The used water from salmon pens in the open ocean can become an environmental nightmare. Combining this technology with the salmon pens makes it nature friendly. The use of a fluidized bed technology, in addition to probiotic additives makes great advances in scaling the waste handling capabilities.
One of the major Sea Grant colleges on the East Coast has filed an apparent child worldwide. It is fluidized bed reactor for mariculture. I'll get you the application number for that.
Strange thing, I pulled up a picture of the professor on the East Coast, and he looks like he could be my twin brother in a dimly lit bar.
You just never know who might show up with a better business plan and underwriting capabilities, though.
They might even find a Nevada shelf Corporation to make a deal with.
Did you see them pull the order at .0048 after my last post?
I wonder what I said? "Street name?"
If shorty backed off for that reason, I wonder what he will do after he talks to the accounting department?
SQUEEEEEEEZe!!
You think he might need some toilet paper?
Yes Sir, that was...3,301,470 shares.
The patent application number is 20080210632
Oh, yeah; the E was a temporary status when they failed a filing. The transfer agent gave me one number, as if the convertibles had already been converted. I asked for both numbers, and they only gave me one.
They haven't been very forthcoming in information. they even claim that I am not a "Shareholder of Record." All of my shares are in "street name"
Did you find preferred on the market? I didn't know they were selling anywhere. Those would be important shares to hold. I figured that most of them had been converted and sold already. The poison pill wasn't a serious problem on my read.
Did you buy any of those preferreds?? Send me an email.
Here we go now. the next transaction could be a new 52 week high.
It makes a lot of sense, they declare a tax loss on the shares and wait a few months. This thing doesn't have to move, and Uncle Sam will pay them to try it.
See that? Classic stinker pinkie widening the spread. Almost sounds like a sex thing, but I mean pink sheet market action. I hope they don't ban me for the incorrect interpretation.
Those are stock terms. A pink sheet stock is a "pinkie." The spread usually widens after a capitulation, and the exit of the weak hands. Then volume drops from poor to pathetic until there is news.
I meant to say it might "NOT" be the greatest business model, but might "BE" also. I guess it was a freudian slip.
I gave up day trading a long time ago, but I dabble in swings.
I am quite the swinger. I own shares of MLDS. Hard to believe I am a minister, but my faith ain't exactly cristian. I actually believe my ancestors swung from trees. You might say I am a minister of the MLDS, a different bunch of loonies from TEXAS!
The girls like to swing from poles. Do you think there is some connection? I like the way it evolved. Boo-yaaaah!
Exactly right. They call it "super-intensive" if you can control the parameters to precision. You can reduce the square footage of the facility by leaps and bounds.
Steady as she goes? How is that working out for ya?
Did we generate interest? Somebody almost bought enough shares to pay for a shrimp dinner. $20.
It might be the greatest business model, but it beats the crap out of the current one. Do you think we might buy a few more and elect a Board of directors?
Nice clothes. The stock clothesed at .1244. up .0106 for the day. Good clothing number today.
Someday they will figure out that if they protect us from the major criminals, they wouldn't have so many minor ones trying to get even. Of course, we would actually have to elect someone with scruples and brains before that ever happens. These guys look in the mirror, and they might see a criminal, but at least he has whitened teeth and a nice combover.
Prosecuters are dimwits. They would rather go after the guy with too many parking tickets. They jump over millions to get a hundred dollars from a drug addict.
Of course it isn't my "one and only"
Here is another Ghost Ship and MY FILING:
http://pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6611450
I also hold positions in MLDS and EBHIQ.
I have a thing for the ladies, don't ya know?
MLDS is losing their primary location. I am going to merge it with EBHIQ and turn all of the abandoned stores into Gentlemen's Clubs. We will probably put the EB on some lingerie, and sell it to the "survival women" in the rest of the stores.
I don't know how the stores are doing, I haven't seen the news of any closings. I would think closing 50 stores or so in preparation for the sale might be a "significant event" that they would report. I figure they are busy cutting deals with landlords and government agencies, unless they are stupid. The $2.5 million payoff number sounds like they aren't stupid, but they might be crooks. If they are crooks, I hope they are stupid ones. The $2.5 million is worth almost 10 cents in a settlement with shareholders.
It is management's fiduciary responsibility to look out for shareholders. Self-dealing is a prosecutable offense.
Thank you. My ID on yahoo! was Tempinsanity. Most people call me "Temp"
No new info in the chapter 11 case. I think the BK is over, but "who ya gonna call?" Ghost ship busters?
I guess I am going to have to go browse pacer again to see what's up. Why did somebody suddenly get scared and sell me 201K more shares?
(Almost a million now. I had to tell somebody)
Sure yours is worthless, and mine is worth "talk." Talk is cheap.
You are noise. My scenario is easily as valuable as yours, and maybe more so. What did they trade so far under .11 100k shares? I have seen quite a few capitulation bottoms, and that one looked like many I have seen.
Somebody had a few shares. I added a few more at .01.
Capitulation dip? Stops taken out. It's green! It's green!
Now I do. (Three times, and sold to the man who doubted they had any shares.)
Somebody just bailed out. 9 cents? Or was in nonsense?
Going twice.......
As I have said before, this isn't the only BK shell I am looking at. How about all of that commercial space that is going to be coming out of the EBHIQ sales? Maybe we can "grow some" and take that?
I will look at the mail.
The job fell through, or extra income? I will help you out if you lay it down. Rotonics has some less expensive models, but if you want to go first class, it looks like you chose a nice model. I still have a few secrets, so if you want to get together on a plan, hit me up. You might actually have a closer supplier, and shipping can be expensive on those things.
kruse-investor-relations@live.com
I had four 200 gallon field bins from Rotonics Corp. I sold one, and have three. I do need a large residential garage, and I would be set for a month. Then I would need about 20 more about a month later.
I am just looking for about 1000 sq ft. indoor. If that doesn't work as planned, there isn't much sense in going into acres. I also have to cultivate a customer base when the thousand goes on line. It is pretty much established, but the logistics play a minor role. The Reno market might not be large enough to support an operation out there. Transport on these guys is expensive in the US.
It would be nice, but I am not sure I want to move to the middle of nowhere to accomplish it. This season is starting out pretty slow for me, but I am trying to ramp it up. I need something a bit closer and somewhat smaller, but not for a few weeks. It would be nice to get the Patent Office approval. It might interest some investors. I am mostly focused on getting the prototype up and running at a good production level.
Anybody want to bet the clown at .011 is a fake ask?
Any buyers in the house?
Going once........
I can't say yes without a price, and I would probably have to look at the zoning and ordinance compliance. I might need to get a feel for the location and take a trip up there. Then I would have to look at the numbers for rooming while I build out. It would be a stretch of my resources.
If you are serious, we can build the business plan to prepare for opening early next summer. It would really be a strain to plan on a 2009 harvest at this point.
Do you own it? The link is interesting, but it doesn't tell me about the rent. Looks like a nice enough desert community for a shrimp farm. I couldn't find a link to the classifieds on the "farm news." Is it a shrimp farm already, or does the owner want to make it into one?
I can bring my technology in to any location, but I am trying to keep it close to home until I find interested investors "or" landowners. If I get a landowner who is friendly, I can give up shares of my corporation, or profit shares. I need my cash for tanks and ponds.
I am currently looking at shorter commutes and commercial centers. I would like to keep production closer to the end market. Do you own it, or is it up for sale or lease?
Yes sir. Do you have it available? Is there water and electricity to the property? I can truck both in as necessary. In the summer it can work outdoors, but I have to go inside in the winter.
We could use the formula to grow Sturgeon instead. Those things hit upwards of 600 lbs. I went for the high value commodity pricing, and lower initial startup. Production capacity is up again this week. I am looking at larger commercial properties, and tying up some loose ends. I am still about six months out from a decision by the Patent Office (according to average pendancy), so I have time to shop around. It takes time to get all the ducks in a row, and I could use that duck of yours to get me money for an even bigger lease.
It almost has to be an error. The debtholders are converting slowly so they don't have to file insider ownership. Clever thought though. You are on the ball with the idea, and it still remains a possibility. I wouldn't put it past a foriegn investor to thumb their nose at the SEC.
I often wonder if some of these convertible debt deals aren't just schemes to cook the books in the first place.
