Anyone google sattilite map Rufus's Clear Creek Road address? It looks like he's got some sort of strip mining project going on in his backyard. Or perhaps it's a test site for the lunar colony modules.
This is like a guest list at a funeral. CLASSIC!
I've got a feeling a lot of the people named on the CSHD web site are unaware of what's really going on. In the begining, Rufus probably went to them and said I'm starting a company and we're going to do this, this and this and when it works out, I want you to be my (aditor, vice president of whatever, janitor)or in the case of Georgia Aerospace, we want to help fund you. This may have been years ago and some of them have probably forgotten about it or lost contact with him. Then imagine if you're someone like Benson and your name is on the 10K and BAM, you start getting calls trying to verify the numbers or that you're the auditor and you know nothing about it. Kind of like identity theft, and now the SEC is calling you up asking what the hell is going on.
That's the other address. It also has the same address as the one on the summons on Clear Creek Dr.
Is the Lansing State Journal going to have a story on this over the weekend?
Not only did he bail them out, he signed them to a contract 2 weeks later and then used their DUI attorney. I wonder what they would have to say about there relationship with Rufus. This story has so many interesting twists and turns it's unbelievable.
Did you see any CSHD restricted stock certificates flying around in the yard?
I was wondering what the hell they would be interested in a story about CSHD for? Maybe because Horton lives in Mich? I'm really disappointed in the Journal Constitution though. I can't believe all this has been happening on their backyard and not one story. Just a brief earlier this week.
Lansing Mich?
CONFIDENCE IS LOW!
It sounds like you've been by his place. Does he like across from a pig farm or something?
Didn't he say he had a heart attack at age 34 or something earlier?
SEC complaint says he's 38. In Georgia, kids generally get married young and have kids right away, so to say the oldest is 18 wouldn't be a stretch.
What's the name of that town where Rufus's dad has that conversion van shop? I believe it was Cannon or something along those lines.
I never understood why using your and you're wrong on this message board was a TOS.
Holy crap it does spell wattle. This guy set this up for himself nice.
What is Atlewa Trust?
Anybody try and google RPH's address in the summons?
I got this:
Atlewa Trust
383 Clear Creek Road Northwest, Adairsville, GA 30103
(678) 721-7667
Looks like a pretty nice crib from google sattilite maps. Rufus has a pool in his back yard.
AWYB upticking.
HMMMM. And the float continues to churn. Pretty good volume after an anemic morning too.
Something is afoot!
Something similar happened about a month ago in QBIT. People were issues shares that ended up being restricted, brokers goofed and let people sell, and then the thing ran up to .14 before the company said they're just going to make them free trading and not make people buy back their restricted shares. What a mess!
Under review? Are they replaying the previous play in the booth to see if SSSU had 2 feet in bounds when he caught the ball? LOL!
or a case of Jim Beam.
Look for the guy with the ankle monitor. That's him.
I remember when this was trading at $250 a share. What happened?
Anyone think Rufus will hypothecrate his prison sentence?
You mean you'll bet $20 tut is out of the country?
I bet Mike has been cussing up a storm the past few days.
Congrats. I was a broker assistant for a while back before the strict regulations and really found it interesting how they pump a couple stocks. We had a meeting every Tues morning and go over the firms own research reports and then go out and sell them to the masses. Worldcom and Global Crossing to name a few. Nowadays, I believe they are trying to do more to seperate the research depts. from the brokers.
Does anyone know which prisons have open bars?
Don't know. I thought Rufus instructed them to "bu the crap out of it" months ago. I got a feeling they're running low on dry powder.

Posts: 55 OK folks, I need any and all information regarding Our-Street, MN1, Saul, Stocklemon, Timothy Miles, etc. Phone numbers, names, IP addresses, physical addresses, etc. * TIA * Some people on this board talk about chipping in to put these guys away, some talk about the world's richest mans nephew, yada yada yada! Compile me a list of what I've requested, I won't disappoint!
Picking this up as a shell or trying to gather a group of investors to take it over is not the greatest idea. Can you imagine all the shareholder lawsuits they'll have to deal with, not to mention lawsuits involving Duetshe Bank and all the others that they may have used their name unknowingly. Might as well flush some more cash down the toilet and save yourself the headache.
OT-Check out ININ for your IRA. It's one of my favorite stocks. Maybe it can help recoup your losses.
Is it really that easy to sell without filing a 144 if you're an officer of a company? I can see how it would be really easy to do it though a friend or relative's account. I guess it will all come out in court. Interesting to note the dates that the SEC made contact with CSHD and the following PRs. It seemed like a desperation move to me at the time and even looks more obvious now.
I think that a lot of people though CSHD was just fine because the SEC did not appear to be involved and figured everything was on the up and up.
Maybe, but why would dumping more shares on the market lead to such a sharp run up and why would it retrace and hold $2 when it had been trading at $1 in the weeks before. If there was any dumping, it was minimal IMO.
This weeks events are something I think everyone following this the last couple months was expecting. I'm just not sure why it took the SEC so long to get their act together. Although it was fun while it lasted and the trades I made with FHAL and CSHD are some of my best ever. With that being said:
It appears that Rufus is completely screwed. The case looks pretty easy to me and I'm sure Rufus won't go down without a fight, although I'm expecting him to pull some sort of weak defense that all of his books are secret and protected by some Homeland Security rule and that the SEC is endanging national security by taking him to court.
What I don't understand and still hasn't been answered is what the hell has he got to gain by doing this? I never thought he had the bonds in the first place but I think that maybe he had something in place that he could secure an asset of similar proportions againt the company's market cap in the event the pps was $15. Or maybe he's just a nut job who is living in a completely different world than the rest of us.
In any case, the next weeks events will be interesting indeed. It's a great story and I feel for the people who have their cash tied up in this right now. Like I said, it was fun while it lasted but all good things must come to an end.
Anybody double check and make sure they got the correct # of divy shares. It appears I've been shorted a couple hundred.
