Curious to find out how Nordnet will treat the distribution and if they will allow me to keep them until HK-listing

I encourage everyone to bombard them with this question smile If they understand that this is a major issue for Nordnet-users (we do hold 7% or whatnot of all SIAF-shares after all), then maybe they'll think twice (if the information I got last year wasn't bogus, which it should be)

If they do end up selling the shares (which might be wrong information) then I assume they will do it upon listing. Force-selling something on the private market seems very, very strange.

Most of my shares are on a standard stock-account. I fear that we will not be allowed to keep TRW-shares on "Investeringskonto Zero" when they aren't listed, hence we might risk that the shares will be forced out of that account and to a standard-account. If so, then I would assume (I'm speculating here though!) that the tax-office will claim taxes on that "withdrawal" (which might be a good thing if that happens this year since the capital gain taxes for 2018 are lower on that account than a standard account).

Currently I only hold <10% of my SIAF-shares on "Investeringskonto Zero" so I might just keep them there and see what happens (worst case they will be forced out of that account to which I will have a 23% capital gain tax, and then I can sell my SIAF-shares next year and have a 30% reduction from my SIAF-losses on that account)
