no one interested in .0006. imagine.
will do pony. thanks! and take good care...
ww. they're quite a group aren't they? i've seen ww and glauser
in interviews and i'd never have guessed their true colors. they
do take care of themselves don't they. with good management evio
could've been something. sad people like them have swimming pools
and eat shrimp cocktail for lunch, while the prisons overflow with
non-violent criminals who do far far less damage to far far fewer people. pluck out a couple of marijuana sellers and insert those
two--justice would be served...
jdwarrior and pony1. what do you think of chas failing to communicate in months? you believe he's working? you believe anyone
is working at ctdt? i'll give it a rest now. i realize it's fruitless...glta
she knows, of course she knows. cares? of course she doesn't, not if
i'm reading her and the situation right. she cares about not having
a problem with the sec or with lawsuits from investors; and she cares about squeezing whatever money she safely can before she moves
on to 'new challenges,' or 'another path of her journey,' or whatever bogus cliche she'll leave us bagholder/investors with.
she's a peach that kelly is, she's a peach...
steve. you write intelligent posts. waiting for kelly is like
waiting for godot. ah kelly. before long she'll say goodbye to
us and go live the life she's already been living since she
gave herself the title. it's hard to appreciate when someone you
are looking toward behaves so differently than you would in the same
position, but that's what dad did and that's all we're going to
get from her. ah kelly...
when someone sells there is no one to buy. if anything chas
says to those who speak to him are true and come to pass, this
is a crazy good place to buy, anywhere under 50 cents. 6 cents
is beyond crazy good. but there is no one because no one
believes chas is real...
sorry steve. i sense kelly is preparing to let this die. yes, the whelans have billions of shares, but i get the sense she's gotten
wind of being investigated again--maybe received a letter from
the sec, or from a lawyer representing somebody with a lot of
stock. they've enriched themselves a lot already and it might just be easier and safer to get out while the getting's good. she can earn a nice living as a cpa; or, if her experience has taught her
a lot about soaking the unsuspecting and the ignorant and the gullible and the hopeful and the greedy, she can always start up
a new venture. maybe even in the wellness field?
it's a shame!
kelly is a screwed up person with a title but without either the
inclination nor the ability to fulfill the roll.
biel is at .0005. does this rouse her to action of any kind? of course not. when she needs to shake the whelan money tree, she'll
do something. but it won't help or benefit shareholders. she'd rather eat their products than raise shareholder value. even though
she and the whelans are ginormous shareholders, thanks to the
totally unethical way they manage the company!!!!
excellent post, wise. just the tone and perspective i appreciate
when i'm not angry and frustrated and worried.
mcfish. frustrated? you bet? if you parked substantial dough in lwlg, who wouldn't be frustrated? down 63% of my investment, who
wouldn't be frustrated? and skeptical. the more i find out, the
more i think i made a really dumb move investing here. so i'm
also very angry with myself, went against all my investing rules.
i'm also very angry at those who insist this is a great place to be
as the evidence mounts that it's a sinkhole.
anyway, mcfish, thanks. it may not have been your intention but
your light sarcasm brought me to my senses. i'll keep my frustration
and anger to myself, and make a mature decision in the next couple
of weeks to either sell my block of stock and take my losses or
hold tight and silent until the end of the year...
you guys?!
really!!!
floor. you're right. they're not done sucking shareholders dry. when
they are, that's the only deal kelly will sign off on--a big goodbye. thanks for being along on our journey. for dreaming along
with us whelans. sorry dad, i did everything i could. good luck
everybody. god bless, kelly
she's a beaut, our kelly, a real beaut...
simpsonly. i agree with so much you say. i do not agree anybody
who owns shares of biel deserves to be rewarded for making a terrible investment. do not deserve to be rewarded for ignoring years of evidence about the whelans. evidence that could not be more explicit:
we run biel as a way to make money for ourselves. nothing and nobody
else matters. you are lucky our products are good and can help you
with your pain. otherwise, screw off...
no, shareholders are getting exactly what they deserve. me included.
art. you think kk cares one whit about your frustration or the
ludicrous history of biel or whether what she says as she strings
shareholders along? as long as she sells shares, as long as the
whelans are shaking their private money tree, you don't even exist
for her. the sec exists, that's her only worry and it's not a big one.
kk ain't fixin' nuthin', simpsonly. that is not who she is.
that does not factor in to her agenda. every moment any shareholder
spends wishing, hoping she will do something that relates to what
a ceo would do is wasting their time. just like i am wasting mine
writing this and reading this message board. except it slightly
entertains me to watch the refusal of all here to say, the emperess
has no clothes.
even when she sends the goodbye letter saying thanks and too bad
but biel is filing chapter 11 or simply being dissolved, there will
be those insisting biel is on the verge of something significant. ah human nature, which is exactly what the whelans understand and what
they count on as they enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders.
can't hold .0006. and you guys are wondering this, speculating
that? after 15 years of nothing?
kelly will write a letter to shareholders thanking them for their
loyalty. describe the tough fight biel fought, how noble her father
was, how difficult it is for her not being able to realize his vision, how sometimes the stars just aren't aligned in your favor,
and how she's at least glad to have helped a lot of people deal
with their pain. she's proud to have been part of biel's journey,
and wishes everyone success and good luck. etcetera.
i predict this letter will arrive before the fall.
bieliever, update? kelly has a tiny company with lousy sales for
over a decade that has never made a single deal and she speaks of
'leaving money on the table,' and requiring 'modifications.' and there are those among you who think she has any intention of turning
biel around? of making it a viable enterprise that acts like an
actual business, and is managed professionally?
it's all so transparent. no wonder she has such contempt for investors as she drives to a nice restaurant for dinner in her
nice late-model car--when really, they all belong in prison, albeit
minimum security!
4toschool. everything you say is true. there is more, but that's
sufficient. kelly greatest ability as a cpa--she is not a ceo in any
sense of the word, she is just an unethical person who inherited
and self-proclaimed a position--is to insulate herself against the
authorities.
btw. this is a nice selling day for the whelans and their proxies.
several grand in their pockets while shareholders she takes advantage of with impunity cry foul. like she cares. a manicure
matters more to her than shareholders or shareholder value. that is
who she is!!!!!
there isn't even interest at .0006!
kelly might very well just take this off life support. she may be
ready to move on.
think about it for one second. which is more likely: that a few
posters on a message board are right about the great future of a tiny r&d tech company, or the entire rest of the world filled with
smart, greedy, opportunistic companies and individuals?
and so we watch the sad slow slide into oblivion.
deal time?! it's been deal time for so long now that...oh hell, what's the point?
none of you seem able to understand the whelan psychology. for
all the combative self rationalizing that aw did and kelly does,
underneath is shame and guilt. when you screw shareholders the way
they do, what happens is you feel contempt, even hatred, and certainly a lot of anger towards them. kelly would rather keep things as they are, make the money the whelans make, than do anything that would really increase shareholder value--even if it
meant substantially more money for herself and the family! she is
literally incapable of making rational decisions that would change
and improve the company, if this included a rise in shareholder
value. this happens in business all the time, also, in different
forms, everywhere in human life. in relationships, in families,
between friends and acquaintances.
kelly can't, emotionally-psychologically she can't. hoping or expecting she'll act in shareholder interest is one way to waste
your time and energy.
good luck in all other ways...
steve. good luck to you. i understand your dismay, and also why it's
so difficult to simply say, i know who kelly is and so my investment
is doomed, very possibly to zero. nothing. it's hard to tip over
into hopelessness, no matter what the evidence is--and here we have
so so much that shouts: the whelans make all the money, shareholders
have never had a chance.
anyway, i hope you do well in all ways not biel. with biel, the very
best perspective is, oh well, i'm thankful the products work, then
not give it another thought. for me, reading kelly's remarks about
the deal she doesn't quite have, the echoes were so clear that i'm actually grateful because now i can quit spending even one more
second thinking, maybe, if only, etcetera.
be well!
after all the conferences and all the claims, this would trade
in the $3-$6 range if the perception was positive. however, interest
is almost nil and the pps reflects a constituency that amounts
to a handful of investors and a small group of message board posters--who may or may not hold significant blocks of shares. is there any company that wants to partner or make a deal with lwlg?
the evidence available to us says no; but that is not a final judgement.
things cannot go on as they are for too much longer...
2relax, it's impossible to overcome dishonest and/or incompetent
management. biel has both. you could have the fountain of youth,
or a diamond as big as the ritz, managers like the whelans would
take your investment and flush it right down the toilet. but not
before stringing you along for...well, until they can't.
yes, toohot. buy buy buy.
your advice, which comes from warren buffet, companies like biel,
that's exactly what he was referring to. in fact, he and many other
seriously smart and savvy investors, they're probably buying biel
like crazy right now. because it's such a golden opportunity. they
examine all the available information, the whelan management history, and it signals only one thing:
buy toohot buy!
anybody who hasn't caught on to who kelly is and what she's about
is not going to. the only question with biel is, how much more money
will the whelans be able to squeeze out of it for themselves? it's
the only question there has ever been, but because of the efficacy
of the products, and because of human nature, one part of which is
staying hopeful no matter what, there are still buyers, still some
people waiting for kelly to behave like an honest, competent manager
of a publicly traded company. she's a non-violent criminal, that's
it...
thanks jd. your fortitude is all i have when it comes to ctdt.
it's not unadult to express dismay about a public company that has
done literally nothing to establish itself as a legitimate business
for years and years. still, thanks jd for sticking to your guns!
simpsonly excellent post!
except we differ on who kelly is and what her intentions are.
i think she makes a very nice living off shareholders and would
be perfectly content to let this die a year or two down the line,
when biel swirls a bit deeper into the toilet bowl, say, .0003-.0001.
then, she'll move on to something she truly enjoys, whatever business that is, or perhaps just a certain lifestyle. if she actually puts time into biel now, there is scant evidence of it...
another week passes.
pps.? same. volume? same. communication? same.
another week passes.
pps.? same. volume? same. communication? same.
hawk, thank you. has anyone tried to speak with or email kelly?
the opportunity to reach and share the story of biel's products
will never be greater than it is now, what with the quarantine.
leaving money on the table in some deal with a much larger entity
is such an absurdity--what matters is exposure!!!
if she cared, which i know she does not.
bishops, pony, jdwarrior, naval hello. have you all given up? does ctdt have any shot at viability? is mr. radovich capable and/or
interested in making a business out of some aspect of mr. snaper's
brilliance? his legacy?
hope you and yours are safe and healthy!
if chas works he does it with his mouth and he does it poolside.
digging? not his style. sharing? not his style. acting like a
businessman? not his style. feeling responsibility to shareholders?
not his style.
call him up. he'll say, i'm just about to go into a video-conference
or zoom a meeting. that's his style...
how many months of complete silence is it now? how many years of
nothing?
patience will be rewarded, because it's a wonderful quality, but
patience is not what any of us are showing here. i'd bet anybody here real money we never hear from chas again, and that ctdt simply
disappears into the sands of time...
bucks. biel exists entirely at the behest of the whelan family. kelly whelan is doing just fine, thank you very much. she spends
maybe a few hours here and there and pulls in a healthy income,
probably more than any poster on this board. the rest of the time
is hers to do whatever she likes. it's a sweet deal, if you can
stomach the immorality and steer clear of the authorities--which, by
the way is her main expertise:keep the show going while staying out
of trouble.
steve. all she did is inherit a money tree she was already enriching
herself from. all she's doing is dancing the same dance, continuing
what came before. there are 2 points and only 2: the products are
excellent; the family management runs the show as a stock selling
scam. does kelly bring her own new wrinkles to the game to keep
cash flowing into family accounts? sure, of course. for shareholders
there will never be change, only eventual bankruptcy and wipeout.
penny. why not both?
kelly would rather eat actipatchs' than see shareholders make gains.
except as a means to an end, they despise shareholders, probably
say awful contemptuous things about us over drinks and at dinner.
all their actions suggest this. every borderline unethical and outright unethical thing they do. even if it meant getting really rich, i don't think the whelans would act responsibly. it's not
in their dna.
art. they could care less. it's like wanting a loanshark mafia thug to say, don't worry, pay when you've got it, otherwise god bless.
rationalizations? that kelly has up the wazoo. integrity? perhaps
some in her personal relations, but when it comes to the shareholders of her family piggy bank, none. zero. she's a total
crook and a crock. and she could care less who knows it; long as
she can sell shares and reap benefits...that's the whole story and
it will never change. so bang your heads--she probably likes the
sound!
