Well he was, and only after heat was brought on did they file a change taking him off as "secretary." Most likely, he now calls himself a "consultant" to the company. He'll linger behind the scenes.

Believe me, if this company is issuing shares, and they must be based on the volume, then Paul Taylor is calling the shots in that regard.
