Well, as far as any criminal investigation, I'm not aware of one other than the SEC playing patty-cakes. I don't know the status of the NASD's investigation. As far as Netco, we're waiting for the judge in New York to do something with the case. It's all in his hands. I don't know if you've been following Madison Transfer's action?
