What it says is, if you are going to invest, don't buy common shares, buy preferred shares

The company says don't buy common shares... Gezzz, that's a first. Words kinda work against each other, ya can't BUY preferred shares, only convert to them. So to BUY preferred, ya have to buy common, but they advise against that. Wonder why, if it's such a great thing.

Nice they warn ya thou common will be worthless shortly after a R/S. Frankly, IMO, the C's will be as well. To all but large holders. To costly for the average Joe to set it up to get paid the Divi or convert to Common. Specially with the restrictions.

If you bought in now you could still get preferred c's and still get in on the dividend.

Now why would I do that when the company it's self is saying not to buy the stock right now.

See you have bought into the story line. Hope ya don't have much in this. Question for ya. Ya get your paper certificate of C's. Now, you are holding it in your hand and they announce they are paying a Divy, how do you receive the Divy in your hands. If they are paying a Divy, it is taxable and has to be reported to the IRS as income even if you do not cash in any prefered C's. Do they have your SS#?

no one is being asked to buy any stock, certainly not the trust guys, they said in the CC Not to buy any stock

Then truly. owning common, then converting to prefered C is not advisable, or one would buy and convert to get some C

Same as owning common now and coveting.

If the C's were such a great deal to an investor, and the way to get them is to have common shares, then ........"they said not to buy any stock"...

What does it tell you when the new owners say not to buy any stock?

Check with your broker about the cost of handing him a paper certificate, the stops and fees to getting it to the point where it shows on your account and cost of converting ANY to common.

For most, it will not be worth it. Seems most here just think getting a paper certificate is so simple to convert some to common. There is cost involved, ya can't even get air in your tires no a days for free.

Check with your broker, don't assume.

It's not what people tell ya, it's what they don't tell ya you need to worry about.

Sure it is. They can not expect all to attend, but are obligated to inform all of information disclosed. That's what my attorney says. Same as notes from shareholders meetings are disclosed......

I foresee a lawsuit if the CC notes are not disclosed.

They could not expect all be able to attend. But need to disclose same information to all shareholders....... It is illegal...

Yesterday's PR was extremely disappointing. Even with doubling the production for May

I didn't see anything saying they HAD doubled production for May. I saw the word Expects....

The Company expects to double the amount of its gold production in Peru during the month of May.

Projections is what they tend to PR, the Future, what will be.

They have claimed some small amount of Gold recovered, but most all the PR's are Pictures and projections, equipment bought, getting ready, sample drilling etc. And there are alot of those PR's. Too many, but, they are selling shares. VFIN pop's up on ASK every PR. People buy into it, Then he goes away, let's the Bid Build, another PR, dump some more shares etc, etc etc.....

If I heard it right when they do the reverse split they will force the new price to be $2.5 per share.

Well they said the C's were to protect All common from things like R/S in future. Feel sure they will max the A/S first.

At some point there will be a R/S. Ya can't start their new Business Model with as many Common as we have now. Hope it's not that deep, but if they plan to uplist at that price.......

Wonder how long it would take from asking for the C's to getting they switched to common? Or id it would even be cost effective for most?

Any track record on how long our new CEO has been able to keep a Business model like ANDI's up and running?
