I thought that the divi amount per share was fixed but I might be wrong


It is fixed; 5 cents/share pr H (although for FY2019 we might get a bonus)

This is why they MUST declare the cash dividend before the distribution. If they had been wise they would have declared it now and take away the uncertainty that might keep some potential investors away.
