yeah it's great! Do your due diligence, there are publicly held Canadian companies shipping product to Germany right now. The world wide cannabis industry is becoming legitimized.

New Yorkers Want To Know More About Canada's Marijuana Industry

Cronos CEO Michael Gorenstein visited 'High NY' a cannabis community for a question and answer session.
Got this from the Supreme board today. Wish I had know about this group before today, I would have definitely went.
I agree 33Sailor, I was just reading about a transdermal patch and a lube derived from cannabis. I think pharmaceuticals derived from cannabis will be the future.
We've always had medical grade cannabis(which Canadian companies have perfected IMO), but this industry will not be respected as actual medicine until widespread ways to standarize doses and their effects are invented and perfected.
Thank you Mazzjazz, I wish I had heard of this group before smh. I'm a NYer and just caught wind of Cronos this summer. Opened a good size position once I read about their potential. Supreme and Cronos were the 1st Canadian cannabis companies I invested in. Would have loved to meet Gorenstein. Maybe one day this group will have Jon in NY and I can proclaim my love for Supreme as well lol.
PZOO is a straight up scam. I would suggest against it unless for ATM purposes.
SGBY(Signal Bay) is the best publicly offered cannabis testing investment in the industry. If you haven't done so yet, check them out.
I recently sold my DIGP position when it broke and held over .23 finally. I held DIGP for a few months and was hoping it'd be my longterm NV position for cannabis testing but branching out to NJ and PA just doesn't make sense to me. It doesn't strengthen their cannabis testing brand. As states legalize cannabis, they will all mandate testing. Not sure why they're straying away from that.
Great news for anyone holding a cannabis stock that's doing business in Germany! Do your due diligence!
CRONOS CALLS SHAREHOLDER MEETING TO FORMALIZE NAME CHANGE
http://thecronosgroup.com/press-release/cronos-calls-shareholder-meeting-formalize-name-change/
Yeah it was due for a change! This company is making major moves and deserves a msg board that's alil more functional and alot more exposure. This isn't a worthless shell, remember Canopy bought that hemp company from them.
I made changes to the intro. Check them out when you get a chance.
The quote and news feed don't seem to auto update yet so not sure if it's working. May have to wait till Monday to see. May need to switch the boards ticker to some other variation of MJN.V to get it to work.
Hey GB I followed that link to Stock watch.com. It says THC released another report today. I can't open it from that site but will try SEDAR.
http://www.stockwatch.com/Quote/Detail.aspx?symbol=THC®ion=C
Can we get the news feed fixed for this board? It's showing NYSE: MJN which is a totally different company. It should be showing either TSXV: MJN or OTCBB: PRMCF
They have alot going on. Kinda confusing at first but I like that they have two fully owned LPs already licensed. One for med, one for rec.
They're shipping product internationally. This puts them on par with the biggest fish in our pond - Canopy.
They own minority shares in five other LPs. Some already licensed and producing, some built out and waiting for a licence.
They even have a true organic LP...so they basically have the only truely organic LP in the buesiness since the other one has been found to put chemicals in their product(Organigram).
I'm still in A MCOA!...I'm riding both
Even Supreme is throwing shade on OGI now!

This is their recreational LP!

2017-01-11 09:14 ET - News Release
Mr. Michael Krestell reports
CRONOS GROUP GRANTED SECOND HEALTH CANADA SALES LICENSE
In the Zone Produce Inc. (ITZ), a wholly owned subsidiary of PharmaCan Capital Corp. (doing business as Cronos Group), has been approved by Health Canada to sell medicinal cannabis pursuant to the access to cannabis for medical purposes regulations (ACMPR). The new ITZ sales licence supplements the prior cultivation licence and validates the operational quality assurance undertakings of the company. ITZ may immediately begin selling cannabis directly to medical patients throughout Canada, and this sets the stage for the development of new ITZ-branded platforms. ITZ is now Cronos's second wholly owned licensed producer to receive a sales licence.
This issuance is an instrumental milestone for the recently announced Indigenous Roots joint venture. As previously stated, Indigenous Roots plans to build a flagship location on a subsection of ITZ's licensed 31-acre property, which will not have any material impact on ITZ's recreational expansion plans. The Indigenous Roots facility will be fully financed by Cronos's first nation joint venture partners, and construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2017. Additional details related to the launch, the site design, and a first nations logo and branding contest will be announced in the coming weeks.
"Obtaining the sales licence at ITZ positions Cronos as the only company with licensed producers in multiple provinces. It expedites the development timeline of our production and branding initiatives on the property, including our joint venture with Indigenous Roots. We remain committed to leading the cannabis industry forward by leveraging Cronos's extensive portfolio and aggressively developing incremental global distribution channels in the process of creating substantial value for our shareholders," said Mike Gorenstein, chief executive officer of Cronos.
About Cronos Group
Cronos Group's flagship licensed producers, Peace Naturals Project Inc. (Ontario), and In The Zone Produce Ltd. (British Columbia) are collectively situated on over 125 acres of agricultural land and are currently licensed to produce 2,600 kilograms of cannabis on an annual basis. The company also holds minority equity positions in licensed producers Whistler Medical Marijuana, Hydropothecary and Abcann Medicinals.
About In The Zone
ITZ is licensed to produce and sell up to 100 kilograms of medical marijuana per year and is located on 31 acres of land in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia.

ORDER re37 Letter filed by LG Capital Funding, LLC: Plaintiff informs the Court that a Satisfaction of Judgment has been filed and the hold on the account should be released. So Ordered by Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 1/12/2017. (Fernandez, Erica)
Jsee thanks for this article, will definitely check this study out tonight.
At 1st glance I see they mention ammonia and hydrogen cyanide. Ammonia of course would be a by product of excess nitrogen from chemical fertilizers used in the growth stage of cultivation. Plants should always be properly flushed for 2 weeks before harvest. Growers often skip this step in haste to get the next line of product going. It shows less care and mishandling. The hydrogen cyanide shows chem fertilizers were used which goes hand in hand with a grower who doesn't care about their customers.
Not sure if this article lists the source of their flowers and how they were grown? It's from 2007 so I'm guessing they got the herb from the University of Mississippi which everyone in the cannabis industry knows has the worst weed and is not grown organically(which is the crux of the matter here).
I don't want to get into a "is marijuana healthy for you?" debate lol(vaping is the way to go). Again, OGI's claiming organic but clearly lying at the least is showing less than a caring attitude toward their customers.
Insiders acquiring common shares is always a good sign
Digipath Enters into Letter of Intent to Acquire Clinical Lab Companies

LOI to acquire a lab in NJ and a lab in PA(both are non MJ related). Growth is good but neither labs are in established or burgeoning MJ markets. Wonder what they're paying for these?
Read the bottom of this article - https://equity.guru/2017/01/16/organigram-ogi-v-product-recall-spreads-to-aurora-acb-v/
The patient says he had cyanide poisoning. If he(along with others) can get doctors to provide records to back up those claims, they'll have a case.
I've already stated, organically grown crops will always pale in volume when compared to crops grown with chems. Looks like OGI was trying to ramp up for the upcoming recreational legalization and got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. You can't claim to be organic AND be greedy at the same time.
OK so would you buy product from them? To put in your body? Personally I know I wouldn't. I love organic food and when I've grown weed for myself I tried to stay as organic as possible and pesticide free but I would not buy their product now. I'm sure many clients will start looking elsewhere as well.
With their shady business practices exposed, Aurora's recent recall of OGI's product and recent talk of a class action law suit, smart MJ investors are leaving this one alone. Sorry to the bag holders...
OGI tried their best to keep issues quiet but Aurora exposed them. There's multiple articles about OGI's "organic" weed now. smh, this stock will run sideways for awhile. Why put my money here when there's others that have more promise?
Why not use MJTK to build for the next possibility?
Up 104% for the day...
Holding is the right thing to do! Capitalize in the morning!
nope, ride the wave and make all the money you can.
That 5mm bid will have to move up
You'll be fine
I had an initial order of 1.25mm @ .004 on Friday morning. About 975k got filled. The rest never did.
VNDM has backed off again lol
and we have lift off past .015
ok yes but that is the case for ALL MJ stocks. Investment is based on potentials.
VNDM riding this. VNDM sittin up at .04 like many of us lol.
I own both as well and was thinking about that on Friday. I'm leaning toward putting all profits into MJTK but MCOA will run very soon. I'd hate to miss another run on that with .10 very capable in the very near future.
Aurora is recalling product they bought from OGI
https://news.lift.co/health-canada-issues-type-ii-recall-organigram-products/
Oh shit lol. Aurora's like, we do not want to be responsible lol, we did not grow this, we bought it from OGI(points fingers)...And then says more about OGI's recall than OGI did lol. It's like they shitted on OGI and gave themselves plausible deniability at the same time lol.
OGI definitely dropped the ball and tried to cover it up. Their pps took a dip after the 1st recall but after the 2nd, hasn't really suffered much(yet) . In the cannabis space, news takes some time to sink in.
Wow OK maybe we'll see 8s on Monday morning!
This is honestly the best advice. The push will be fast Tuesday morning. We could realistically see 7s within the 1st hour of trading.
Of course they have to release the info. If they didn't, they'd be breaking the law. But releasing important recalls and events at the wee minutes on the last trading day of the year before a three day weekend when many investors are away and would not be able to react fast enough, is basically a coverup. Their next update was very vague and contained little info. But they made sure to release their adjacent vacant lot super news bright and early for the world to see. That's what I call a convenient diversion!
And that article was not them saying they came across it lol. The issue referenced in that article was a known event and law suit involving two Colorado dispensaries in 2015. Astute cannabis investors were privy to this at the time. OGI was proactively bragging they were organic and would NEVER have that problem. haha guess that was a lie because less than a year later they were caught using the same substances! These substances are used to improve the volume of your crop. OGI got caught trying to bump up their volume in advance of rec sales. Organic crops will always under perform crops that use artificial nutrients.
I wonder why we don't see a similiar article on OGI's site referencing their own violations?! lol Their management is a joke and they don't deserve that 100% organic sticker.
