Drb. Yes. The odds are in our favor. If this was a poker game and in alot of ways it is. I certainly wouldn't fold and leave the table now. I mean even when I don't have the cards I stick around to see if anyone is buying my bluf! LOL!

Drb. For one to sell now to pay taxes well............LOL! we still have another 29 days before the check needs to be in the mail. I don't understand that. As far as the restricted shares being free that is a possibility.

Tiger. I would think the ones who need it for taxes would wait until the last minute knowing they have a better chance of a higher return cashing out then instead of now.

Thanks Richard. Mine has been messing up lately.

Elderwolf. I'd like to add to your question. Does it make sense that if Fiero didn't appeal the sec ruling. Now he is now out of the game. Does he really have to cover his shorted shares? He's made plenty of money over the years. Why couldn't he just walk away and take his millions he's made over the years and go to some Island?
I almost feel that the other MMs see how much someone like Fiero has got away with over the years and may think....rules? Ya right. That would explain why the price didn't move up. Once you've got away with something once the second and third time is not only that much eaiser but they also stretch the manipulation. I don't know. Just trying to make some sense out of this.

Regarding getting back to Nasdaq. I asked John that must mean you will announce an event to position us to re-apply. Correct was his answer. I believe that the filing may contain that event tomorrow. If it doesn't I believe the PR company which I expect next week or the following week will be in line to promote that event!

NVEI CORPORATE SUMMARY
This is a summary written by CCEC, NVEI's former public relations firm and can be viewed by going to: http://www.insidewallstreet.com
New Visual Entertainment, Inc.
(OTCBB:NVEI)
Investment Highlights:
New Wheel Technology, a subsidiary of New Visual Entertainment, recently completed internal testing of its patent-pending Cu@OCx™ broadband transmission technology and found it has the capacity to achieve successful transmission of very high-speed (VDSL) data over 9,000 feet or more and over standard 26-gauge copper wiring. Currently, peer companies have achieved similar transmission over only 1,000 feet.
Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU) subsidiary, NetworkCare Professional Services, has been contracted to conduct independent testing of Cu@OCx to verify 52Mbps at a distance of 8,500 feet.
Cu@OCx offers the simplest solution to the "last mile dilemma." This technology leverages existing copper infrastructure put into place by telecommunications companies, which includes 750 million wires in current operation worldwide, to connect nearly 90 percent of all homes and businesses to new and exciting interactive broadband services.
A single Cu@OCx line, upon commercialization, could offer simultaneous channels for personal computers and televisions while leaving standard telephone service undisturbed. In addition, the transmission rates could be at least five times faster than any commercially available "last mile solution."
Company Profile:
New Visual Entertainment, through New Wheel Technology, is pioneering the development of a proprietary broadband transmission technology known as Cu@OCx, which it feels will provide the solution to the "last mile dilemma" most telecommunications companies face today. The Company's mission is to utilize existing copper telecommunications infrastructure to deliver high quality voice, video and data content to the home at VDSL (52 Mbps) data transfer rates.
Cu@OCx, through the use of existing copper infrastructure by today's telecommunications companies, will have the ability to transmit the same voice services as are currently available, but with dramatically improved Internet capacity. Furthermore, the product will allow for very high quality digital video transmission, via both the television and Internet mediums.
Cu@OCx will also enable services providers to deliver dedicated information transmission, unlike cable modems, which require users to share with others piggybacking on the same loop of cable. To expand on its many other selling points, Cu@OCx will offer high-speed and extended range features to wideband commercial and local area networking markets, offering a broad range of Cu@OCx technologies.
Milestones & Key Developments:
09/00 New Visual Entertainment received a financing commitment from Lilly Beter Capital Group, Ltd. (LBCG) that would result in up to $23 million in equity financing for the Company.
09/00 New Wheel's senior engineers of Cu@OCx produced additional technical innovations, which represent more robust features and enhanced capabilities and may be proprietary to the Company.
07/00 New Wheel Technology filed the second of a planned series of patent applications for its Cu@OCx broadband transmission technology with the U.S. Patent Office.
07/00 New Wheel Technology successfully completed an internal test of Cu@OCx, with results that suggested the Company's patent pending technology will permit simultaneous voice, video and data transmission at speeds of 52 Mbps at a distance of 9,000 feet or more over 26-gauge copper telephone wires.
06/00 New Wheel Technology filed the first in series of patent applications with the U.S. Patent Office to protect its Cu@OCx.
06/00 New Visual Entertainment submitted its application to be listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market.
05/00 New Wheel Technology reached an agreement with Lucent Technologies, whereby Lucent will perform third party independent testing of its Cu@OCx technology.
02/00 New Visual Entertainment completed the acquisition of New Wheel Technology and its broadband transmission technology, Cu@OCx.
Market Overview:
New Visual Entertainment, through its subsidiary New Wheel Technology, is positioned to break into the emerging telecommunications industry, which was valued at more than $304 billion in 1998 and experienced more than ten percent growth per year from 1995. Upon entering this mammoth market, New Visual's goal is to allow telco companies, such as BellSouth and WorldCom, to compete with counterpart cable giants, such as Time Warner Communications, by offering significantly faster data transmission speeds than cable modems, which currently lead today's market.
There is an increasing demand for all television, video and voice broadcasts to conform to a digital format by the year 2004. Most cable companies already offer digital television at this time. New Visual has the potential to accelerate the convergence of high caliber digital technology upon solving the "last mile dilemma."

NEW WHEEL TECHNOLOGY AT A GLANCE
The future of communications in business and entertainment lies in the ability to deliver bandwidth-hungry multimedia applications such as video, voice, and data services over existing copper infrastructures. As the call for these applications from consumers and B2B economies intensifies, which it clearly has, unprecedented opportunities emerge for companies offering solutions to the logjam at the heart of the “last mile”. New Wheel Technology, Inc. intends to capitalize on these opportunities by offering core technology to the companies that provide application services to suit these needs.
New Wheel Technology, Inc. is a development stage telecommunications company that is developing breakthrough digital transmission technology over copper wire, including 26 and 24 gauge telephone lines and other metallic media, and provides convergance with Local Area Network (LAN) cable. The Company is developing core technology, equipment, and IC-based solutions that address specific areas of need within the following telecommunications market segments:
Telephony/WAN (Wide Area Network)
LAN (Local Area Network)
xDSL
Additionally, the Company is evaluating the viability of offering its core technology to industrial/commercial and military market segments, which are now typically being served with fiber optic technologies. While all of these markets have differing technological needs that are industry-specific, the basic requirements remain the same:
Send digital information farther and faster;
Utilize inexpensive, if not existing, infrastructure;
Lower the cost of implementation
Also required of companies planning to offer solutions that satisfy the above are the following:
IC's or Equipment designed for fast and easy installation and deployment;
Interoperability for multiple vendors and platforms;
With the focus of the Company squarely on the above, the vision of New Wheel Technology is to bring the world’s fastest copper data communications solutions to market with speed and efficiency and establish a leadership position at the forefront of high-speed communications technology.
About Cu@OCx…
Cu@OCx is a patent pending metallic transmission technique, which provides longer-range digital transmission for any given data rate. Cu@OCx digital transmission equipment is designed to work on existing telephone and local area network cabling; either twisted copper pairs or coaxial cable.
The Company's initial product offerings will focus on two market segments each characterized by large market size and immediate needs. The first planned product offering will be for the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) markets.
The first product planned for deployment is expected to be 52 Mbps VDSL equipment, consisting of line cards for existing DSLAMs at the telephone central office and modem cards for customer premises equipment.
In addition to ADSL and VDSL, a series of OCx products are planned for development that will allow wide deployment of SONET access service (OC rates) via existing telephone cable and building wire. These SONET rates are not currently available over wire and cable.
OC1, 51.84 Mbps, Cu@OCx range – 9,000 feet
Other SONET rates planned for development
OC3, 155.52 Mbps
OC12, 622.08 Mbps
Other SONET rates being researched
OC48, 2.488 Gbps
The first OCx product planned is equipment for extending OC1 over copper; it will be packaged in both single and multiple circuit products.
Local Area Network products with extended ranges, over 1000 feet, are also being developed to fit the Ethernet rate structure. Additionally a LAN switch is being developed to complement the high speed LAN transmission ability.
About the New Wheel Founders
New Wheel Technology, Inc. was formed by Allan Blevins and Michael Shepperd in 1999 as an R & D telecommunications company. Armed with more than 50 years combined experience in the telephony and telecommunications industry, Blevins and Shepperd developed a concept for extending the range of current broadband transmission rates over copper. Since that time, Blevins and Shepperd have secured necessary financial resources to develop the concept and successfully taken their concept through initial testing stages.
Ownership
On February 14, 2000, New Wheel Technology, Inc. was acquired by New Visual Entertainment, Inc., a publicly held company with a history in special venue film production and distribution. New Visual’s common stock is currently traded on the OTC.BB under the symbol NVEI, though the company applied for listing on the NASDAQ Stock Market, small cap exchange in June of 2000.

Richard. Look who is mentioned in the third part of that article!
DSL
The VDSL Experience —Continued
Still rocking
However, Britton said, "the technology is working fine, and the installations are going faster and faster."
Also, several Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) are currently in the middle of field tests, he said. Results will not be available until after the tests, with no definitive findings released at this time.
Qwest launched its own proprietary VDSL service in Phoenix in 1999, and the company garnered roughly 50,000 VDSL customers using bundled TV and telephony services. The telco also has a community outside of Denver, in Highlands Ranch, using the service.
According to a Qwest spokesperson, there are no plans to move beyond those two markets at this time.
And its not just the providers that are hesitant about the whole VDSL market, industry analysts also don't see a demand for VDSL.
Daryl Schoolar, a senior analyst at the ISP strategy division of Cahner's Instat, said the market for VDSL is only expected to reach one percent of the DSL segment in the next five years.
"I have not heard or seen much on ISPs offering VDSL," Schoolar said. "Also, considering the cost constraints that ISPs are facing due to ADSL and SDSL network buildouts, if they have to do an entirely new and costly buildout for VDSL I think they would be hesitant to jump into the market."
Brad Baldwin, director of IDC's broadband division, agreed. "VDSL is pretty far down the totem pole as far as products go," Baldwin said. "We only expect it to reach two percent compared to the other xDSL options out there, and we expect it to be even lower in the business sector."
But this is to be expected, Baldwin said. "It's a new technology and we expect that four or five years down the road it will be very popular."
He expects ADSL to be the most popular DSL version for residential customers and VDSL to run a close second. "We'll need to see how it plays out," Baldwin said.
Britton acknowledged the numbers, but pointed out that even with only one or two percent of the market, that's still a tidy sum to keep them in business.
"What they're saying is one percent of DSL line growth this year might be a true number, but when you look at the number of lines installed and the market share, both sets of numbers will be doubling year over year for the next five years," Britton said.
VDSL would make everything groovy
There's still hope for VDSL, though, even though it's going to be a bumpy ride. Technology innovations are already bringing the possibility of a more viable offering down the road.
New Visual Entertainment, Inc., a VDSL modem maker, recently announced the results of its latest speed/distance test, which clocked transmission speeds of 54.445 Mbps at a distance of 8,980 feet.
Vendors and analysts agree that VDSL will happen, eventually. The technology's ability to deliver services like video-on-demand could break the cable industry's chokehold on TV.
That's something many small ISPs should be happy about, in this world of cable mega-corporations like AT&T Corp. and AOL Time Warner.
But that time is not now, and VDSL companies are going to have to tighten up their belts for the lean times ahead, rather than make the same rush-to-deploy mistakes caused the current DSL pain.
It's a product that is before its time, one that is surely to be popular down the road. That's no comfort for companies today—after all, most of the people my age didn't buy their first Jimi Hendrix album until long after he was dead and buried

Congress pitches broadband access for all
By Patrick Ross
Special to ZDNet News
March 6, 2001 11:50 AM PT
WASHINGTON--Members of both houses are introducing bills that address the dearth of high-speed Internet access in rural areas, although some are simply reintroductions of bills that failed in the last Congress.
Members of Congress have been much quicker in introducing bills promoting broadband than the actual broadband providers have been in launching Internet service. That applies at least as far as rural and low-income areas of the United States are concerned, and it is those areas that members of both major parties are targeting in an early round of legislation this year.
The hotly debated issue even has the honor of being the subject of one of the first bills introduced by newly elected Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., although she doesn't serve on the Senate Commerce Committee before which the issue will be debated.
"My plan," Clinton said in introducing her legislation, "will help bring more New Yorkers and more Americans online and into the 21st century economy by promoting entrepreneurship and innovation and by knocking down the most stubborn barriers to economic progress in our state and nation."
Broadband using phone and cable networks is thought to be a huge opportunity for the high-technology industry. Clinton's early interest in the issue underscores how popular the topic has become in political circles.
Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael Powell, however, recently dismissed concerns about the slow spread of broadband Net access outside wealthier urban and suburban areas, known as the digital divide. He argued that new technologies will always be available first to those who can most afford them. That mentality isn't found as much on Capitol Hill, where every senator and nearly every U.S. representative has rural voters as constituents.
Displaying a focus not just on consumers but on businesses, Clinton said, "We are facing an economic slowdown that could be devastating to places like upstate New York if we do not act now to give them the tools to succeed in the New Economy."
Following are some of the bills introduced recently to further broadband offerings in rural and low-income areas:
Clinton said her bills would allow communities to use bonds for launching broadband services, issue grants to encourage companies to extend their networks into rural areas, and encourage the National Science Foundation (NSF) to develop technologies specifically targeting remote areas. Both the use of bonds and the addition of the NSF are new approaches to this issue. Of the 13 senators sponsoring all or part of her legislation, only one--Olympia Snowe of Maine--is a Republican.
Sen. Max Cleland, D-Ga., is focusing on schools, libraries and community centers that are being bypassed by broadband by expanding the amount of facilities benefiting from the corporate tax deduction for donating technology equipment. His bill, introduced last week, notes that companies such as Microsoft, Intel and AOL Time Warner already donate to schools and libraries covered under existing tax credits, a new approach to an existing program. Among the sites targeted by Cleland are historically black colleges and universities, of which there are 10 in Georgia, and Native American institutions, which has helped draw the support of Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Ted Stevens, R-Alaska.
Rep. Barbara Cubin, R-Wyo., has reintroduced a bill she saw fall short in the Senate last year that would foster broadband development by providing regulatory relief to all but the largest phone companies. By exempting all but the Baby Bells from FCC regulatory requirements for broadband that can run more than 900 pages long, Cubin hopes small telecom companies will be encouraged to serve their rural customers more quickly. Her bill is backed by House Commerce Committee Chairman Billy Tauzin, R-La., who said upon its introduction last month that small carriers were critical to broadband because "they serve customers' telecommunications needs in high-cost areas of the country where others fear to tread."
These bills follow ones introduced separately by Sens. John Rockefeller, D-W.V., and John Kerry, D-Mass., that would create a tax credit for broadband providers launching in rural and underserved areas.
Senate Commerce Communications subcommittee Chairman Conrad Burns, R-Mont., said last month that he would be introducing a bill that would include tax incentives and regulatory relief as well as the lifting of a cap related to use of the Universal Service Fund, a pool of money generated by payments taken from phone bills and used to support rural phone service. All of these efforts fell short in the last Congress.
The Senate Republican High-Tech Task Force, of which Burns is a member, also said last week that broadband access to rural areas would be one of its top priorities.

Mr Buffet, whose moves in the stock market
are closely followed by investors, noted in a
letter to shareholders of his company,
Berkshire Hathaway, that technology investors
have overstayed the party.
And, following in the
footsteps of US central
bank chairman Alan
Greenspan, Mr Buffet
said that the "irrational
exuberance" which
invaded stock markets
in 1999 and early 2000
has left investors expecting unrealistic returns.
Mr Buffet, who was widely chastised by
analysts and in the press last year for failing to
cash in on the boom in technology stocks,
cited evidence from a Paine Webber-Gallup
survey of investors conducted in December
1999.
Dulled into complacency
Participants were asked their opinion about the
annual returns investors could expect to
realise over the decade ahead.
They answered, on average, rises of 19%, to
which Mr Buffet retorted that there were not
enough businesses in the country to ensure a
return of that magnitude.
Mr Buffet warned that
the outsized returns
experienced by
technology investors
during 1998 and 1999
had dulled them into
complacency.
"After a heady
experience of that
kind," he said, "normally
sensible people drift
into behaviour akin to that of Cinderella at the
ball.
"They know that overstaying the festivities...
will eventually bring on pumpkins and mice."
'Corporate chain letters'
Mr Buffet noted that investors had been
hypnotised by the staggering ascent of tech
stocks and ignored everything else, including
whether the businesses they were investing in
were making money.
Without naming them directly, Mr Buffet aimed
some of his harshest comments toward
dot.coms, those internet-based businesses
which issued shares in widely anticipated floats
only to shut up shop a few months later.
"Value is destroyed, not
created, by any
business that loses
money over its lifetime,"
Mr Buffet wrote.
He was referring to the
business model all too
many dot.coms
employed - to enrich
investors through rising
share prices rather than profits.
"The fact is that a bubble market has allowed
the creation of bubble companies, entities
designed more with an eye to making money
off investors rather than for them."
Unglamorous purchases
Business models for these companies amounted
to little more than "the old-fashioned chain
letter", he added.
It is advice that could be expected from
someone who looks for companies that are
undervalued and promise long term profits
growth.
Investors need only look at Berkshire's
acquisitions in 2000 to get a clear idea of what
Mr Buffet & Co view as value stocks.
For example, Berkshire's purchase of
MidAmerican Energy, in a year that rewarded
energy stocks as gas and oil prices surged in
the US, shows why investors envy Mr Buffet's
investing prowess.
Berkshire also bought Cort Business Services,
which rents furniture to businesses.
Mr Buffet said Cort had all the right ingredients
for a purchase: "a fine though unglamorous
business, an outstanding manager and a
price... that made sense."
Other acquisitions in 2000 included US Liability,
an insurance company, boot and bricks maker
Justin Industries, carpeting manufacturer Shaw
Industries, Benjamin Moore Paint and Johns
Manville, an insulation and roofing-products
maker.
There was not a technology stock in the
bunch.

GrandyLong. Based on what is below in filing I'd say 4th quarter sales is a very real possibility. Yes I think I have heard the same thing.
o Evaluating the potential fall trade show schedule in anticipation of
the Cu@OCx technology debut;
o Completing initial product designs and beginning equipment production
for sale; and
o Investigating and, if appropriate, pursuing definitive agreements for
acquisitions believed by the Board to be consistent with our plan to
design, develop, manufacture, license and market products based upon
Cu@OCx technology.

Zzt1234. I agree with you. My problem is I already went out and bought a new Chevy. An Express Conversion van. We needed a new ride bad. But those $564.00 a month payments are killing me! I have another stock I was going to sell to pay for it. Well you know the story. LOL!

Hi All,
Below is a post from Grandylong about email to John and his reply. Deebra commented after that post that it sounds like beta testing is already going on. After that I posted comments about both Grandys and Deebras post. Would like you to read what I said and see if that makes sense. Doesn't Johns email confirm what alot of us have thought all along? Comments?

Hi everyone.
I sent John Howell an email this morning asking him how confident he was the beta testing would be successful. I have copied my message and his reply below.
Sent: Monday, March 12, 2001 4:30 AM To: John Howell Subject: Beta Testing John What level of confidence do you have that the New Wheel Technology will successfully pass the beta testing in the field? Are you 100% confident, 99%, 80%, 50%, 10%, or what would you pick as your level of confidence? I am sure the engineers at New Wheel have tested everything they think can be tested in the lab to assure a successful beta test. I frankly would not expect to company to submit anything for beta testing unless there was a very high level of confidence because failure of the beta test would really set the company back and crush the confidence of potential partners and shareholders. So, I would like to know what your level of confidence is in the technology successfully passing a beta test. When would you think the technology will be beta tested?
Thanks and have a great day. God Bless
John's reply Ron,
We are 100 % confident that field testing will yield positive results. Isolating variables is what scientific testing is all about. Some of what will be determined are the outer limits of speed and distance. It really is not a matter of whether it will pass or not, but rather how much it exceeds current technology. An enviable position don't you think? John

Deeba. I believe you are right on the money. John answered Rons email stating he is 100% sure it will work in a field test. Okay. Where would you get this 100% feeling if you haven't already have done some field tests? In my mind it's impossible. If I'm missing something on my line of thought there someone let me know. I don't see any other conclusion to come to do any of you?

THE TAX POEM!!
Tax his land, tax his wage,
Tax his bed in which he lays.
Tax his tractor, tax his mule,
Teach him taxes is the rule.
Tax his cow, tax his goat,
Tax his pants, tax his coat.
Tax his ties, tax his shirts,
Tax his work, tax his dirt.
Tax his chew, tax his smoke,
Teach him taxes are no joke.
Tax his car, tax his ass,
Tax the roads he must pass.
Tax his tobacco, tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his booze, tax his beers,
If he cries, tax his tears.
Tax his bills, tax his gas,
Tax his notes, tax his cash.
Tax him good and let him know
That after taxes, he has no dough.
If he hollers, tax him more,
Tax him until he's good and sore.
Tax his coffin, tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he lays.
Put these words upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me to my doom!"
And when he's gone, we won't relax,
We'll still be after the inheritance TAX.

Here is a story, reported to be true, about a nine-year-old boy who lived in a rural town in Tennessee.
His house was in a poor area of the community. A church there had a bus Ministry that came knocking on his door one Saturday afternoon. The child came to answer the door and greeted the bus Pastor. The bus Pastor asked if his parents were home and the small boy told him that his parents take off every weekend and leave him at home to take care of his little brother. The bus Pastor could not believe what the child said and asked him to repeat it. The youngster gave the same answer and the bus Pastor asked to come in and talk with him.
They went into the living room and sat down on an old couch with the foam and springs exposed. The bus Pastor asked the child, "Where do you go to church?" The young boy surprised the visitor by replying, "I've never been to church in my whole life." The bus Pastor thought to himself about the fact that his church was less than three miles from the child's house. "Are you sure you have never been to church?" he asked again. "I'm sure I haven't," came his answer. Then the bus Pastor said, "Well, son, more important than going to church, have you ever heard the greatest love story ever told?" and then he proceeded to share the Gospel with this little nine-year-old boy.
The young lad's heart began to be tenderized and at the end of the bus pastor's story, the bus Pastor asked if the boy wanted to receive this free gift from God. The youngster exclaimed, "OF COURSE!" The child and the bus Pastor got on their knees and the lad invited Jesus into his little heart and received the free gift of salvation. They both stood up and the bus Pastor asked if he could pick the child up for church the next morning. "Sure," the nine year old replied.
The bus Pastor got to the house early the next morning and found the lights off. He let himself in, snaked his way through the house, and found the little boy asleep in his bed. He woke up the little boy and his brother and helped get them dressed. They got on the bus and ate a doughnut for breakfast on their way to church. Keep in mind that this boy had never been to church before. The church was a real big one. The little child just sat there, clueless of what was going on. A few minutes into the service, these tall unhappy guys walked down to the front and picked up some wooden plates. One of the men prayed and the child, with utter fascination, watched them walk up and down the aisles. He still did not know what was going on. Suddenly, like a bolt of lightning, it hit the child what was taking place. These people must be giving money to Jesus. He then reflected on the free gift of life he had received just twenty-four hours earlier. He immediately searched his pockets, front and back, and could not find a thing to give Jesus.
By this time the offering plate was being passed down his aisle and, with a broken heart, he just grabbed the plate and held on to it. He finally let go and watched it pass on down the aisle. He turned around to see it passed down the aisle behind him. And then his eyes remained glued on the plate as it was passed back and forth, back and forth all the way to the rear of the sanctuary. Then he had an idea. This little nine-year-old boy, in front of God and everybody, got up out of his seat. He walked about eight rows back, grabbed the usher by the coat, and asked to hold the plate one more time. Then he did the most astounding thing I have ever heard of. He took the plate, sat it on the carpeted church floor, and stepped into the center of it. As he stood there, he lifted his little head up and said, "Jesus, I don't have anything to give you today, but just me."
"I Give You Me."

Hi Dutch. I'll look into that. Did you notice the private response button? If you want to respond to someone privately no one else will see it. I think they put that there so that any of you could send me inside info over the board? LOL! By the way. When the market closed today my wife said they had one of those breaking news stories and it was about the markets closing. I sure hope Greenspan is getting the hint. It looks like we have a long ways to go to turn this around.

34Simmons. Here is my possibilities. We wake up and find we are on Nasdaq. Nasdaq now is not considered a material event. If they want they can re-apply without telling us. I asked John so that must mean that where we are at now shareprice wise that you would need an event to come out before that to get us above 4.00 and stay? Correct was his answer. Other possibilities. A new symbol. More people added to board. Ray to hand over the CEO position to someone who has been in the industry with a track record. My feelings are that Ray wants to get us to a certain point and then hand it off and go fishing! Well okay that's what I'd do is go fishing. LOL! I expect to see more people added to NWs team. An alliance agreement with a household name. Would like to hear others thoughts on this question. I'm sure I'm missing some key points. Great question Simmons!
