Let's do some simple math. 33 Million times 212 (which was the reverse split) is over 6,600,000,000 presplit shares!!!!!!!!!! The prior maximum amount of shares was 250,000,000, but Paul raised it to 2 Billion right before the reverse split. 250MM wasn't enough.

Now that's alot of shares that Paulie has printed in the last few months because there were less than 2 Million post-split shares at the time of the reverse split.

So Paulie the pumper printed about 30 million shares!!! At the present price, that's almost $3 Million!!!

Now if I buy RHNA today and there are 33 Million shares, how many shares are going to be printed over the next few months?

Most likely, Paul Taylor and/or a new gang of people controlled by Taylor have some preferred shares that they can convert to common and dump onto the market.
