Elderwolf. I'd like to add to your question. Does it make sense that if Fiero didn't appeal the sec ruling. Now he is now out of the game. Does he really have to cover his shorted shares? He's made plenty of money over the years. Why couldn't he just walk away and take his millions he's made over the years and go to some Island?
I almost feel that the other MMs see how much someone like Fiero has got away with over the years and may think....rules? Ya right. That would explain why the price didn't move up. Once you've got away with something once the second and third time is not only that much eaiser but they also stretch the manipulation. I don't know. Just trying to make some sense out of this.
