Not the only one - I got 7500 shares today
Not that I really want them though, but still...
possibly the FINRA announcement will come a couple of days before the Record Date
Nisse is not involved in siaf, he knows nothing
Usually his travelling outside of Europe has nothing to do with SIAF
SIAF release2018-10-05 21:10
Hopefully I can get a guided tour provided by the company
Nisse travelling outside Europe again (October 22nd till 30). Board meeting with Solomon regarding the cash dividend, or am I speculating too much now?
The new shares can't be sold until after the ex-date
Because they are in fact worth less
Let's see how many of those shares went to Solomon and Dan for all their hard work
Assuming that they stick to the ordinary rules that is? Do we know for certain that they will not use the record date and dilute between the record date and the payment date?
They aren't really playing by the rules on this one - no PR about the distribution on OTC - so how can we be 100% (or very close to that) certain?
I would love for the dilution to end asap, but they did say mid/late Q4 and - in my opinion - October 31st is mid Q4, not mid/late Q4.
at least it won’t be shares issued between the record- and ex-date
Seems like we need the ex date for the cash dividend, or some attention from the media - right now it seems that people have bought their shares already, or that they are too afraid of what will happen to the PPS post distribution.
looks like the MM's will continue to walk it down
What happens with the Triway dividend that is attached to Siaf collateral shares?
I never understood why they had to reduce their stake by 50%
Yes, based on the news release, that's the case
Is it a coincidence that the last increase in OS was 200 000?
It can also be cancelled
they maybe said they would be cashflow neutral sometime in Q4
The dividend in 2019 is fixed to 10c per share, no more, no less
For 2019: $0.05/share will be declared and paid semi-annually (dates to be determined) for a total cash dividend distribution of $0.10/share for the year. In addition, five percent (5%) of the amount exceeding the Company’s annual net income of $20 million in FY2019 will be paid as an additional cash dividend to be declared and payable during the subsequent fiscal year (i.e. sometime during FY 2020)
I thought that the divi amount per share was fixed but I might be wrong
I wouldn't be surprised if some people are willing to sell their trw-shares much below 3,4usd
No, I can't. Because it's official
your TRW shares will be registered with the TRW registrar (only)
I better ask them too if it´s possible to let them be in the account until the trade starts in HK
I have Australian shares in my Nordnet stock account
Curious to find out how Nordnet will treat the distribution and if they will allow me to keep them until HK-listing
What did Nordnet reply?
Nordnet has a branch in Norway, but the "issues" with the account is probably a Norwegian law.
I haven't established an "Aksjesparekonto" yet, but my plan was to open one and transfer my SIAF-ME to it. However, the link you provided clearly shows that SIAF-ME will NOT be allowed to hold on such an account.
PS. I do have some SIAF-ME shares on "Investeringskonto Zero"
The Norwegian "Aksjesparekonto" does not allow non-EEC stocks, might not be the same issue in Sweden
I would assume that if you have your SIAF-shares on an account that is not allowed to hold non-european stocks (SIAF-ME being european, SIAF not - and TRW certainly not, as of today at least) they you will have to pay taxes both when the TRW-shares are moved out of that account, and then when you sell (the total taxes being the same, but part of the burden coming earlier). Hence it might be an idea to have your SIAF-shares on an account that allows non-european stocks.
Regarding TRW-shares I have asked Nordnet if they will force-sell TRW-shares (against my will) since Nordnet doesn't allow for stocks traded on HKSE. I asked the same question last year, but they seem unable to give me a straight answer to that question. At least in this case you will have the cash-flow from the same of TRW-shares to cover the tax expenses.
I'm not too familiar with the details, but SIAF took an equity stake in TRW which now has appreciated in value (fair value of $3.41) to which I believe SIAF has booked already.
SIAF can't give us a TRW-share-dividend - that SIAF have booked a gain of - without paying taxes of that gain. From my understanding this is what they have been struggling with the past 1-1.5 years.
I'm not sure whether this applies to all 36.6%, the initial 23.89% or the latter 12.71%, but I guess RD will fill you in on it if need be
So we passed (crushed) MA100 (both arithmetic and weighted) Friday 05th, and we also passed the weighted MA200 on Monday and have traded well above ever since. Arithmetic MA200 is still at 48 cents though.
What are your thoughts, TA-guys?
Since TRW is using stock ownership to pay $62,338,065 owed to SIAF, does that mean that the Company will still retain a complete 36.6% TRW ownership after the distribution?
The accounts receivable of CA’s C&S services totals US$53,460,749 made up of $982,223 (0 – 30 days), $9,188,981 (over 90-days & less than one-year), and $43,289,545 (over one year).
$43,289,545 is to be settled by Tri-way’s shares included in the 36.6% equity shares that the Company received from the “Carve-out” exercise as discussed in the Company’s 2017 10K filing.
Do you have a screen-shot of the first link? It refuses to show
And what did you answer?
Just a shareholder in Yasheng who just busted your ass in sharing material events
it's nice to have ample time for re-positioning
Well, that's not suspicious at all
There could be a typo or name-change though, although then she shouldn't feel the need to edit her resume - and she could have easily replied to you about it (unless she was afraid that you were an upset shareholder angry about the asset-swap and wanted to sue)
So "Gansu Yasheng Agro-Industrial and Commerce Group Co. Ltd" vs "Gansu Yansheng Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd" then. A typo or a "typo"?
Did she ever come back to you (a second time)?
It's here as well (http://en.anjielaw.com/people_detail/&productId=89.html)
Advising Gansu Yansheng Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd and US Yasheng Group (a US listed company in OTC QB) on its stock and assets re-organization

You forgot to mention that SP500 has a PE of 25 or whatever, an upcoming recession and an aging population. US dominated the 20th century, no doubt about that, but China (well, Asia) will dominate the 21st century.
Not only does Chinese markets have a PE of way less than 25, but they are also expected to have a very nice growth in GDP, a but-load of people entering the middle-class, building the new "silk road" to other asian countries, Russia and even parts of Europe etc.
You can't fight the trend, so join it
