Dog, I just saw on the news tonight that Sloan kettering Cancer has a new treatment for late stage cancer (on a genetic level). Over 70% success rate. Why not? Good luck. Bob
Dogman.....Your posting bought back memories of a part of poem I had to memorize in HS (1959). For some reason, I have never forgotten it.
So live, that when thy summons comes to join
The innumerable caravan, which moves
To that mysterious realm, where each shall take
His chamber in the silent halls of death,
Thou go not, like the quarry-slave at night,
Scourged to his dungeon, but, sustained and soothed
By an unfaltering trust, approach thy grave,
Like one who wraps the drapery of his couch
About him, and lies down to pleasant dreams.
You are the embodiment of this poem, whereas I have not completely
come to grips with some things in my past.
Even though we've never met.....Godspeed.
Bob
I missed the conversation but it doesn't look good. Has there been any SEC filings this year?
So what does it meant to petition to withdraw a stock registration?
Re: Entrust.... "Can't discuss, but we did well." (Mark)
You mean Yuma, AZ . Either way, the fires are in the mid-section and north.
Lots of words...no evidence of filings. This could hit the greys in a blink without proper diligence.
Where's the proof? Can you show even a PR, much less an Edgar filing?
Do you know for a fact that all necessary filings (SEC for instance) are up to date. I got stuck with a stock that went on the greys for just such a lack of attention.
Revenues were down from the same period last year. Why is there so much optimism?
Will a bad result in the Entrust case blow these lawsuits out of the water?
Does the Entrust lawsuit have any legs? Anybody?
Wow, look at that jump. I guess the Amazon thing is more significant than I thought.
I gave you the link. What more do you want?
And here....
Yes we have assumed control.
thx

Mark,
Has SF assumed all control over the Amazon account, or are you still paying a distributor?
The feedback is good. Are sales consistent?
Bob
Just search Amazon.....nevermind.
Here...
https://www.amazon.com/GuardedID-Anti-Malware-Keystroke-Encryption-Software/dp/B019WHYU1Q/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1505846738&sr=8-3&keywords=strikeforce
They have taken over the Amazon account sales.
Check the Amazon website....they are there with great feedback and it is not a 2nd party. Mark confirms...
On a positive note, SF will now receive ALL the revenues from Amazon sales, less 17% , of course.
Good investment....why not IFAN?
It's MS....just getting some of their 9 mil back. It may have even been included in the NDA as a hedge.
I think it's MS, exercising their NDA rights.
Speculative claims are not legally binding, and there are no revenues from ACS! "Possibly in the 4th quarter".
Not out of touch at all, and the prospect of ACS coming out on top is a definite possibility. I say this because Mark has no idea what ACS is doing and has no audit procedure. As of the end of the 1st quarter, ACS has claimed NO INCOME from sales of SFOR.
And there is a curious lack of marketing effort by Waller EXCEPT in efforts to support ACS. In addition, patent rewards are linked to the sales history of the product by the claimant, necessary to show actual damages. Without that history of profitability, there is no evidence of (serious) damage.
I agree, except SFOR has NO revenues and the results of lawsuits are still in doubt.
Why would anyone buy SFOR when a private company (ACS) is a much more attractive target?
No, I'm 74 and without apologies. Seems to me there would be a trademark issue??
I saw on Amazon a game called Snakes and ladders. Is there any relationship? Who is Yellow Mountain Imports?
Can someone explain
Change in fair value of derivative liability $3711673
It sure does change the bottom line under Net Income.
Yes....3 of the seven lawsuits will be settled for an average value of $22M each, and the 2nd quarter revenues will have increased 259% from the previous quarter.
Other than that, not much to talk about. :)
Scroll down to see my entire dialogue. No questions about lawsuits.
Here is Marks reply...multiple emails..
Bob
We are all working hard towards the Channel who has closed deals that we are talking to right now. The deals are supposed to go live in October-November and pay well. We still expect a strong end of year with some of the revenues coming in before end of year as discussed. Things always take longer with large companies and nothing we can do about it, but it is happening.
Thanks and don’t forget about our lawsuits as well, which are going well.
Mark

Mark,
I would think that someone that can’t sell enough in a year to pay his salary for 1 quarter would have long since been
replaced. Why is GW still associated with SF? Why hasn’t he hired a salesman that has shoes instead of sneakers or flipflops?
In lieu of your recent “Confidential” releases regarding revenues, including 3rd quarter “not much to talk about” expectations,
is there any reason not to expect shareholder values to keep dropping? Are we looking at another RS before 12/31?
Also, why so much $$ for “consulting”? The lawyers are on contingency. Who is getting the money?

Mark,
As a long time investor (2011) and observer, it just bothers me that you have to go outside for maintainence funds
rather than call for an advance on the $9M owed by ACS. As a stockholder, even though the investment “isn’t hurting
shareholders” it feels that this added debt is the same as dilution, perhaps not as expensive, but still lessening
SH value. Is the $9M contingent on their success selling the product? If so, the lack of measurable sales really makes me
nervous about the company’s 1-2 year future.

Mark,
Based on that response and the statement you made back in March, you must be pretty close
to being “tapped out” for funding. In the absence of cash sales or ACS payments, how will the company
fund itself for the next 6 months.
Bob
How can you claim losses in a lawsuit when you can't show any sales yourself? How can they prove that it is a vialble product without in-house success as opposed to monstrous failure of their own marketing for the past 7 years?
Thanks. I had to Restore to yesterday.
bob
My Outlook Express folder just disappeared from my computer in the last 3 hours
. Anyone have any thoughts?
Unfortunately, there will be very little to report from any channel this quarter or the next. So the reason you and I stay in is the possibility of a settlement. I know if I sold today there would be an announcement tomorrow. I never recovered the loss of 22M sh. down to 4, ultimately worth .0004 for a long time.
Are you still "aware" any attempts at "shoehorning" of SF products by any subs?
If you've got losers sell them now, take the write off, put it in AMFE now!
This followed...at least there is an expression of confidence, which is why I'm holding long. Read from bottom up to make sense.

Mark,
You said below that ACS has not been paid. The obvious question is “Why not?”
Have they made sales that you are aware of?
Don’t you have an audit privilege?

No he isn’t and if you looked he is the EVP of StrikeForce. ACS is a reseller, period. There are no payments because no account of theirs has paid them as of yet. That simple.
Thanks

Unfortunately, SFOR has not been paid a single cent of the 15% they are due according to McKay. Asked why, he saids that ACS has not been paid anything related to SFOR products. Very sad.
