There were only 1.2 million shares after the reverse split. So the company multiplied their o/s by 20 times. Hmmm, maybe we can calculate the issued shares into the volume and figure out how much Paul Taylor earned with his business, Paulie's Printshop.
I do believe they perpetually increase which is why you can never make money for more than a week. Paul usually doesn't gag Madison Transfer so a phone call should get you the information. I'd call but we're in litigation.
Bahhhh! I received an email from Paul Taylor just a couple days ago. He sent me the lyrics to the rap tune, "The Message." I don't know what prompted that! But it gave me an update on his IP address which I promptly turned over to the regulatory authorities who asked me for it so they could compare to certain messages they obtained via subpoena.
Well that's why we all need to inform them of Paul Taylor's current activities involving RHNA, including paying a financial advisor to issue a "buy" recommendation and a "target" of $.80 while issuing millions of new shares causing the price to drop to two cents.
NCVT is a walking lawsuit. We're waiting for the transfer agent's frivolous lawsuit to be tossed out. Next comes the lawsuit against the pro-Paul Taylor transfer agent Madison Transfer.
RHNA Lawsuit update:
Federal magistrate judge ordered the United States Marshals Service to serve a summons on RHNA. The judge found my allegations that RHNA management created a website about me, www.rcathepimp.com, of which they took down the content, constituted a claim for libel.
Hello...
Investors...
Have you made money with RHNA?
Isn't anyone mad that their investment plummetted?
Who bought all the shares?
Hey everyone, RHNA made a big Super Bowl splash at a party in Florida.
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3DCOMTEX%5Cpz%5C2007%5C02%5C09...
Wow! OoOOOO
Well, Paulie Pumper Dumper has some new RHNA news out.
Seems that after hiring a veteran financial guy, they hired a veteran sales guy who, over 15 years, generated "millions of dollars" in sales.
Now, in 15 years, how much money do you think a 7-11 work would "generate" in sales?

The legal process still goes to his house. Let me phrase it differently, of course he is.
Where's the pump? Or was the half a million they made enough for a bit?
Certified mail was sent to RHNA's registered agent in Nevada. They signed for it. Then the registered agent created a whole new certified mail envelope, putting the same info on it and using the same serial number, and put it in the mail addressed to Paul Taylor's house! Paul then refused it.
As if their remailing somehow eliminated the fact that the postal service shows they signed for it.
My lawsuit against RHNA proceeds!
Quote by United States Magistrate Judge Peggy A. Leen, United States District Court for the District of Nevada on February 5, 2007:
From a review of the complaint, it appears that the plaintiff, a citizen of Costa Rica, is alleging that agents of a Nevada corporation known as Real Hip Hop Matrix Corp. (“RHMX”) created a web site on which it published allegedly defamatory material concerning the plaintiff with the intent to disparage the plaintiff’s reputation in the eyes of potential investors in the plaintiff’s corporation. The plaintiff claims that RHMX published a link to the website “rcathepimp.com” on an investor website on which the plaintiff posted messages under the identity “rca.” The plaintiff indicates that the rcathepimp.com website contained material inferring that the plaintiff was a “pimp” who used illegal narcotics. The plaintiff denies he engages in such activities. As a result of the postings to the rcathepimp.com website, the plaintiff indicates he has suffered damage to his reputation, credibility and feelings. He seeks “general damages” in the amount of $75,000 and punitive damages in an amount no less than $75,000. In addition, he seeks costs and attorney’s fees.
Taking as true all of the allegations contained in the plaintiff’s complaint, it would appear that the plaintiff has stated a claim for defamation. Accordingly, the court will order that the Clerk of the Court issue summons, and upon the plaintiff’s timely completion of the USM-285 form that the U.S. Marshal serve the summons and complaint upon the defendant.
Now Paul has a new beat, but it's the same old drum. RHNA.
Are you sure you don't mean the Berlin-Bremen? LOL, you know, the stock exchange where all the short sellers live and secretly conspire to drive down the price of great stocks like this?
Oh, it's not really the Berlin-Bremen's fault -- it's the dilution by company insiders!
Marco advised that nothing is up, still waiting for the judge. He advised that he wanted to get a media service so that he could keep shareholders abreast of any developments.
Facts are terrible things.
Is this a good stock?
Invest in this and you haven't got... The Message!
Howdie Paul, how's America Online? You're quite the character.
Look at the projected revenues that were issued for RHNA. Those are the bases for the investor reports, one which $60,000 in stock was paid for! Pay a CFA $60,000 in stock, get a promo report discussing the PRs. Textbook Paul Taylor.
I don't think stock fraud is like gaming. Gaming appears to be regulated. The only gaming is share issuance and price manipulation.
The stock has bashed itself Serf. Paul Taylor controls the preferreds or at least is in control of how the preferreds are to work. That is, print shares over and over and over and over and over and over.
What's new about it? Even if it makes $80000 Gazillion dollars, all its CCDX liabilities follow it. How will they explain to their shareholders that they lost the company due to the games of CCDX? The company is still under investigation by the SEC and NASD for unusual trading patterns. The company is still blocked from quotes with Pink Sheets. Changing a company's name doesn't make it new. Hiding control people in the background doesn't make it new. It's the same 'ole Concorde Diversified.
You can count on things happening. The question is will Paul Taylor allow you to make a profit? He only removed his name as Secretary when I pointed out his involvement to the reputable people who were listed as "advisors."
Is there a possibility that he'll try to push the price up and you might be able to flip some shares? Maybe. But he was never interested in allowing any investor to make a penny.
Ask his staunchest supporter, RKD1953.
Good luck to you if you tread here.
Why increase the authorized shares if you're not going to use it? People believe what you said over and over again, but remember that they just issued a 15c211 about 45 days before becoming RHMX with lies in it about an office in Washington state. Why did they issue the form? Just to get Pink Sheets to remove the spam warning. It didn't work.
You have to understand the Paul Taylor history. See www.topstockguru.com/paultaylorinjail
Paul Taylor is interested in printing stocks as money. It never stops. He's using convertible preferreds to rob people blind.
And there will be more dumping later as more shares are printed. This company did a 212 to 1 reverse split and raised it's authorized shares from 255,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 around the same time. If there were 2MM shares at the time of the r/s, and there are 33MM today, and 255MM isn't enough to eventually have, do the math.
600,000 shares for $54,000 at yesterday's $.09. What information did they provide for that money? Nothing that isn't in the PRs that were already out. There's only one word for what is happening here since less than 2MM shares existed after the reverse split: Pump and dump.
Is there any difference between this and the prior companies?
Well it's a paid pump. As the Pink Sheets disclaimer says:
RHNA -- RHNMedia
Com ($0.001)
Primary Venue: Pink Sheets

Well that's what happens when you dump nearly 3 million new shares onto the market timed with paid analyst reports and PR. Look at this stock's history. At the time of the reverse split, there were less than 2 million shares in the float. These are all new shares!
Let me give you some advice about yourself and your tip:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16350559
With that in mind, at least you know this one will fall back down. As it must since the core business of CCDX, now RHNA, was always printing shares. Print Paulie Print!
Yeah, pump and dump.
You state 33 Million is the o/s? How did you learn that?
Very interesting.
Let's do some simple math. 33 Million times 212 (which was the reverse split) is over 6,600,000,000 presplit shares!!!!!!!!!! The prior maximum amount of shares was 250,000,000, but Paul raised it to 2 Billion right before the reverse split. 250MM wasn't enough.
Now that's alot of shares that Paulie has printed in the last few months because there were less than 2 Million post-split shares at the time of the reverse split.
So Paulie the pumper printed about 30 million shares!!! At the present price, that's almost $3 Million!!!
Print Paulie Print!
Now if I buy RHNA today and there are 33 Million shares, how many shares are going to be printed over the next few months?
Most likely, Paul Taylor and/or a new gang of people controlled by Taylor have some preferred shares that they can convert to common and dump onto the market.
Print Paulie Print!
I didn't know anything about it. Last I heard was Marco was waiting for the judge. I will give him a call and see what's up, but that is the official mailbox netco @ onebox . com .
I think what he's doing is getting ready to ask for NASD's intervention as far as Madison Transfer's refusal to give up the records, but I'm surprised he didn't tell me first.
Jan 22, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Privada Inc. f/k/a Netco Investments, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NCVT) issued a request today to its shareholders to contact the company via email to netco at onebox.com .
The company is requesting that any shareholder provide: (1) Their name; (2) Their email address; (3) Their mailing address; (3) Their phone number; (4) The number of shares that are held; and (5) The name of the broker holding the shares.
The company needs this information for imminent litigation against its transfer agent to secure the shareholder records.

Let me sum it up. While I was President of Netco, when I saw the fraud, I assigned certain rights to the company to a businessperson Marco Chavarria.
Marco filed a judgment note against Netco in Pennsylvania. Instead of the defending the Pennsylvania action, Paul issued some sort of resolution signed by Arnoldo Pacheco disavowing it. Marco then sued Arnoldo seeking injunctive relief. Instead of defending, Arnoldo defaulted.
The note gave Marco control of the company.
Paul called his attorney friend Marshal Schictman who lives in Great Neck New York with his parents. Marshal filed a suit on behalf of Madison asking the federal court to determine who has control.
Marco filed papers telling the court that it should honor the Pennsylvania judgment which was adopted by the District Court in Texas as well.
In the mean time, Marshal found Paul an attorney in the office next door to appear on behalf of Netco. However, the attorney did not represent Netco but rather Paul.
The attorney for Paul claimed to have "removed" the Pennsylvania proceeding to the federal court -- something that cannot be done after 30 days and cannot be removed to an out of state court.
Marco filed a motion to disqualify the attorneys for it being a fraud on the court.
So in steps Corey Ribotsky who asks the court to join the action and to order Madison Transfer to issue him shares at his leisure.
After that, Paul and Madison "consent" to judgment for Marco, but in their document still attempt to disavow the legitimacy of Marco's actions.
The last filing was in October and now the Judge has to sort everything out.
The judge, on consent of everyone, issued an injunction preventing the issuance of shares.
Hey RKD -- are there non "free trading shares?"
You could always sue Paul and RHNA based on the fraudulent press releases from the CCDX/CCDE days.
Well he was, and only after heat was brought on did they file a change taking him off as "secretary." Most likely, he now calls himself a "consultant" to the company. He'll linger behind the scenes.
Believe me, if this company is issuing shares, and they must be based on the volume, then Paul Taylor is calling the shots in that regard.
Well, as far as any criminal investigation, I'm not aware of one other than the SEC playing patty-cakes. I don't know the status of the NASD's investigation. As far as Netco, we're waiting for the judge in New York to do something with the case. It's all in his hands. I don't know if you've been following Madison Transfer's action?
Well hoppylad, this is CCDE/CCDX, so, you get the drift! Paul recently resigned as an officer because of the heat he brought to it, but you know he's the man with the plan.

Don't worry, Oakwood will be back with a new alias soon! Can't keep a good man like him in jail or booted off for long.
