate a healthy move down based upon this low volume break higher... may make one more temporary high...
Imi, I got your email, will respond in a bit.
